Went in to do an Amazon return and was hoping to shop what they said was the greatest clearance event. It was awful. They wanted $50 for a pair of maternity pants. I was also looking for 3T boys pants. They had maybe one pair and I looked at all of the locations. The aisles were too small for me to get my stroller between. It was a huge shopping disappointment. Will not return at least for a while.

They were very helpful in the Sephora section I was helped by an associate and a manager so quickly. The cashier Abby was super friendly and signed me up for a Sephora rewards which I’m so happy about! The manager was exquisite as well so helpful and so friendly!!!

I spoke with NO sales associate at Kohl's prior to check out. Not one acknowledged me as a customer. We were shopping over 1 & 1/2 hrs. In fact another customer asked ME for help at the fitting room. I saw many sales associates on the floor. I was standing by my clothing cart, by the dressing room waiting on my granddaughters were trying on clothes.

Kohls is far too expensive & the hanger size did not match the clothing, so it made browsing much harder

No staff around except at the register and Amazon return counter. Amazon counter staff were courteous; the front register cashier was flippant and fake. Discounts only count if you read the unreadable fine print. Poor selection of shoes. Plus I needed help but no one was around. I won't be coming back.

The cashier, Chris at the wentzville Kohl’s is super friendly, fast and helpful! He explained this small thing to me about a men’s belt. I know it’s a little thing, but I never knew you just pulled where the buckle is and twisted around to make it reversible and he was quick to show me lol! Fast friend quick trip to grab a few needed things we found fast for a wedding!

This particular store is run well, nice staff… but your credit card payment system needs to be fixed. We’re only allowed to make a minimum payment or pay off the full balance on autopay. I know why you do this, and it’s not a good look… I stopped using my kohls charge because of this.

This store is a chaotic disaster. There is absolutely no organization in the placement of their products. Clothes are just thrown on shelves; brands and sizes are all mixed together. Racks are so overstocked and mixed up, you can't find anything. They need to close for 48 hours, get their stock organized, and retrain their employees to take a little pride in their jobs.

My wife shops Kohl's quite a bit. I buy some clothing there. I like being able to drop off Amazon returns there. I get $5 Kohl's cash with Amazon receipt so I can usually find some clearance stuff even cheaper. Yeah, I know, marketing ploy. But I still save.

I need to just stop coming to this kohls. Every time I try to come and get clothes or shoes for my kids I leave empty-handed. I have 5 kids and couldn't buy a single shoe. The little kids section was also just as sad. I was going to be able to walk out with one outfit but decided to put it back because I'll just order online or go someplace else.

Just came from Kohl's May 16th 2022 with my returns to Amazon. And previously been to UPS and I really didn't know exactly what to do because I'm new to the returns. They didn't seem eager to help me, so I left and went to Kohl's and the young man there was very pleasant and helpful. It meant a lot to me. It's really nice to come across an employee like this one I wish I knew his name.
