The location is difficult to get to unless you are traveling south. The prices are deceptive. You can't read the sign unless you are pretty close. The lower price is only if you buy a basic car wash.

I want to let everybody know that the employees of this store saved my dog's life helping me to hydrate and cool off my bulldog that was suffering a heat stroke inside my car...i will always be grateful with these wonderful women that offered me their help when I needed it the most. Anytime I pass by I will stop and say hello to them. Actions speak louder than words. Thank you❤️🐕

Horrible Customer Service. Angry Cashiers. Reflective of Management (maybe)...there's only 1 or 2 that are plesent...PAUL, NOAH, JORDAN....PAUL Entertains my family AND entire circle of friends....please take notes from his style of Customer Service, he is encouraging to bring back business... believe me, many have gone down the road because of other's UGLINESS....

I love this gas station. I'm go here multiple times a week. Hannah, Abby, and the boys on 2nd shift always make my day and are super friendly. So is Trevor on night shifts. Always clean and stocked well too! Keep up the good work all much love!

Went through the car wash with a friend and it scratched the entire passenger side of his car. We went inside to fill out a claim form in which the employee was very apologetic. He stated that this car wash does it all the time and they would send him a check after they review the pictures. I just found out that they called him back and refused to repair his car. The cheapest estimate he got was $2600. That’s pretty messed up when the employee on site tells you it is obvious that the car wash made the scratches then the manager calls to say there’s no way the scratches were made by the car wash. I will never do business with this place again and I encourage everyone else to do the same.

The reception printer was broken and it's a difficult station to get in and out of going north. BUT the tire inflator let's you set a psi and then beeps at you when the tire is full. This is reason enough to go back.

Another Wentzville area station gouging customers on gas prices. The On The Run on Hwy K in O'Fallon was 20+ cents cheaper last week and this week. And that was not including the discount for a car wash. $4.47 at this station as opposed to $4.23 at the station on HWY K. Huh? Enough of the gouging!

Car wash is not good anymore. Didn’t do any soap or “hot” wax. Went straight to clear coat and some foam. I’ve worked for this company and know how the washes work. This is not how they should work. I got a refund which I wasn’t looking for at all but just another wash. I even said when would it be fixed so I can just come back. She said they were there today. Well quality control didn’t come by, that’s for sure. I took care of the wash personally in wildwood because I cared. Quality is going down while quantity is going up. Figures. It’s a shame.

Coolers aren't very cold, they rarely have what I want to drink, the same girl that's been with this location for around 4+/- years is rude and there is always a line in front of her. (I'm glad when someone comes to help her.) I avoid this location if possuble, but when I DO shop here..I regret it.

The staff are "consistently" the rudest people you would ever want to meet. They make you feel like they're doing you a favor by simply ringing you out at the register and to ask a question about something is like pulling teeth.

Avoid. Don't shame people into paying for something as their ticket to a bathroom. Especially if the bathrooms aren't spick and span. You are a business, provide a bathroom no strings attached or don't.
