2 stars are for the donuts. They are not the best around and to me they look and taste like day old donuts for premium price. I had better donuts from quick trip actually. The donuts do look amazing.

Truly the best hidden ice cream & snow cone place around. Recently, they added donuts and they are absolutely incredible! The kids working are always so fun and personable & this is truly one of our favorite places!

Just went to get a large shaved ice. Spent over 5$ and half the cup is just ice n little to no flavoring. Sad the prices we pay for poor quality. Employees need to do a better job to service paying customers.

Very friendly staff! Drive-thru is a nice option and quick service. Couldn’t decide between the frozen custard or the Dole Whip and they were able to do BOTH!! Added some marshmallow crème on top and it was sooo good :) Can’t wait to go back and try another combo next time!*Note: They do take cash AND cards, but there is a small fee if using a card.

My kids absolutely love this place. It's great because you can literally get Frozen Custard as well as slushies, donuts and coffee. I really like the Dole sorbets.

Coffee is good but the doughnuts are superb! The raspberry filled are THE best. They are actually filled. One time there was even so much filling the donut was cracked It was wonderful 😁 they aren't the fastest but it is well worth the wait.

Oh, dole whips! These are so hard to find and so fabulous! We had the shaved ice which was shaved super fine and had great flavor. The ONLY reason for not 5 stars is because of the huge bugs that fly around the lights. Will return.

We love stopping by and tipping when we can. Unfortunately the employees wait to see if you tipped in the drive through before adding the “juice” to the snow cones. We’ve tested it and each time we pay for extra flavor and don’t tip, it’s almost straight ice. Product is good if you tip, bad if you don’t.

Lulu's will always have a special place in my heart because when my friend was in her last days with her battle with cancer, pineapple Dole was the only thing that she could eat. I recently bought some for my friends for their birthday. I was going to have a little drive so I asked the man how the ice cream would hold up, he said he would make sure it was okay. He packed both quarts in a box full of ice for me. His above and beyond service really blessed me! ♥️

A little over priced to me. Small things like if I get a Sundae I expect whipped cream and a cherry on top. I prefer snocones over shaved ice (snow cones are finer ice shavings). The kids that work here...I applaud for having summer jobs but not the most chipper. What can I say. I like good customer service. Only place to get a dole whip next to Florida tho! I thank LuLus for that!!!

I love going there, but I came today and I wanted a banana split shake and they asked me if I wanted everything that you put in a banana split and I said yes,but I thought they would be adding it to vanilla ice cream not just the toppings mixed together.

We arranged for the Lulu's truck to be at my mom's celebration of life. Robbie was great and he had fair and clear bulk pricing. He was on time, helpful, and kind. Everyone said the treats were delicious. It was a fun way to honor my mom who loved sweets.

Shaved ice, ice cream sundaes, and Dole Whip. It was a nice place to visit and they had several tables to hang out and eat, including a couple kid size picnic tables. This was our first visit, but it won't be our last

This place is a joke. Highest prices around and they have you a shake with a spoon as if you can use that to drink with. And the lid was not on properly and leaked chocolate malt all over my car. What idiots.

Their donuts are overpriced and not very good. You're better off buying donuts at QT. The service is SO SLOW!!! AND YOU ARE TRAPPED!!!! THEY DON'T have anyone move forward so you can leave. Even when you tell them that you just want out of the line after you waited too long to order, only to be told they tell you they don't have what you want. The woman in front of me ordered literally 5 dozen donuts and they made me WAIT behind her for over 15 minutes! God forbid they have her pull forward. This place sucks. 50 cents for sprinkles on a donut???? Get real. I will *never* come back. Ever. It's a hostage situation.

Great local place to get shaved ice, custard or Dole Whip! You will be amazed at the variety of shaved ice flavors they have! My kids changed their minds at least 20 times. They have a drive thru or walk up available. Very nice staff as well! We will be back!

Awesome time. Outstanding ice cream! Better than expected. Great for families. Nice outdoor seating area that is in the shade of the afternoon sun. Sidewalk chalk provided. Low stone wall keeps the little ones corralled. Picnic table seating with some child sized.

I have been here two times. Once I got a shaved ice, and the second time was a featured specialty. In summer, they keep the orders flowing nicely.

It's okay. Shaved ice is as good as most places. Custer was not as good as most places. We waited 25-30 minutes for our order and there was only about 6 people ahead of us. All of them got shaved ice so I don't know why they are so slow. It's ice and flavored sugar water which is usually a simple and quick process. You might want to go somewhere else just to save time.
