Do not purchase appliances here. 3 weeks after purchasing. Having first one arrive damaged, it was sent back. Another was sent out to replace it, guess what, it was damaged too. So now we wait for a third replacement. Chances it will arrive damaged look pretty good. I think I will no longer use home depot for all my home needs, paint?possibly, maybe some building materials but nothing that has to be delivered. Ever

Terrible company, terrible store, terrible customer service. Bought a defective product, after days of waiting technician comes out says yup it's defective says it needs to be replaced. 2 days later we call and ask about our replacement they say they'll have to send out another technician. Why? They were just here. Another tech comes says the same thing then tells us home Depot will have to issue replacement. Called again they know nothing about it. I'll never buy another product from this store again. Truly the worst experience, I've experienced more courtesy from drunks than I have from customer service here

I went to the above store (wentzville Mo) to buy supplies for my business. I prioritized lightweight items to make it easier to move the cart. When I tried to get salt bags last which were situated outside the store, the cashier assumed I was going to steal thats already in the cart and stopped me, which felt racist due to the colour of my skin. If home depot is so unsecured about the stuff they should keep every god damn items inside the store.. secondly No one apologized for this kind of behaviour done to me. They have forever lost a homedepot customer. I won't be returning to this store and the brand too..

DO NOT ORDER DISHWASHERS/INSTALLATION . We had SO many issues, multiple reschedules-after we take off work for nothing, no information on anything, no call no shows, no communication, drop offs without communication on when to be home, no installation service, no phone calls in return to help us out from multiple customer service lines, a huge dishwasher is now taking up our entire kitchen without an installation guy here to put it in with no information on when they will take care of this. Absolutely horrible service and very unprofessional on every single person involved, if you plan to order any appliance through Home Depot I highly recommend going anywhere else. They clearly do not care about their customers or our time. We will never shop here again, which is unfortunate because we spent a lot of time and money for their company. But never again after this.

Went to Home Depot this evening to get some tile for the pool. Had a good selection for the most part. I came across in my point of view some very Exquisite glass tile that look like the inside of a oyster shell. They had two different sizes I went for the bigger ones thought it would be a lot easier and a lot less grout work. Thought the price was Competitive with other stores. I paid $12.49 per square foot before taxes. Comment if you like. Let me know what you think about my Selection. I am going to be going with probably a gray or a silver grout. Hopefully I will be installing within the next couple weeks. Sorry I couldn’t take pictures of the finished product I have to find somebody to fix a crack in a fiberglass pool. On that note if anybody knows of anybody that does fiberglass pool crack repair, please let me know. Thanks and advance.

Good selection of tools and equipment. Things not at the other St Charles County stores. Prices are standards as the other stores but good place to check if a specific item isn't at the other stores. Friendly staff helps to find items and check you out quickly. Parking is good and plenty of space.

Absolutely terrible customer service only made worse by an abysmally inept delivery and installation company they outsource too. Delivered refrigerator that didn't work , 4 days later they finally get back to us, problem still isn't solved and might take us weeks. Go somewhere and save yourself time and hassle. Lost quite a few customers here.

Horrible experience with the manager. Best to avoid this store at all costs.They had one fire pit left in the style I was supposed to get. Box seemed beat up, and the item had possibly been returned, but the associate I asked assured me that they carefully check these items to make sure all the parts are there, and it isn’t damaged. Yeah, I should’ve laughed and walked out, but my mission was clear and I bought it anyway. Item was a lot heavier than expected, so it was a chore getting it home. And it was a little concerning how many employees had their masks down under their chins. Sure enough, I wrestled the box into the garage, opened the package, and it was bent up quite a bit. I really didn’t want to repackage it and haul it back to the store due to the weight and Covid risks. Called the store, and the associate said they should be able to issue a partial credit or do something for replacement if I can send pictures, and she transferred me to her “manager”. Guy was pretty curt, not at all helpful, said “we don’t have an email you can send pictures to”, and said I have to bring the item back to the store. Instead of that hassle, I called the service number inside the package, and Home Depot customer service bent over backwards to help. I sent the service rep pictures of the damaged parts. (The service rep said the store manager definitely has an email address he could’ve given me). She sent a parts request to the manufacturer, to replace the bent parts if they’re available (which is a long shot). And then she contacted the store manager to try to set up a partial refund. After quite some time, she gets back with me, and is clearly upset and out of breath. She told me about her frustrating experience with this manager, and it sounded like a doozie. We had a couple good laughs at his expense. Fortunately, it looks like Home Depot corporate can resolve the issue. We’ll see. And I’m very glad I (hopefully) won’t have to set foot in that store again.

I was looking for a few handles for some new cabinets and bathroom vanity. After looking around for something to go with an oil rub brass hinge, I came across the liberty style door handle. Above the display was a towel bar and ring and toilet paper holder. These went well with the liberty handles. The handles were on sale for a pack of 10. We needed 20. The planning designer in the bathroom department, Jerry was able to give us 10 loose handles for the package price. There was only one package left. They turned out to be a good choice.

They hire teenagers and overwork them and underpay them, yes I’m speaking to you Yolanda(HR). While I was there I was overworked and underpaid and they were running a training course every month against unions. People, please stop supporting this company. They are anti union to their core.

Her whole demeanor just made me feel welcome and that she cared. We talked briefly about my prosthetic and then she told me whe re e to find my objects. Found exactly what I needed Anna Lisa and Aden were a great help, none of the lumber guys were willing to help load my wood but these 2 kids came from other departments to help me as due to a recent car accident I cannot lift anything and they both deserve recognition! Shame on the grown men that actually work in the lumber department who refused to load my wood, but Annalisa and Aden, you two are great workers and deserve the pay if not more of the men that work in lumber department are making! Great job guys❤️

I live in Columbia, MO and right in the middle of having a deck built. I changed my mind on the balusters that I wanted and the only place that had them was: HOME DEPOT in Wentzville. I talked to Tom in Customer Service near the front door and he went out of his way to make sure they had the quantity I needed. He went beyond what anyone else would have done. The square balusters look fantastic and match the fence I just had put in. I wish I knew his last name so he would get the credit he deserves.Thank you again "Tom", and HOME DEPOT in Wentzville!

Everytime I go in, the lumber I need (white panel boards) are stacked on a shelf by the roll up door in the back. Now knowing that these panels will warp with the slightest bit of moisture, the idiots continue to stack it in the bin right next to the door. I have been in there when it is raining and the roll up door wide open, and the guys that work there don't care, it's not their money being ruined. I would fund a different store. I know I have.

Typically better or same prices than other big box stores. Curbside is always good. It’s just impossible to find an employee. The older employees are always quick to help but everyone else seems to always be hiding. Stood in the blinds and flooring section for 30 minutes

I was there to buy a new washing machine, but after looking around and picking one out, I waited for assistance, and after about 20 minutes, I went looking for help. When I finally found an employee, she was sitting at a desk helping a customer with financing, so I said "excuse me, sorry, I'm wanting to buy a washing machine when you get a chance." She looked me up and down, rolled her eyes, and said,"I'm the only one in this department right now and already busy with a customer. Can you come back tomorrow? Because we don't actually keep anything in stock except Hotpoint, so we couldn't help you today anyway." Then she turned back to the other person. That's when I left.
