Phone system for the pharmacy has been registered under the western union agent for the last 2 months and not under walgreens. So that means your personal info could be recorded somewhere else and not just with them. So watch your personal info. I informed them when it happened and nothing has been done

Last Monday I went in the pharmacy for scripts. Somehow all scripts got changed from 90 day supply to 30. An error somewhere but a 1 day delay wasn't a big deal. I got a call Thursday saying it was ready. Told them I couldn't be in til today. Got the same call Friday and Saturday. When I went in today I was told they didn't have it but maybe tomorrow. I feel lied to again

If you like sitting in lines, waiting about 20 minutes a car, if you like getting up to the window only to sit there and find out the medicine they told you was ready, isn’t. If you like calling and talking a monotone person who has absolutely no information to offer you, then this is your Walgreens.

Haley in the pharmacy and Jack (the fill-in pharmacist) were wonderful. I can’t thank them enough. After having troubles with a prescription and spending countless hours on the phone with other pharmacies, my insurance, and my doctor, Haley was able to resolve my issue. It took over two months for me to finally get my prescription, and it was all thanks to Haley. She was both knowledgeable and genuine, and I’m very thankful for her help!!

This pharmacy used to be open 24 hours. That is why I chose this pharmacy. Now, the hours are limited. I am very disappointed in this change. I am a night shift worker and like to do a lot of things at night. Most of the time, I try to get my meds, and I spend a stupid amount of time in line. Almost every time I visit this pharmacy, I have to wait a long time even though my meds are ready. It is crazy, hire more help, pay them well. This model you are working with is not working.

They took 30 minutes to provide the test, and never actually returned my results and then tried blaming Lab Corp. don’t waste your time with them. Go to Lab Corp directly down the road. If I could give 0 stars I would.I called back today to try and figure out how to get my sons results back since the email never game thru and was told that I need to talk to lab corp directly and it wasn’t their problem because it’s out of their system.

I just want to say that Cora is the only reason I go to this location. She makes me feel so welcomed and makes my Walgreens trips more enjoyable. Also, she is so helpful with my rewards and always reminds me to key my number in to receive points. I really enjoy talking with her and she truly exemplifies an outstanding, well educated customer service person! Can’t wait to see her again!The Walgreens location itself is pretty decent too. But Cora is the best!!!!

Unique (bad) experience. I had called earlier in the week to set up an appointment for this Sunday for a test for a trip. I was told that they were open this Sunday but I would have to set up the appointment online. Less than 24 hours before the appointment, the store calls and says they will be closed for my appointment. I immediately call back and they say sorry but we are closed. I explained that I had to have my appointment tomorrow and calling less than 24 hours before wasn't acceptable. They said they thought their was an opening at a different location. I asked if they would remain on the phone while i tried to get an appointment at a different location but they said "sorry but I am going to lunch". I asked for the store manager, but they said that their isn't a manager there, i then asked for the district managers number. I eventually talked to someone who said they would call me back with the district manager. 2 hours later I called back, same people and they refused to provide the district managers number. I eventually located it online but was closed but provided their customer service center. This store has a lack of leadership and terrible staff.

A few times messing up my photo orders, I completely understand. These things happen, but when it becomes an issue with every single project (delivery, printing, etc.) it is time to move on to another company for these services. No customer service, no phone calls telling us that they order has been delayed, just lies and excuses.

UPDATE: Their entire phone system was down, causing this whole issue. I had to drive to the Walgreens location and retrieve my prescription, then drop it off at another Walgreens, then pick it up.My prescription was called in hours ago. It is not showing up in my app as in process STILL. So I called the store to ask them when it would be finished so I can pick it up when I pick up my daughter after work. I have now been off work, but sitting at my desk on hold for 50 minutes with no answer. I can't hang up, or I'll lose my place in line. And this is for a prescription called in over 4 hours ago that I desperately need and need to pick up on my way to get my daughter....which I am now late for. So I called on another phone to see if there was an issue. Nope, apparently they just do not answer the phone at this store. I'm on "HOLD" on 2 phones for 45 and 15 minutes respectively. Still no answer.

I have all my prescriptions filled at this particular walgreens.The team members are all friendly,but the pharmacists are really outstanding. Amy and Evan always have my scripts filled and ready to pick up and keep me posted on refills that are due. Evan noticed I had a new medication added and actually called me to see how it was working. He was so knowledgeable and put my mind at ease about how it was affecting me. You don't come across a caring pharmacist such as Evan very often. I never have!i can't speak highly enough of him. Great pharmacy!👍

Staff is friendly but I absolutely dread when it’s time to pick up prescriptions. I don’t think I’ve ever waited for less than a half hour in the drive through line or in person.

Customer Service is non existent with the pharmacy staff. It’s a terrible feeling to be treated like you are a burden. Give a little effort and at least pretend you care. You are in the business of helping people. If you don’t enjoy it, do something else.

It's not really that bad, better than the parkway location as it's usually less crowded. However it is NOT 24 hours which kind of sucks. I have not had any issues with medication pick ups.

TERRIBLE! My sons dr sent his antibiotics here, we just moved to the area. The pharmacist says it can't be filled bc their links are down and I can pay out of pocket for something that is 100% covered by his insurance. He wants me to pay 83.00 for something that has no charge! NO! You have the information, its not MY fault but my 16 mos old son who is running a 101 fever and has a severe ear ache is stuck screaming in the car. After 15 min he comes and says well the links are still down so I can give it to you but if the ins comes back and says they don't cover it I'll be charged. I said just call the insurance! You don't have to only do it online. (I have worked in healthcare for most of my adult life) another 15 min now my screaming son is hyperventilating and they say oh we called its covered… YOU COULDN'T DO THAT TO BEGIN WITH AND SAVE ME OVER 30 MIN?! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GET A PRESCRIPTION HERE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Sorry, but wearing a scarf as checkout personnel inside the business is unacceptable to me. No employee should be permitted to do so. I didn't see any male employees wearing baseball caps or stocking hats while working. I will not return and will not recommend this location.

Absolutely terrible service! The drive thru phone didn’t work so sat in line for 20 min to make it to the window so they could tell me the phone didn’t work. Plus I have been waiting for my script 3 days after they said it would be ready. I’m done with Walgreens
