I’m very disappointed by the decision to add alarms to the carts. Today I had my toddler with me and he had a kid’s cart. We went through the check out, paid for our items, and then near the exit I stopped my cart to allow him to put his kids cart away. When I tried to then get my cart out the door, the wheels locked up and the alarms went off. Besides having the entire store look at me, the most upsetting part was that my toddler freaked out and ran out of the store without me to avoid the noise from the loud alarm. I’m so grateful he didn’t keep going out into the street. I understand these were probably added to prevent theft, but I personally would rather frequent Dierbergs down the street after this incident.

Ordered chicken called to make sure order was received, they said it was ready. Went by to pick up and it was not ready, someone had told several others the same thing. Ordered oven roasted fried chicken we received fried chicken. Will not do this again, very disappointed

MASKS REQUIRED! THANK GOD!I was pleasantly surprised to see they gave our free masks to their shoppers! Everyone in the store had on masks.SEAFOOD DEPARTMENT:They streamed and seasoned the crab I selected from the floor freezer. It was ready in about 15 minutes. Tasted great, just wish id gotten more.This Schnucks had the last 2 six packs of Michelob Lager, as Michelob has stopped production of this product. Super happy about that!

I’m from Florida, so we don’t have Schnucks. Nothing about these stores are a “Must See” aside from their huge alcohol selection and these FRIED CROISSANTS. I went on I think a Saturday and there was a swarm of people in the bakery department. I guess doughnuts are their thing. They carry a wide variety for a beyond reasonable price. I bought 1 fried croissant and went back later in the day for another and they were gone. The only ones left were a box of six that someone called to have set aside. It had been hours since they called and bakery was shutting down for the day so the baker let me have them. If you see them TRY THEM. They are so flaky, crusty, and delicious. Throw in some coffee and there is no better way to start your day. You just have to get there early because THEY GO FAST. I also love that the store has self checkout.

I shop at Schnucks twice a week. I am consistently pleased with the quality of fresh meat, fruits, and vegetables offered at Schnucks. The deli has a wonderful selection of fresh food and deli meats. Finally the store is union so a lot of the staff have been there for sometime indicating low turnover. I'm always pleased to see the same faces week after week.

I will start out with the caviat that I an not from the area. This was my first time visiting a Schnucks.I felt like the prices were high, particularly for meat. The lay out was hard for me. It's like there are two stores and you have to get through the first one to get to the second one. It's a weird setup that left me feeling lost.The fresh fruits and vegetables were of fine quality.

Great bargains on meats, frozen entrees, household cleaners....etc.. I've earned a lot of free money through their rewards program! Let it build up as I am doing. Don't spend it as soon as you get it.

I called to order flowers for someone having a bad day. It was a Sunday . I assumed they would not get there till Monday , That was ok. Kathy was wonderful . She helped me pick the perfect plant due to the one I wanted in my price range was not available. She also stated she would get it done before she left at 2 when she left for delivery same day !(It was already 1). As if that was not enough. Duke the delivery man strugled to find the address. They are confusing in her area, He did not give up . He tried for sometime then called me and started over to arrive there that day. ! What great service!Employees like that are ver hard to find now days .Thank You !

This store is lacking compared to other locations. It has a very small alcohol selection which doesn't even have local staple beers. The produce selection is small and the items are not that great. My kale was covered in black spots that we thought was dirt, but after watching it multiple times, that stuff was still suck on there. Meat selection is just okay compared to other locations, they don't have nearly as much.all other aisle have a small selection as well because the store is smallee than other locations. The nice cheese selection is extremely small. The reason I gave it two starts is because the the staff is friendly.

In general I like the store BUT every time I go in the store the electric wheel chairs for the handicapped are not charged. How do the handicapped patrons shop. I went this morning with my husband, who can't walk, and not one chair was charged. Customer service is just feet away. Why doesn't anyone check throughout the day. It would only take seconds of time. Why doesn't the closing manager check before locking store up at night. It would take seconds as they walk out the door at night. This is a total disservice to your handicapped patrons. Since this happened AGAIN this morning I literally walked out and went to another store to do my shopping.

Great place to grab groceries. I try to go early Saturday mornings but it seems like they never have shelves fully restocked.The employees are working as quickly as they can, I’m just too early is all. Building is normally clean and all the carts roll smooth. Overall a great place. Skip Dierbergs and go to Schnucks

The cashiers and all the staff were extremely friendly. Schnucks had a deal this weekend on pork steaks. They were very accommodating even with large quantities. Great customer service and selection. We also had them cook our fish in store. It was amazing. What a great service.
