This place is pretty cool. A lot of landscaping stuff to choose from. This location has the most plants to choose from. A lot of nice planters to choose from too. Customer service is okay.

So much gardening eye candy! I want it all!!! Really enjoyed walking around and looking at all the unique items and flora World Outdoor Emporium has to offer. There's something for everyone here.The Assistant Manager, Trisha, is delightful and extremely knowledgeable. She was a joy to work with.

"Supersoil" is super full of super chunks of clay. Ordered the supersoil for $30/yard. We are about 2/3 through the pile and 50% of it is useless because it is chunks of clay covered in dirt. If you are purchasing this for a vegetable garden or lawn, I wouldn't recommend it. See photos of the small amount that went in the garden versus the other 2 photos of the piles of clay chunks. We did call and got a partial refund, but this has required so much extra time and work that we would not have taken this dirt for free.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Mulch is so much cheaper here than at the big retail stores. 40 dollars I mulched front and back of the house! Spent same amount on 8 bags of mulch at Home Depot

I went to WOE looking for help and guidance in repairing and rebuilding a goldfish/koi pond. Anthony spoke with me for more than one half hour giving me his thoughts and expertise and suggestions. Service like that is unheard nowadays. I made a pretty large purchase of rocks for my waterfall.I drove more than an hour to get here from my house and I can guarantee you that I will be coming back.

Friendly, very helpful staff! They have a wide variety of all your outdoor landscaping ideas and news ideas to think about! So much fun exploring! We found fabulous Magnolia Trees! 2 trees left with us beside other outdoor decorations!

Kurt delivered boulders to my home today. He was so kind and SO PAITIENT. We worked to get them placed in just the right spots and he never made me feel rushed for a moment. Absolutely 5 stars. I ordered soil to be delivered for a small garden we are making and somehow there was confusion between myself and the person who took my order and helped me calculate how much we need. Long story short, I purchased WAY more soil than what we needed and it was delivered. I called them to let them know there was a problem and they were understanding and helped find a solution. They came back out and removed the extra soil, cleaned up the area, and refunded me for the difference. I feel terrible their employees had to deal with that, but it truly shows their commitment to customer satisfaction. It was a learning experience for me as well and we will be lifetime customers now.

Shopped at the store for the first time today. Dolores was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and budget friendly. Had great vision, and understanding of my style and goal! Brought our project in under budget with beautiful plants and trees! If you ever need help planning a landscape, picking beautiful flowers, or bringing a project in under budget this is the place for you… Highly recommend Dolores she went above and beyond for our project! Can’t wait to come back in the spring for our next project!

My first time visiting I arrived early morning to purchase 1 yard of Red Lava Rock. Upon purchase I was instructed to pull through and park near the designated area and someone would load my trailer with the correct material. I waited and observed several World Outdoor Emporium employees conversing and driving back and forth even at times driving right past me. After 25 minutes of this activity and no one assisting me with my purchase. I re-entered the facility and was greeted by a different employee at the desk asking if I could be helped. With the reciept in hand that was time stamped, I asked if it was normal to have to wait 20+ minutes to be assisted with bulk material. The answer was no. The employee asked what I purchased and how much and I informed her of my purchase and she keyed the radio at the desk requesting assistance. The employee whom answered asked what I purchased and how much. So, if you have made it this far in the review hopefully you can see the moment I became frustrated. This material was for a job site, which because of the absolute vacancy of communication caused me to be more than 30 minutes late. The laughable customer service deserved a ZERO star. Mind you I am a very polite and well mannered individual I couldn't help but laugh out loud while leaving the office. I can only give anyone at World Outdoor Emporium 1 piece of advice and that is , do better. I would not recommend at this time anyone do business here.

This place is way bigger than you think it is just by looking from the road. There are tons of plants, flowers, trees, and every landscaping thing you could think you might need. Annuals, perennials, seeds, anything you need to decorate your yard is here.

We went here to get a present for my dad for father's day. He's retired and I wanted to get him something for his backyard. We walked around and looked at all of the landscaping supplies and fountains and bird baths. We ended up buying a nice bird bath/fountain. My dad loves it! Great experience and helpful staff.
