If you know Gordon the Newfie, you know that he is a snips and snails and puppy dog tails boy. He goes through life investigating all the cobwebs and dust bunnies and dancing in the rain and mud.Gordon just LOVES his groomer Elle at Salon De' Fluff O'Fallon! I cannot say enough good things about her and the shop. When we get there, Gordon can’t move his tail fast enough to get in the door. Always happy to see me when I pick him up, he never looks back when I leave him.They are a fear free, stress free environment that don’t shy away from a challenge. They are always honest with me when I’ve done messed up and let me know when they see something concerning with Gordon. They are tolerant of my helicopter dog mom vibes and we always get invited back every 5-6 weeks, which is just enough time for a boy dog to do boy dog things properly.

I cannot say enough great things about this business! Shelby is wonderful and my labradoodle always looks so handsome after visiting her. He is not the easiest client either, he has some thick, curly, tangle prone fur and she never complains or makes me feel bad when he has some mats in his tail or behind his ears. She treats him like her own and he is always so happy to see her too.Everyone that works there is always so nice. They really do look out for your pets too. The owner made a point yesterday to talk to me about something she observed with my dog and him having possible food allergies. She gave me wonderful recommendations and told me I should follow up with his vet. Her knowledge on everything was very impressive and the fact she went out of her way to care and talk to me in depth on what she usually sees with his breed, was so kind and thoughtful.I get asked all the time where my dog gets groomed and I am so happy to share because they always do such a wonderful job.

Two times the $$ as Lucky Puppy, inconsiderate to the feelings of our furbabies, put our terrier in a general area with a Great Dane. Traumatized our baby. Won't ever return !

Nikki did a great job with our Big Bruce, a fluffy Golden Retriever. It was our first time here, and she asked a lot of questions to make sure she was doing what we wanted in terms of trimming/grooming. He looks beautiful, neat and tidy, and he was done quickly. Will definitely be coming back here!

They did an amazing job on my shepherds! We have been to so many groomers and been disappointed. Bigger dogs are expensive to groom and when it’s not done right your not going to waste the money. Well I am happy to say that we finally found a groomer who dose it right! My white dog washes really well but My black shepherd gets really itchy and they used aloe shampoo on her and no more itching. She looks like a brand new dog. Both dogs coats look shiney. They de-shedded them both and no more matted hair. Dogs were in a stress free environment. Felt super safe leaving them with the staff. Definitely going back! Highly recommend!

I'm really impressed. I took my Golden here and when I got her back she smelled and looked amazing! Her coat has never been this shiny and has gained more curls. They also gave her a snowman bandana which was a very cute touch! Definitely recommend.

We take both our dogs here. The dogs love coming here and Aries does a beautiful job. We have a Yorkie and a Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix.

my dogs regular groomer was booked out and could not get her in, so I called Salon De Fluff, they said sure we can get you in on 7/27/23 at 12:30, even received text confirmation of this. Got there at 12:12 on 7/27/23 and there was a note on the door stating closed for lunch from 12:15-12:45...not sure why I was scheduled at 12:30 then....so then they call back and tell me they are so sorry, ok awesome, tell me they can get me in at 3:30, so I go back, get there fill out the form, and the gal tells me my dog is so matted she will need to be shaved down completely (Maltese). Yes she has some matts not many maybe 3-4 so then says sorry we have to shave her all the way or there is nothing else we can do. Not a great experience! Pets on Parade wright city and Wentzville PetSmart will now continue to get my business since salon de fluff, is unable to handle a few matts. Side note my dog goes to the groomer every 6-8 weeks soooo you can guess no she is not full of mats

Amazing salon!! The owner is so helpful and knowledgeable and treats my girl just like her own! Matter of fact she fostered this girl until I adopted her. So why would I go anywhere else? Did I mention she’s a master groomer? Highly recommended!

My cavapoo haircut was horrible he looked totally like another dog.I normally take him to the other location with no issues. I will never go back to the WENTZVILLE location and the lady at the front desk was rude!

My wife and I rescue yorkies. Recently we adopted a super sweet 4 lb nugget who was completely freaked out when it was time for grooming.After searching g and calling I found Salon Dè Fluff.What a fantastic place to take your furry bff!!Not only we’re they able to groom her she looked amazing!!I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a safe responsible groomer that is not just great with with grooming but cares about little rescue dogs who need a littl touching up.5 stars all around

Appreciate the groomers that work here. I have a full standard poodle and she always comes in looking like a matted mess and comes back looking clean and beautiful! I also love the atmosphere and the fact that the dogs aren’t locked in the back in kennels. It’s a good atmosphere for your dog if they seem scared or uneasy. They will take care of your precious babies and make sure you are pleased with the way they look. Jessica the owner is also amazing in her field. She has more knowledge under her belt and more experience than any groomer I have met. Thanks salon de fluff.

First time visiting this groomer without even looking at my dog was told my miniature poodle would need to be shaved waited several weeks for the appointment the front staff offered no suggestions and was extremely unhelpful the environment was very loud ultimately decided that was not the best option for my pet or me I would not recommend this place.I would expect a groomer to listen to what the grooming needs to be off or if ideas and suggestions and actually look at the animal before taking the easy way out I have never had a groomer tell me that they needed to shave my entire dog.

I have 3 standard poodles & they are always gorgeous when they are finished! I also love the laid back environment here; my dogs are never stressed! Jessica Uzzetta, the owner, is tops in her profession! So knowledgeable about the specific breeds as well as products to use to get the best results! Prices are very reasonable as well! I recommend Salon De' Fluff VERY Highly!

These girls are awesome! I have 2 huge Malamutes that HATE baths and being brushed. I had anxiety about even taking them somewhere. Not only did they get the job done faster than anticipated but they even took video of my dog being brushed totally relaxed!! Definitely recommend these girls for anxious dogs. They can handle them and treat them wonderfully.

The grooming experts here at Salon De'Fluff did exactly what their name states, De'Fluffed our hairy boy. Our German Shepard/Great Pyrenees mix needed some serious love and they did exactly that. Our dog had never been to the groomer before so they had their work cut out for them and they exceeded our expectations. He was so happy and he looked amazing. Thank you for treating him like your own. You have our business going forward and Huxley will be excited to see you guys again soon.

We brought our Yorkie , 14 months old for a haircut. She left with the best cut she has ever received. The owners are very professional and kind. I would definitely recommend Salon de fluff for your pets grooming needs 🐶🐶🐶

we were very hesitant to take our dog here(usually he goes to petsmart). I’m so glad we did. It was such a wonderful experience for not only our dog but for my husband and I. He suffers from separation anxiety and they allowed us to stay and be next to him the WHOLE time to make him more comfortable. This will NOT be our last visit this will be our go to from here on out.

I explained was trying to stay at $60 or below for both bath/brush/nails and she insisted they do things different and was very abrupt/rude by cutting me off saying have a good day! (After I said we were both unemployed no less)! No thanks to this groomer!Update: later the same day just hours after conversation I found coupons for this place for $6 off first time and a nail trim special in a local ad magazine/insert. Question is why did she say she didn’t barter on price, which I get, but telling her we were both unemployed and struggling you would think she would have told me about the coupons!!! Not a very good business person, nor a decent human being.

I took my wheaton there today to get groomed. Her haircut turned out absolutely beautiful. she was extremely matted and I told them at scheduling this was the case. I also explained I was nervous due to bella having a horrible experience at the last groomer. I was quoted 65 and when I arrived to get her it was 95. when I said on the phone I was quoted 65 the lady told me they would of never quoted that on a wheaton. I said the girl I spoke with said she was new after asking multiple questions she couldn't answer. she was sweet and I figured she was new. when I told the lady that today she stated there is only 4 people who work there and no one was new. well I'm not lying for sure and I'm sure by my shock when they said 95 that I was telling the truth. she did not even offer to take a few dollars off or anything. pretty much just disagreed with me. poor customer service. Good thing she looked pretty or I would of been a whole lot more upset. Looks like after reading reviews this has happened before.
