Pouring down rain and had to have a bowl of their "most excellent" chicken noodle soup. Great broth that actually tastes like it was made from "chicken" broth. Noodles are really good too. Light on the chicken but still very good. And yes, I "soak" that delicious bread in the broth. We use to love going to Panera. The food is decent for the price but the last few times we’ve gone to this location we have not had a good experience. Our food order was correct but the employees were super rude and unfriendly. At the drive through all we got was a “what do you want” and total. Then when we got to the window it was “here” and then the server went right back in without another word. Not sure what is wrong with staff these days but they need to at least have some type of service skills.

This morning I ordered a half dozen bagels and a pack of mini scones and after driving away with my order I looked at it and noticed that my scones were all burnt and hard and crusty looking and scones are not supposed to look like that!! I was very disappointed! I'm shocked that someone would send out food that looked that burned. I also asked for my bagels to be bread sliced and they were not.

Soup was completely watered down...disgusting. I read a review about the soup being watered down before going and what do you know...that's exactly what I got. I went an hour before closing, so I don't know if this is a night thing, but stop it Panera. The price of the soup doesn't change after certain hours, so the quality shouldn't either. Panera cost to must for this type of shenanigans...please do better.

I ordered a full sandwich, two cookies, and a drink for $21. I got home and they gave me a half sandwich and one cookie. I don’t know how they messed it up this bad. I actually can’t understand how they messed this up. It’s such a simple order. It’s not even the same buttons to press to send the order through. She had to deliberately press half sandwich instead of full. Very disappointed.

Went this morning and it was terrible. Rude manager rude staff, my order was supposed to be ready at 6:59, then said it was ready at 7:05. Email said "sorry for the delay," okay, no problem. I come in at 7:10 and it isn't ready. I ask the person at the counter they say it'll be on the shelf but the person by the shelf says it will be at the bakery the bakery says to ask a manager. Then the manager makes my order, which he had to reprint the receipt for because someone marked it ready (presumedly to improve order time statistics I suppose?), even though it wasn't ready. And he puts the order on the counter that I first went to while I'm waiting at the bakery and instead of handing it to me goes "over there man." And walks off. Every time I go in for dinner the staff is friendly, even the high schoolers surprisingly. And very helpful too. But, not in the morning. Honestly, still worth it for the food though.

Id like to start by saying, I am a loyal Bread Co customer and have been since I could say the word "bread". I was having a bad day and thought I'd order myself a little treat for lunch and was met with nothing but frustration. First, I immediately noticed they forgot my drink which my ADHD was relying on the caffeine to get through the rest of work day. Then, I bite into my chicken sandwich and realize there is a whole joint bone sticking out, clear as day, could have been easily noticed by whomever made the sandwich. The meat around the bone was also very undercooked. Customer service did respond quickly to the matter, but I'm not sure $10 of store credit quite makes up for the massive risk to public health.

Bread co is a joke now. My wife and I used a credit on her account because they messed up her last order. So we place the order on the app for drive through pick up. To bad the drive through isn't even open and coned off at 2pm on a Sunday. So I got the food and opened my bag when I got home and this order was messed up.... Who wants French onion soup without the cheese or croutons.

PLEASE retrain your drive-thru on the process of exchanging payment, bagging all items ordered, and double checking the order before handing it off to the customer. The last time I went through the drive-thru they tried to hand me my bread bowl without a bag. I just went through the drive-thru and they handed me my food and shut the window without handing my credit card back and walked away. I then had to honk to get someone's attention in order to get my card back and not sit there for another 5 minutes waiting for someone. For the food prices you offer, your service should be much better.

Went through the drive thru today and ordered a small Mac n cheese and chicken Caesar salad. Got home to find this bug in my salad. Absolutely disgusted. Definitely won’t be eating here again. How can you charge over $10 for a salad with a bug in it? 🤮

Food is decent, the drive thru & pick up expects tips, which I wouldnt recommend tipping, each time I tip I don't get half of my order so I'm wasting money on service that is bad.I miss the old days when they had the kids PBJ & the old fashioned cinnamon roll available now there new cinnamon roll just sucks.

Let me tell you, the overall the presentation was very good but it was all pricey. Butternut soup was nice and creamy but too sweet and I could not finish it. The Mediterranean salad was not that filling standing alone but the rice was really good. The bagels were homemade and nice and chewy. The cinnamon roll was not what I expected. Could have been more soft and chewy. There was not enough bbq sauce on the chicken sandwich but the bread was wonderful. I will always long for the bread bowl with the broccoli soup. But any grocery store salad could easily outdo the southwest chilli lime salad. The mocha cold brew was very good. The salads were fresh and low in calories. Very easy to eat low calorie/carb here. The customer service was top notch especially from Annalisa. And free bread

Just ordered dinner for my family in the drive through, get home and find this. It’s the grilled Mac and cheese sandwich. I’ve had this sandwich several times and it’s never been served burnt before. It even smells burnt. This is the second time this week I have had a poor experience at the Wentzville location. On Tuesday I ordered the same grilled Mac and cheese sandwich in the drive through and was already on the highway when I figured out they gave me a regular grilled cheese. Definitely not the service you’d expect from Panera.

Disappointed. Unsure why this location struggles to fill the mac & cheese to the top. Or why the muffies and cookies aren't ever fresh. Why the new chicken sandwich rarely has sufficient toppings. I don't get it.But the pictured mac & cheese is a bit ridiculous. It was like soup eating the entire large, and I still had leftover cheese.

My Avocado Turkey Bacon sandwich had frozen Turkey. Not just cold...FROZEN. My wife ordered the Broccoli Cheddar soup and LOVED it. She said it was great. We also ordered a large Mac N Cheese. The container wasn't even half full. I will say, however, that it was delicious.

Just got home with an order that I placed on line and went and picked up. With it being a cold day today we decided to get some soup. The soup was watered down. It had zero flavor and it was like someone dumped all the ingredients into a cup of water. Extremely disappointing. I will never go back to the store in wentzville.

Panera holds a special place in my heart, it is still known as St. Louis Bread Co. in areas in Missouri. I have been a customer for 36 years. It is like coming home for me everytime I walk into one. It is consistently delicious, staff is friendly and helpful. Decor is comfortable and inviting. It has only improved over the last 30 years. Visit you will not be disappointed.

The panera is my favorite sandwich shop in wentzvile. It's my Sunday evening go to.They have a wide array of beverages, sandwiches, and soups, in addition to the lines of baked goods you would expect from a company that grew out of a saint louis bakery.Also, try the "charged sips" they are tastey and heavily caffinated. Consume with care.Vegetarian options: They have a great Mediterranean vegie sandwich, among their vegitarian options, which I highly recomend.Parking: Parking almost perfect for their dining room.

This is a nice location. Staff was pretty fast and very friendly, but very fast. I would recommend this location to anyone needing a bite to eat. Also, they have vegetarian options and various dietary restrictions.Parking: Easy to park. Plenty of parking around.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly nothing for them to play on but very friendly for kids

I come to this location a few times a week to get coffee for my husband and I. Staff is friendly enough in the atmosphere is usually cozy and quiet in the morning especially when they have the fireplace on.Parking: If I had you guys I'd say there's about 20 pull in spots in the front of the store, on the side probably about the same.

Good food, but customer service is very poor especially with the cooks. Picked up our order and they forgot the cookie, no biggie wasn’t till I went up and asked for it and they proceeded to say “ok” I asked if I could get it and they said “well which kind is it” like it was my fault they forgot it. Might need to work on that with the employees.
