This location has been undergoing a remodel for quite a while, and I think the chaotic part is complete?? That being said, they need to work on the in-store online order pick-up situation. Apparently, since the remodel, they no longer have all of the ready-to-pick-up orders back behind the customer service area anymore - some of them are all the way on the other side of the building, forcing the associate to walk across the entire store to pick them up. It took several minutes for her to get mine, which seemed like there could have been a better set-up.

A few isles were unorganized but that was becaus they were bringing out new items. Other than that, the store honestly wasn't all that bad. It was clean the safe was friendly.

Very DISAPPOINTED!!! I placed an online pickup order for Cough Syrup at 1:40pm, I get to the store to pick it up at 3:50pm and the young lady tells me that it’s out of stock, no notification, call or email whatsoever. Very Disappointed!!!!

Love using this service, but I almost always get an email before I go pick up my order that at least one of my items is unavailable AFTER checking out online. Inventory needs to be kept in real time and there should be no reason for discrepancies as I know it is all done electronically. Sometimes I will just cancel my order altogether because it isn’t worth the trip if the main thing I was going for isn’t available.

My daughter, grand daughter and I visited this target on December 27th around 8pm looking for a great deal instead we encountered racial profiling. The Wentzville police officer followed us through the store until we checked out. I found a Barbie doll on sale I scanned the item to confirm the price however, it didn't match I asked the associate to confirm why the price didn't match instead of honoring the price she removed the sticker (showed below) and stated she couldn't honor the price. I asked for her to reach out to a manager and she said no, I don't know any company where an associate can decline the right for someone to speak with a manager for more clarification. How do you explain to a eleven year old child who was excited to spend her Christmas funds that this awful experience is because she is different and because of her skin color. I hope and pray this store gets some training on how to provide great customer service to anyone, including people of color.

This store has a decent collection of NECA figures and products. There is also a CVS Pharmacy conveniently located in the store. I have found this pharmacy efficient in the few times I have used it

It's set up like all the other Targets. There is a small section for food/groceries, but it is limited in terms of variety or specific things you might be looking for.

I give a 4 star rating only because there’s always room for improvement. Target in Wentzville is usually clean. It’s typically easy to return items. I wish they had more lanes open with humans running them. The CVS in Target is the best, very nice, knowledgeable and reliable.

I personally cannot continue to shop at this specific store because of a certain worker there. His first name is Andrew and he works with a friend of mine in the starbucks there. She has come to me multiple times and has told me how this man has locked her in his vehicle and wouldn't take no for an answer when he asked her for certain things involving her body. He hasn't seemed to have been punished for these actions and it's disgusting.

Being able to order anything you need any time of the day and have it ready within 2 hours for driveup is amazing. The people who work here are quick and efficient, they actually had my order ready in less than an hour and this was the day before Easter a Saturday.

The grocery department is amazing, and anytime I need help with grocery pickup, Blake is always there to help me. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to go out of his way. I’ve never had such wonderful customer service from an individual at a store before!

Baby department is lacking. Seems like they struggle to stay in stock. I understand product availability but other targets seem to be able to keep items in stock, so what’s the difference. Ordering opportunity? I’ll shop other stores before going to this one.

I love shopping Target. It is bright, cheery, and wide open. The aisle's are large. It is not like shopping in a warehouse. I always find what I need. Lately I have been ordering on line and picking up, due to COVID. That is very handy and everyone is so pleasant when I arrive.

Drive up is very helpful. I pick what I want on the app, select drive up and then head to the store. I don't have to schedule an appointment or wait for a few hours for my stuff to be pulled. I would normally go to Walmart instead for their lower prices, but Target is now more convenient and I can afford to pay the higher prices for better convenience.

The clerk was really nice but evidently he thought we were going to steal the merchandise. He only allowed us to look at one speaker at a time and he did not let us compare the speakers. So I had to buy both speakers and I will be taking one of them back. My experience has never been like this at any other Target. I doubt I will return to this Target.

All the people are very friendly and helpful! Returns are super easy like normal. Even had a lady recognize me. Store is very well keep up and clean. Only wish it was a Super Target! 😉😂 Starbucks people are also very efficient and nice too.

I went here today to try and get a good sale on diapers. The big boxes were on sale as well as the smaller packs per the shelf. Went up to the register with two big and two small, and the cashier said only the big boxes were on sale. I offered to go get a picture of the deal, sorry, but if you say it's on sale, I'm going to ask that you honor it. The cashier got a manager approval to override it and honored the deal. I don't come here often, but when I do, the cashiers are good people and are willing to work with me :)

I recently had surgery and am on crutches. I really needed to be able to quickly get in, get what I needed, and leave. This service made that possible for me. There wasn't anyone in front of me in line. Getting in and out of the car took more time than getting my order. I really appreciated the service today.

I shop quite a lot at Target and I wouldn't shop there if there were problems. These items weren't available in my local Target, so I ran out to Wentzville, which isn't too far to go. It's a much bigger shopping area, so I was surprised to get in the store and back out again quickly with my order and on my way.
