We are redoing our laundry room, and Roel in Cabinetry was patient and thorough of design and what we were wanting for functionality. Excellent!Kathleen in Appliances assisted us in purchasing a new washer and dryer. She went over the features and helped us through the whole sales process, including helping us get a Lowe’s card for additional savings. Exceptional customer service. And kudos to Assistant Manager Brandt. Great service.Our washer and dryer was delivered today, and the washer had a scrape on the side, and the dryer made a loud clanging noise. The delivery people had set it up and ran them. When we heard the dryer, the Delivery driver had me call Customer Service and they immediately reloaded the dryer back on the truck to return it. Customer Service had a store manager refund it, and we went back in to reorder.Kathleen was there with a smile, and helped us get through the reorder process. Did I say, with a smile! She is awesome! Lowe’s is very lucky to have her!!!

Just needed one specific item (4 of the same) as we entered a employee named Wesley asked if we needed assistance. I told him what we were after and he took us right them. And then he went the extra step and went and got us a lumber cart for the boards I was going to buy. Very courteous and helpful.

Went in there to buy a smoker I’ve wanted for a while. Tried to get the attention of 3 different workers to help my purchase and get it. However they all passed on this duty to the next person. They told me they would send someone over. I watching those same workers just have a casual conversation amongst themselves while i already asked for help and they brushed me off. So I went to the desk and asked for a manager, so that maybe they could help me maybe, because none of the staff seems to want to. So Josh (the manager or the staff said he was a manager) comes out and I ask him if I can purchase the smoker and he helps me. Which was great! However when I told Josh that I was brushed off by several workers who clearly were not doing anything else. Josh didn’t even acknowledge the fact that I was ignored by the staff that he is supposed to be managing. So after he went back to get the smoker, I decided to not spend my money at a place that obviously has no care for their customers. So I went to Home Depot and purchased the same smoker for more money, which sucks but at least the staff helped me when I asked them for it. Maybe Home Depots manager actually cares about his job. This isn’t my only bad experience with Lowes. I have to buy stuff from hardware stores all the time for my job, and Lowe’s staff seems to have a consistent tendency to be useless. Won’t be going to any Lowe’s again unless absolutely necessary lol.

I ordered, on 2/19/24 a washer and drier through Kathleen in the Appliances department. She was and has been great and an asset to Lowe’s. My order was scheduled for 2/23/24 delivery between 8:30-12:30. Since then, my delivery times have been changed 14 times and my delivery days 4 times, now scheduled for 3/8/24 with no time indicated at this time. When discussed with Lowe’s people and their delivery service, no explanation has been given other than “I don’t know” or “We don’t have anything to do with delivery”. I/my wife have cancelled several appointments because we expected our Lowe’s delivery only to not get our delivery. Today (3/4), 3 hours before delivery, I received a call saying the washer is not in stock and they’re waiting for it to come in but he didn’t know when it would be in. I have no confidence in Lowe’s that my 3/8 delivery will happen. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PERFORMANCE. I plan to cancel my order if not delivered on 3/8!!UPDATE AS OF 3/7/2024. - I NOW HAVE RECEIVED AN EMAIL TODAY FROM LOWES THAT MY 3/8 DELIVERY (CHANGED 6 DELIVERY DAYS AND 16 DELIVERY TIMES FROM ORIGINAL DELIVERY OF 2/23) HAS NOW BEEN CHANGED TO 3/18 WITH NO DELIVERY TIME FRAME INDICATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😡I’VE NOW CANCELLED MY ORDER WITH LOWES AND BOUGHT THE APPLIANCES THROUGH THEIR MAJOR COMPETITOR WITH DELIVERY MADE IN 3 DAYS. THERE SEEMED TO BE NO CONCERN FROM LOWES PERSONNEL THAT I WAS CANCELLING A $1000 ORDER NOR DID ANYONE WANT TO KNOW WHY NOR TRY TO DISSUADE ME. UNBELIEVABLE!

I had a fence installed by lowes in December 2023 purchased it In October 2023 and it was very poorly installed, caps blowing off and a defective railing. I have been trying to get it fixed from January 2024 and they keep giving me excuses. I highly recommend not purchasing an installation from Lowes! 03/20/2024

Yeah don’t purchase the assurant extended warranty….. been dealing with them since the 28th of Dec. keep being told 2-3 business days and nothing unless I call. Called Lowe’s customer complaints line today and that got me absolutely no where. So we have a broken washer and dryer an extended warranty we paid for and continue to be told 2-3 business days for nothing to happen. So before you pay the extra for that extended warranty I would rethink it. At this point my husband is just going to repair ours and be done with it all together. Just a shame this is how customers are treated anymore. Oh and the check that was sent “for the remainder of the extended warranty “ bank sent us a notice today that the check was cancelled. So now I’m out 165.00 and a broken washer and dryer. We will never again shop at Lowe’s with their “extended warranty “ Very angry and annoyed

At Lowes today. Bought treaded 10x10s. 4 Lowes lumber guys see us. Never ask if we need help loading. I'm 67 my husband is 70. A customer in the parking lot asked us if we needed help.

We’re renovating and Lowe’s gets a bad wrap because their prices are so much higher than Home Depot or Menards but the truth is the other stores are constantly out of ordinary everyday items or they don’t carry them at all, so I have started going to to Lowe’s because they always have what we need for this renovation

Bought a washing machine at Lowe’s. Their selection of in-stock washers is awesome, I went to the other home improvement store across town and they didn’t have anything in stock, everything was special order. I highly recommend Lowe’s!

Called and asked if they were able to cut 6x6 and was advised that it was no problem only to drive 45 minutes and be told the saw is down and even if it wasn't they won't cut 6x6. Waste of time

The store appears to well stocked. But notice that some not heavily used (bought) items have been placed on the online only. On tools, I prefer the touch, feel them. So much can be determined by feel when it comes to hand tools. The employees, when approached, are very friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't know an answer, they ask a peer for advice. One of the associates told me the Lowes is replacing the MyLowes program with an awards base program.

Superior service that was above and beyond “just helping “. Dominic made sure he found the answer and located the product. Between him and manager Garrett, they made sure it was ordered with a delivery timeframe. Prior to this we kept getting “we will look into it “. I can’t say enough great things about these guys! Labor Day weekend my mom( who is old and in a wheelchair chair) and I went in to purchase a dishwasher and microwave. They were busy but Alyssa saw that we were waiting and stepped up to help us and what a great help she was. She answered all of mom's questions and helped her save over a hundred dollars. Yesterday I went in to purchase a small freezer and as we walked in I said to my mom, "I hope Alyssa is working" and sure enough she was. She showed me exactly what I was looking for and also saved me a few bucks by signing me up as a Valued Customer which comes with a few perks. $20 for delivery, can't bet that. Thanks Alyssa for all of your help with moms appliance and with my freezer. You really are a great employee for Lowe's.

Purchased a sliding door in February of this year. Lowes third party contractor installed the door in May, and told us that the door was missing the rollers, so while it opens, it’s difficult to do so. I was told in May that they were putting in a work order for the parts and would be back out once received. Did not hear back until July, when the installer made another appointment as they’d been told Lowes received the parts. Installer called the day of the appointment to say that Lowes did not have the parts when he came by to pick them up. I then went to Lowes in person, and waited 30 minutes while the manager looked for the parts - they were nowhere to be found. The same manager called me later that day to tell me that he’d reordered the parts. It is now another 25 days later, and I just spoke with the installer who said they’re not even aware of another order having been placed.It’s now 6 months later, and Lowes and their installer continue to pass the blame to each other while we’ve paid for the product and installation, but neither is complete.UPDATE: I visited the store on October 12th asking for the store manager. I was told I needed to speak with Angie first, as she runs this side of things. Angie was very friendly and apologetic, but told me that their system showed the contractor had picked up the part, even though they claim they never did and were told Lowes didn’t have it. She re-ordered the part and said it should take 7-10 days to receive it.UPDATE December 29th: I had received a call from the installer on December 13th stating that the part was now at Lowes, and they set up an appointment to *finally* complete the install today, 12/29/23 between 1-3pm. After 3pm had passed with no contact, I contacted the 888 number which Lowes left in response to my first review - I was told they only deal with online orders and I had to call the store. I then tried the installer, and was sent to voicemail as always. Then I called Lowes and was informed that the part was still there, but because their main receiving person is on vacation, noone could find the part when the installer came to pick it up, so they have to contact the installer (through yet another third party) to reschedule.

The staff mistakenly entered our entire appliance order twice requiring us to purchase it twice before the first had been refunded.On the 3rd attempt the installers made it a week after move in and told my pregnant wife that she'd have to drive and buy a connecting part despite us buying all the accompanying pieces. They ignored the water hook up to the fridge causing a repeating alarm. When my wife started to get the kids ready he told her they'd leave before she got back and left without installing. They also dragged the fridge on wood flooring instead of lifting it like men carving lines in the floor. We drove to the store and bought the part so that a week later customer service could get new installers out. For the treatment, they offered a 50 percent refund and I'd receive a call in 24 hours. This was to keep my business for future purchases which will now be canceled.After two hours re-explaining the situation to customer service and 3 employees plus a manager confirming the notes said what I was told, a new manager offered 10 percent. She also denied seeing the notes 4 other employees had seen. Funny because my wife and I just listened to the recording we have saved of these calls.Guess lying is part of Lowe's business model

Not the best customer service experience at this store. The manager seemed to be bother that she had to help 🙄 me. Ended up not helping me at all. I had to go to the Lake St. Louis location, which they have a great customer service team, Mrs. Robin was able to resolve my issue in no time.

Be careful working with them. Placed a large order in December, a piece was damaged when I received it and I have been trying to get it replaced since April. Can not get emails or phone calls returned. Was told the ordered the part three times. Finally received mid August only to find out it was wrong part. Again cannot get anyone to return emails or calls. Opened a case through Customer care and sent an email to corporate, still nothing. Find another company to order cabinets through, customer service is terrible once they get your order and your money.

I have been trying to resolve an issue for almost a year and no one at Lowe’s will call me back. They keep reassuring me that they will give my number to a manager, but never do. I went into the Lowe’s to try to resolve it in person, but they said no one that could help me was working at that time, and that I’d have to come back another time. Now when I try to call, I am put on hold for over an hour then the phone disconnects. I have 3 jobs, and do not have time to chase these people around. The problem is that they delivered a dryer in the wrong color, so the washer and dryer do not match. All I am asking for is a replacement, and they’ve been giving me the run around for 10 months now. This is ridiculous.

I went in to buy a grill and some patio furniture. I wanted the display model and didn’t think this would be a problem since there were 12 of the same models put together. There were none available if the one I wanted unassembled. So when I asked there was no sale available. They told me no. So now I am on my way across the street to buy this stuff from Home Depot.

Purchased a zero turn. Had issues even buying it. They said they couldn’t deliver it after they told me they could. Finally got it set up to be delivered. When the zero turn was delivered, it didn’t have a key and had alot of damage to it. Went up to Lowe’s to get stuff figured out. They gave me a key and some money off so I was happy. Got home and started it to test drive it and the left arm didn’t work so it just went in circles. Went back up to Lowe’s and just asked for my money back and for them to come pick it up. If was a fight to get there to get it. That picked it up 5 days ago and still haven’t seen my refund. Called today and they never even processed my refund. I don’t know what is going on at this store but I will NEVER be shopping at Lowe’s again! Wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop there!
