Yesterday we had to say goodbye to my best friend WIllie. The vet was very empathetic and walked us through what to expect during the process. While it was one of the saddest days I've had, I am grateful for everything they did.

This place should be shut down for malpractice, I went here to have my cat treated for worms and they only gave her one round and told me she did not need another round however she did and because of this I unknowingly exposed her to my other animals giving the other animals worms. Costing me over half a grand to get them all treated when I talked to the main lady about she was unbelievable rude and not apologizic at all horrible service.

Today we had to put down 1 of our dogs. It was a heartbreaking, emotional experience. The vet, techs and receptionist were so kind, compassionate and empathetic. The receptionist even gave my mom and I hugs as we were leaving. I would recommend them to anyone. Euthanasia is not an easy decision and they made it as comfortable as possible for us. I am going going to switch our vet care for our other dogs to this practice. I had never used them before today and felt as if I had been going there for years. Thank you for being so kind

No better place to take your dog. In fact, there is no better place to take any of your animals. All my dogs, through the years, have been to TWVC and received the TLC we all want for our animal friends. On one occasion, after losing my beautiful Basset Hound, "Pebbles," I told the entire staff at one time how grateful and blessed we are to have them in the neighborhood.

Dr Carol has been my Vet since 92 when she was just out of Vet school. She has been with me thru 6 pets. I wouldn't consider my pets health with anyone but her. She is knowledgeable and compassionate.

Been coming here for 3 plus years now…I’ve not been happy since day 1. Staff are like zombies…not very friendly. Everyone’s affect is just really flat. 3 dobbies and a corgi😏 not sure why I stayed especially now that my female dobbie is incontinent after being spayed. If this was discussed prior then I would have just endured her monthly period. Now she has to be on medication. Other issues arise, so I called and these staff just doesn’t really have the compassion…I had to be a big bad you know what to get to the Vet. They need to quit. Enough is enough. My pets is my family so they deserve better. Moving on to looking for that place where we can get better care even if it means an hour drive. Goodbye!

We have never been excited to take our dogs to a bet before. Dr. Ryan makes our pups feel like they are her own. Takes so much time and when we lost our last dog she never made any quick decisions however let us know all the facts and was truthful when she felt it was time. Showed so much love and compassion for what we were going through and just over all remember our pet and showed they are not just another number. The staff works hard also and is very friendly and attentive. Best place we have ever been to in 38 years!

We've used this veterinary clinic for over 10 years. They've taken care of several of our dogs. We've had to put a few dogs down and they've been awesome and came to our house to make it as comforting and peaceful as possible. We now have four dogs and still go to them. Dr Ryan is our favorite. She's always so nice, helpful, very good with our dogs and never pushy. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This place sucks. I just started taking my pup there this past year. He is 9 months old. And I am pretty sure he has an ear infection. So I call talk to the receptionist. And she tells me the can see him in a week 7 days. That is Unacceptable..Will not be back or recommend them.

We loved the vet an service until we had an emergency with a new puppy we adopted. Poor thing had a respiratory infection. They couldn’t get her in for 1.5 weeks because she was a NEW pet. If it was one of my other dogs they would of gotten them in same or next day. That’s not right. After years of service you treated us like that because I had a NEW adopted sick puppy. Transferred all our pets to a new vet that was happy to see her within an hour of calling. It’s called work in a sick puppy new or not.

Dr. Todd Rowles is hands down the best vet I've ever met. I brought in my very grumpy 13 year old cat for vaccines and despite her trying to bite him (SO sorry about that!), he never once showed anything but kindness and patience with her. His assistant was so patient and kind as well. I brought 2 cats with me and she helped me carry one of the pet taxis to the car that had unfortunately broken on us. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Recommend Dr. Rowles and Wentzville Veterinary Clinic to anyone!

We took our new puppy up there they overlooked hey skin irritation, thinking it was a scratch. I get back in there three days later just for the nearest me wait another 12 days before prescribing anything . I also felt like my dog was being practice on By unqualified assistance.

I drive a little over an hour to take my 12.5 year old English Bulldog to this vet clinic. They were recommended by St. Louis English Bulldog Rescue when I was in the process of finding a new, more knowledgeable veterinarian, specifically for bulldogs. I am so grateful that I found this vet clinic. Every one of their staff members from the front desk, vet techs and veterinarians are extremely kind, gracious and helpful. They are all willing to answer any questions you may have, and if they don’t know the answer, they will do their best to find it out and get back with you. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I wouldn't dream of taking my pets elsewhere. Aside from affordable rates, the compassion is second to none....whether I had to euthanize a beloved four legged family member or navigate the waters of feline diabetes with another furry family member. We love everyone at Wentzville Vet Clinic, from the front office to the vet techs to Dr. Lunsford. I can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommend.

We were referred to Wentzville Vet Clinic via the St. Louis Bulldog Rescue on Facebook. We thought it made sense to try someone who has more experience treating Bulldogs. We had a concern about two fatty bimps on Gertie, our 7-year old English Bully. They tested her and assured us she was good for now, and watch to ensure they don't grow unusually quick. The Vet, Ron Ragan, was great, thorough, and gave us recommendations on overall health. We highly recommend this clinic for anyone seriously concerned about their pet.

Dr. Ryan has been our vet for over 10 yrs. at the Wentzville location, and I couldn't be happier with the entire staff! They are knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. I have 3 dogs, so I'm there pretty regularly. They always take the time to explain things, answer any questions I might have, and go over any options for my pet's situation. I highly recommend them.

I have been taking my dog, Remy, here for the past 5 years. Remy is an extremely reactive dog, she is scared of everything, especially new people. Dr. Lancaster and the rest of the staff always accommodate to Remy and do everything they can to make things quick. Wentzville Veterinary Clinic genuinely cares for your animals, I wouldn’t take them anywhere else!

The staff is very attentive and understanding. All questions were answered thoroughly. Very glad to have found Dr. Ragan, he loves our English Bulldog just as much as she loves him. It was great to see her give him kisses even after getting vaccinated!

Dr. Schwendemann called back within 15 minutes on a Sunday evening regarding our furry baby. She was absolutely amazing and compassionate and put our minds at ease immediately. She knew exactly what to do the moment we arrived and had everything set up ready. She is amazing with cats and all I can say is Dr. Swendemann had to be the top in her class. I had two rats that I lost to cancerous tumors. I took them to this clinic to be put to sleep. A lot of people are quick to dismiss rats as either gross or unimportant, but the vet there treated my little ones with as much care and respect as any dog or cat. I really appreciated their kindness. ❤
