Staff members are always friendly and helpful. They've manually entered a cart full of items because the prices were ringing up wrong and she practically cheered with every change. Love shopping here!

Fresh popcorn at the entry and also a basket of pig ears for the pups. Everyone was friendly and asked if we needed help multiple times. There is plenty of selection inside as well in the parking lot.

I spend most of my time there in the firearms section. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, regardless of your level of experience. Excellent pricing on steel targets. Free popcorn when you come in the store! Awesome tool section too!

In store help is wonderful but their online sales department is absolutely horrible. Bought a safe 3 weeks ago, liked it so much bought another. Wait, wait some more, finally get in touch with them because they never got in touch with us And they tell us it’s being delayed because they have to confirm payment whatever that means. Money was taken out of the bank the day we ordered it. Wait another week and nothing, have to get in touch with them again, only to be told, the item was clearanced out , and they canceled the order completely. Weird the first one got here in 4 days, then it takes 3 weeks for them to cancel my order for the second one. No communication what so ever!!!!! Terrible customer service Rural King.

I've been shopping at Rural King for decades. You can't beat the price on their RK blue jeans (< $12 for adult). Their clothing is durable and long-lasting. They have more than just farm equipment. As a city dweller, I find lots of good deals on everything from pet toys to buckets to electrical needs.

Well stocked inventory. The shopping carts have bumpy wheels. It's only an issue if you use the cart. They've cleaned up and straightened up the isles. Currently they have chicks (baby chickens. Keep it clean) and kits (young rabbits). The weekends are their busiest times. By Sunday, popular items may be out of stock. Best days to shop are Thursdays: not as crowded and restocked.

I been going to Rural King for years. I own a farm so I spend thousands of dollars a year at Rural King. They have gone downhill completely. It seems like it is ran by a bunch of high school kids now you can never get any help and when they do help you the information they give you is wrong, there’s literally not one person in the store that knows what they’re talking about. It really sucks too because I spend a lot of money at this place.

Worldking is okay to go to but it gets very packed and the parking gets limited. It's much easier to go to The other store in Warrenton, where there is more room to maneuver around.

When you need an item for your yard work or your garden work RK is the place you go. Also has a nice collection of everyday day goods and sweets. This last visit found many more grocery items, not just snacks. I bought a bag of onion sets. They had good prices on my favorite soup mix also.

I suggest this business gives veterans the credit they deserve and off a military discount or at least off a discount to veterans who buy military affiliated apparel from your store. Rural king takes advantage of military associated holidays with deals but fail to keep those deals around for veterans. If you buy a military bucket they give 50% of the proceeds to the Gary Senise Foundation. Thats it. Also the bucket lid is sold seperately. That should tell you everything you need to know.

They had Widel Paving there doing a fantastic patch job! Before you had issues with potholes and bad sealant discoloration. When I stopped by there today to get some home repair accessories. They were in the middle of doing some asphalt overlays. The pothole problem was completely solved for the first time in a few years,and it went above and beyond!!!! It truly shows Rural King's customer care\service.P. S. The photos are from when they first started early this morning when I was trying to beat the early morning rush.

Went for a specific type of mulch which they had last year, but this year they didn't have it in stock. The store is okay, but it always looks dirty to me. Maybe it's just the "rural" nature of it and the items they carry, or the uncovered concrete floor. Service was okay, but the checker was having a conversation with other staff rather than engaging with us. That's rude and poor customer service in my opinion.

I went in to get dog supplies, food and treats, the shelves were fully loaded with a very good selection of products. Check out was quick and courteous. This is a great place to browse with so many selections of different products, most of them are at low prices.

Employees were extremely rude. I picked several shirts and pants off of the clearance rack. When I went back to return the items to the rack that didn't fit, there was an employee marking them down. I asked if the ones I just picked out would ring up at the lower price. She said some sparky remark ,"yeah, when we get to them". None of my clothes rung up on clearance at all, had to be manually entered. So, why couldn't she take 2 seconds out of her day to put new stickers on mine?Then, I bought $13.00 worth of nuts and bolts that were carelessly thrown into the bag. So, when we hit a huge pot hole with the shopping cart, they went flying everywhere.This is my second time at a rural king, as I'm from an area that doesn't have them. I hope we never do, left a bad taste in my mouth.
