I just interacted with 2 fantastic people from Sam’s club in Wentzville. Dave was so kind and helpful.I would name Joseph the star employee! He went above and beyond to help me out this afternoon, while multitasking his other duties flawlessly, all with a smile on his face and a friendly attitude.

I had a hard time switching my credit card to my new account and the call center was awful, so I decided to go into Sam’s Club in Wentzville to see if they could help, first a young man started to help me, and then walked away and left me to my own demise when this lovely lady Cate came up to help me, she was very patient and knowledgeable and she took time to make the phone call for me and get everything straightened out and my account in good order. She was very nice even though I was really frustrated and she just changed my whole day from bad to good, and I feel like she should be recognized! way to go Sam’s Club for having such a wonderful employee

My boyfriend and I got gas and stopped in for last minute groceries around 7:30, he had to use the restroom and I walked through clothes while I waited. I was grabbing clearance items when employee Sammy told me that I shouldn't be in here, they were closed, I apologized and explained that i thought they closed at 8:30 (wrong thats costco) and I was waiting on my boyfriend and she rolled her eyes and said you need to leave were closed. Meanwhile the rude old woman in the clothing area that was tonight came up next to me and folded the item I had my hands on in a huff. I worked in retail for a long time and would never dream of being so rude to a customer, I would have just politely asked me to leave. When I got to the front they had closed all the registers and a woman and I asked if we should use scan and go and the front end associates said well the registers are closed so yeah. Mind you they did not make a single closing announcement. I will not be returning and will happily drive to the st peters costco

when did the bakery only give you a cake order form after questions of what day and time do you want it? I stood at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me for a least 5 minutes, while they were decorating cupcakes nd gabbing. An older lady was right behind the counter looking at me the whole time. i assumed she was on a break, then finally a young man came out and she had him question me about the what y and time. ridiculous 😡😡😡

Just drove from lake saint louis with 15 miles left in my tank to use the Sam’s club gas. Didn’t have my card because I usually pay on the app. I got there and the app said there was an issue with the app. I waited 15 minutes for a pump to open. Now I have 5 miles left and have to get the QT. Don’t waste ur time on a grocery stores gas. If they provided a cash option then maybe they’d get my service. But I’d rather pay the extra penny per gallon then waste my time.

Great deals and great service except for a particular individual or rather two.I couldn't help but notice an employee named Ryleign and another employee who I couldn't get the name of were kissing near the fire exit and making other customers uncomfortable, plus they had a cart blocking an aisle. When I approached and asked if they could move the cart she and him muttered what I assume was name calling (possibly racial slurs since I am black) and moved the cart while giving me a nasty look.

2024/1/13 Update. Caution.. Ordering a full size pizza can take 20+ minutes. If I knew that, I would have not ordered one. Also ordering at the checkout counter confuses the Cafe for some reason. P.S. The pizza is not at the same caliper as Costco. Sorry.

I wanted to give a shout out to some of most hard-working people!! If you see these people, they will make sure you have the best experience.For the morning merchandising crew, the best forklift drivers in the morning who go above and beyond Jeff and Ed. The stockers, Tristan D., Tristain B., Cameron also go above and beyond. They do more for this club then most people realize. They go help other departments more than anyone else in the morning. I feel like their team leads and manager should take notice of how amazing they are! They should get a free lunch or something everyone once in a while, and no free cafe food either. They deserve something really nice.For my favourite club pickup associate Jossiah! is amazing and helps encourage anyone he knows to be a better associate. He helps people when they need it and always brightens people's day.For the PM crew, Lisa does the best in clothing! We know when she is there because the clothes look amazing! She is the best trainer to people who start and helps them understand everything they need to know. Rose also comes in and does a wonderful job trying to fold during our busiest time of the day.My final shoutout goes to the two managers who are the best of the best. First one goes out to Kameshia!! You will find her running the front of the club making sure everything the member's needs. She is appreciated by all departments by how caring she is and how she listens to people and their problems. She tries to help the staff as much as she can. My last shoutout goes to manager Austin!! Austin really cares for his crew, and he makes sure that they know that. He doesn't pick favourites on his crew. If his crew has problem's, he takes care of it right away or as early as he can. He is just amazing.

The current curbside pickup disaster is ongoing and the new Sam's Club "batch system" is an epic fail. On October 4, 2023 we arrived at Sam's Club Wentzville and had to wait 45 minutes for our order to be brought to our car. I asked the employee politely what caused the delay, thinking they were just extremely busy. He apologized profusely and said that Sam's Club implemented a new "batch" system for curbside pickup and it was causing a lot of extra work and confusion. Seeing he was in a complete sweat, I said we were greatly appreciative of his efforts and were sorry things were so difficult for employees. Before I continue, let me state emphatically that I have NEVER previously waited more than 15 minutes for a pickup, even during the curbside pickup's most busy time. Now onto last night's debacle. We arrived at Sam's curbside pickup at approximately 6:41 pm and every single pickup spot was full. After about 30 minutes a young man came out with a cart to deliver to a car. He immediately turned around and went back in with the cart still full. The lady in spot #1 started a conversation with my wife and said she had been waiting an hour. Her daughter had gone in the Club and returned saying someone would be right out with their order. I then went into the Club and asked a man standing at curbside service said he'd been waiting over an hour. The picture of that area was nothing short of total disarray with carts stacked full of multiple orders with no organization at all. There were at least four or five employees running around checking their hand held devices but no orders were going out. A very nice young lady asked my name and if I wanted to take my order out. I said absolutely and she grabbed a shopping cart and slugged four cases of water and three cases of soda I to the cart like it was nothing. I thanked her profusely and said she was an awesome employee and told her none of this debacle was her fault and that Sam's Club should be ashamed for putting their employees and customers through this horrible mess. Sam's management needs to figure this out and quick for the sake of their customers and employees.Update 2/1/2024Sam's Club at Wentzville seems to have gotten their curbside procedures down and once again things are working smoothly. We are back to under 5 minutes for curbside deliveries. Kudos to the Sam's Club Wentzville curbside staff and manager for getting things back under control!

Was in member service 3 times because of my card not working....I only needed to get like 4 things and had planned to be in and out. 45 minutes later finally was able to get what I needed thanks to my husband sending me his barcode to use....absolutely ridiculous!! We have been a member for years and never had this many issues before....

So usually when I stop in for the sushi it's usually really good. Today though, it just felt like the rice wasn't cooked right, and left a lot to be desired for $20. The store is great, and they have a great selection for the price. Just consistent effort in preparation and execution would be nice.

I was there at 14:00 on Oct. 13, and a manager named Anna helped me at the customer service desk. Other people couldn't help me with my refund, and she made it seem easy. She made the whole process very smooth, friendly, and she made it a very pleasant experience overall. Very much appreciated it !!!

We like Sam's Club. We occasionally go for just a hot dog and frozen yogurt. They have a couple vitamins that my wife can only find there or online. Good deals on clothes, food household items, etc.

Always love Sam's club!! The food service part of Sam's was a mess ...understaff.. need to pay more attention to the cleanliness...and a Merry Christmas to all the hard working associates...they all where busting there butts...

Saturdays and Sundays are the heavy shopping days. Ideal shopping days are Wednesdays and Thursdays PM.Saturdays, they run out of fresh fruit and other popular items. Tuesdays are not a good day to shop as they haven't recovered from the weekend yet. They manage the carts pretty well, and the carts were always available at the entrance. The gasoline prices are getting competitive with the local retailers.

They were racist and they acted like we were stealing and doing something to the caucasian woman that we were with. They lied and said with one receipt that they scanned it wouldn't pull up the other items. They had us looking crazy and standing at the door at least 20 minutes with two different managers. I also asked them to scan my card then scan the items they said that's not how it works just for the managers to do just that. Horrible Experience. I could sue due to them holding us against our will (arrest) acting as if we were still with or without proof and no law enforcement involved. That's a no no I do Security and I know my rights they had already scanned 3 to 4 items and it was embarrassing and Degrading.

They need to be consistent on their pricing and on their website. Even Walmart will do price matching on it same day pickup as long as the item is in stock. Turbo Tax at store level is $82.88. On their website it currently shows that $64. 88 cents. Also when asking for a manager and they send you to just a front-end lead and it's not what you requested

I only go here for the 40 packs of ice mountain water and packs of propel water pretty much. It’s convenient to scan and go, but a major pain waiting in the long line while they check everyone’s receipt leaving. Either trust us to check ourselves out or get rid of it and put employees back in the check out lanes and let them do it.

We just moved to the neighborhood and we are very excited that there is a Sam’s Club 5 minutes away from our home. We are a Costco shopper but decided to get membership here & get used to shop here since it’s a lot closer.Went to Sam's to get a playground set for my son & we were very excited but Little did I know that this will be the worst experience I would ever had as a shopper.. The playground has no displayed price but it’s okay, we can ask at the register & have them assist us on buying it. When we were checking out, we asked the guy at the register about the price & if he can assist us on buying it, all he said was “IT’S VERY EXPENSIVE, GUYS IT’S REALLY EXPENSIVE!” “PLUS PUTTING IT TOGETHER WILL BE EXPENSIVE TOO” “IT’S JUST TOO EXPENSIVE “ over and over again.. I don’t know how hard to answer that simple question. And No, he never gave us a price. Just a statement of “It’s very expensive” 100X over and over again. I don’t know if we were racially profiled or what.. but I hope they can educate their employees to be kind & treat everyone equally. Answering a simple question is not gonna hurt anyone.
