I am the mom of the lady who fell in the parking lot today. I just want a shout out to all the folks who helped my daughter, especially Catherine or Katherine. You were the first person she mentioned when I arrived and got into the ambulance. She said you should become a nurse because of your caring and gentle attitude. I hope you follow in her footsteps, because she’s a nurse and she knows what makes a good nurse. You are amazing and you give the best hugs.Thank you everyone who was involved with caring for her. The cake decorator is very rude and was mad and carrying on in the background over me calling and asking if they had time to make a small cake which I am totally understanding if they were to busy. It was the attitude and the words she said that were very unnecessary. The girl that answered the phone was super kind though!

From living in Wentzville since 1984 and shopping at Walmart, I know there are good days and bad. Today , it's check out. Two actual checkers and people lined out in both. It shouldn't be this way.

We often shop here on-line because it's so much quicker. They offer a huge selection of products, some are not available in the store but can easily be ordered. We are seniors and love the convenience of picking up our items. FYI, the young people who deliver our items to our car are so well-mannered and friendly. They always have a smile on their faces, even when it's cold and rainy, or scalding hot!We've tried to tip them but they told us of Walmart's policy on this. We surely wish the company would understand that changing this policy would bolster these young folks' pride in knowing their efforts were appreciated!

Unfortunately, I didn't necessarily know it would come to this only to some degree. As a former associate of this Walmart for relatively almost for 5 years a younger dude as I was who had mild Autism, often kept to himself & hardly ever said barely anything to anyone & did what I could to do my job: I just honestly wish some of the individuals there would treated me personally the way they wanted to be treated. Or better yet, the way I treated them in the best of terms. Of course, while I was meant to set on a medical leave for a frame of time for various reasons(I was in the hospital because I nearly died from starvation), they nonetheless end up just simply terminating me as an associate. I know, this is just or personally, so thereby I emphatically cannot say for anyone else. But I wonder now if was just more time that could've been invested in more productively while I was there & could've been more handled in a manner that had better outcome.

This store had the items I was looking for in stock, except for diet Canada dry. Hate the fact I have to walk to the back of the store to get my dairy items, one need to have a disciplined mind to get in and out. There are ALWAYS deals that catch the eye, so walking to the back of the store is smart on their part, but sucks for me when on a time crunch. Self check out was super easy to use. Parking was easy as well, and I like the fact there is enough handicap parking for those who need it.

There’s everything you could need available for purchase in store or for delivery/pickup. The associates tend to be nice although a few here and there aren’t the most polite but that is to be expected at a superstore. Parking could be less stressful as the spots are almost always filled which makes it’s hard to find a decent spot.

Nik was awesome! He was friendly, professional and went out of his way to get a ladder to reach some items I wanted to buy. He truly reflects excellence in customer service. He is the best!

It's still a good selection of items but still lacking enough cashiers to assure prompt checkout without using self checkout. There is triple the amount of employees shopping for online items compared to the front end and they will tun you over if you're in their way.

2 checkouts with an actual cashier, even the self checkout lines were terrible with 5 or 6 "associates" just standing around talking or playing on their phones "watching" people check themselves out. And if course a line to leave as someone else was making sure we did their jobs and scanned everything etc

One of the biggest Walmarts I went to, pretty long and could find most of the items, which other Walmarts doesn’t have. It was in a good center in Wentzville, back to samclub and near to most of the restaurantsOnly negative is you have to walk an the way back and forth to find a single item.

Thier was a girl named Michelle but I think she went by Sage. Electronica dept. Really sweet and helpful. Convinced me to spend $400 more than I wanted but ended up saving me $500+ because of her recommendations. She seems young but was very smart and helpful!! Give her a Christmas Bonus!!!!

Do NOT buy a cake from this Walmart. Absolutely ridiculous what we experienced. It was my daughters 13th birthday, 20 people in my home waiting for cake and there was hair, a giant sheet of paper all the way through the center of our cake and the wrong icing type from our order. Enjoy the photos.

This store has just about anything you would need for everyday life, as I shop here weekly for groceries and more. I would definitely recommend shopping here as they always have great security and returning sales.

Everytime I go, I can't get through the isles because so many people get the pick up service. When people shop themselves, they move through the isles, keeping them clear. When people order, the cart to get loaded just stays in one spot causing bottlenecks.*update* pretty sure shelf stockers at every other walmart I've been to work during the night shift. Middle of the day is counterproductive.

This store is great. I'm not understanding why Warrenton Walmart removed all these products. Warrenton store is pathetic, don't waste your time going there if you can avoid it. They never have any product. Out of stock. No selection. Lame. GO TO WENTZVILLE WALMART! It is a lovely store and the selection is amazing. Just wonderful.

This is hands down the best Walmart around Saint Charles county. I shop and deliever for Walmart as a Spark driver and this is my favorite one. Hey have a much better selection of items than other locations, especially the craft section!

Never take your car to the Walmart auto center. Took my car here to get new tires and I get a call ten minutes later saying they can’t get the lug nut off and that they can’t work on it. Before dropping it off, I double checked all the lug nuts, wheels, etc, to know the condition of the car before dropping it off. Everything was in perfect condition. After the call, I took it to the dealership since they do all service on my car and the stud was broken. On top of me checking my car before dropping it off, the dealership never had a record of there being something wrong with the stud either. Only logical conclusion is that Walmart broke it and didn’t want to own up to it so they said it was broken before they touched the car. This costed me $450 to get fixed.

This place gives me a less than desirable experience every time I go. Their staff never says hello when they are working through the store. The people that shop there are rude. The produce is trash. The items on the shelves are a mess. The only reason to go here is for their fair prices on certain items. Otherwise, I avoid the chaos and shop at their competitors because the environment is much more desirable.

I ordered a cake for my birthday with whipped cream icing and received butter cream icing instead. My cake was picked up Friday night after 5pm. When it got home, I cut a tiny piece off the corner to taste it, and that's when I discovered it was the wrong icing. I called the bakery Sat morning and was told since I didn't eat the cake I shouldn't have a problem with bringing it back. That was a very rude comment, in my opinion as I had already told the bakery person at the beginning of the call the cake was mostly intact with only a taste missing. I felt like your employee treated me like a thief who was trying to get another cake for free. I asked if the bakery could remake the cake with the whipped cream icing. The bakery person reluctantly asked someone else who said "yes." I brought the cake back to the bakery that same day and was given the correct cake with whipped icing. The woman who exchanged the cake for me simply said, "Here." No apology from her or the person who took my phone call. I was glad to have the correct cake, although it wasn't moist and the icing didnt compare to previous purchases.I was disappointed in the final correct product but even more so at the lack of courtesy, warmth, and customer service. Wal-mart, you can do better.

Such friendly people. So have a hard time understanding some of the workers. No other criticism. Please update the isle products. Price checks with tags posted is a must. I worked in retail for 28 years. That could be annoying. Do you have a scan coordinator? Or corporate?
