Stopped in here during a big storm Monday evening. The employees were incredibly nice, personable and caring. We had just picked up a 13 week old bernedoodle and was taking her home. We fed our pup inside the store and then stretched our legs. We were just passing through, but will definitely keep this store in mind. Great people!

Wonderful store and very helpful staff! My husband bought a 75 gallon fish tank, stand, filter and lots of items for the tank. After getting home and opening the box for the stand he realized one of the boards was damaged. He called this store and they went above and beyond to get the replacement board. (Including driving to a different PetSmart store to pick up the new stand because we bought the last one at their store)The next day he realized that the filter he bought wouldn't fit on the tank so he took it back. Not only did the employee help us with the return he also helped us pick out the new filter and he opened the box and showed us how to install it! I absolutely recommend this store to every pet owner!

I was Completing a doordash however pets mart was welcoming at the door also helpful as I was greeted at the door by a nice woman at the register she also asked if help was needed or picking up a order she immediately grabbed the order I was picking up in a timely fashion. I was in and out as service was also on point making my experience overall great

Very nice staff. Got my dog groomed here today (9/13/2023) as an interim because my groomer was booked out. I am impressed with this location. I am very satisfied with the quality and care provided by the staff.

Went here at 5pm on Saturday night to look for a fish. Was absolutely disgusted by the tanks. It looked like no one has cared for or checked on the fish in days. There was multiple dead fish everywhere, and also lots of decor was knocked over and floating around.

Showed up at 9:50 on Sunday, assuming they opened at 9 like last time I was there; doors were open, other shoppers looking around. Was quite a few people in line. Found what I needed, by then there were 7-9 people in line. Suddenly 5 minutes to 10 a man appears from the back and yells what are you all doing we don’t open til ten get out. Ooookay maybe lock your doors and make your hours larger on the door? There were a ton of us in there shopping for a while, I saw a worker as I walked in and they didnt say anything!And what’s with making customers feel like idiots and losing what would have easily been $500+ in profit 5 minutes til opening? Cashing in my points and switching to Petco.

If you need something right away, or just want to browse with your pet with you, this is a fun place to go. However, I still have a problem with their huge markups. I honestly find the exact same products on Amazon for a fraction of the cost. We would probably go to PetSmart more often if they didn't mark up their products so high. One note: they do sell deer antlers as well as rawhide and these last much longer and have marrow in them that our dogs will even share to chew on. I'm not sure you can get that on Amazon. Very friendly and welcoming environment.

Seems like every time I go in, there are always 4 or 5 people in pine and 1 cashier. The last few times I have gone in, they have been out of the 1 item I am there for. You can't celebrate your fur babies' birthday without a cake!

Went there to buy gerbils for my son and when I asked them for assistance they told me that they don't sell animals an hour before close (I was a couple minutes shy of the hour requirement). Very frustrating but I did come back at a different time (middle of the day) and purchased the gerbils and the girl was very nice on telling my son tips and tricks for caring for them.

$105 and didn’t even get a bow. Farewell Petsmart- I will never set foot in your store again EVER! The only thing they do is bathe and shave dogs. Real grooming is way out of their league! You just lost a 14 year customer.

Absolutely WORST haircut my labradoodle has ever had! They obviously do not know what they are doing especially when grooming a doodle! I can’t believe I had to pay for this haircut! I will never go back there or recommend them to anyone!

The woman at the register definitely didn’t like that my mother and I were in the store. She didn’t speak when we walked in only looked at us. She was very friendly to the white lady in front of us in line…when it came time for her to ring us up…her mood changed…she hardly smiled…we could feel the negative energy…it was very unwelcoming. The store is well stocked…we found everything we were looking for…won’t visit this one again. Pretty sure petsmart knew who they were hiring.

It’s been a while since we’ve been to PetSmart, but our Groomer is always so busy, so we decided to give PetSmart another go and I must say they did pretty good. I love the conveniences of the location, although the staff isn’t too friendly they did a great job on our fur baby.

Our dog is a very picky eater and she gets burnt out so we have to rotate her food and every once in a while we have to come here and get her fish freeze dried bites

Staff seemed friendly enough. That earns them the 1 star. About 25+ people in line about half way across the building. This is not uncommon for this location. No lane for mobile pickup. Very inefficient. Probably understaffed. I get it. But no way I could sit in that line. You'd think we were lining up to ride the screaming eagle lol no thanks

Store is nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Got my dog his shots yesterday but they declined to tell me when they called and asked for his vaccination record that he has to wait 48 hours. Would be nice if the website tells you when you’re booking and not just in the FAQ’s. A 30 minute drive and gas for nothing. Probably won’t ever come back based off the inconvenience.

Clean, large aisles, extremely friendly staff, and reasonably priced items. They had the pet shampoo, and then some, I was looking for. Overall I would go there again and recommend to friends and family.
