Had the signature turtle sundae that was excellent. Here's the thing, it has the perfect amount of chocolate, caramel and pecans to have a little in every bite of the ice cream. No skimping necessary. Staff member who was working tonight seemed to be deliberately inconsiderate and resentful of being there. Rudely informed me that they could not accommodate special orders for sugar free options, which leads a major issue of whether during previous visits after asking for sugar free option if instead was served the lite version which, while lower in fat, is still as high if not higher in sugar than standard versions.

I love this little ice cream store. The service is always great and it's usually local kids. This particular shop is on a service road next to highway 70 so very loud, lots of cars, etcParking: Small parking lot but does have a drive-thru

Great service and ice cream but will say this last time my junior Sunday was very skimpy. Both on ice cream and topping. The topping was almost nonexistent. Normally give 5 stars but this time have to give a 4. Still love this ice cream!!

We stopped in for a quick treat with the family. The service was terrible, the orders were messed up and untimely. One of the orders was a turtle sundae and it was delivered with a half sized portion and no pecans. One of the concretes I was handed was basically milk and the others were on the verge. I asked for the completely melted concrete to be remade and was told there was no more custard to remake the order even though I could see it coming out of the machine and they were actively taking more orders. There was also at least 5-10 minutes between each of the 5 items we ordered (only to be handed melted custard anyway). There’s no organization or collaboration between employees to deliver quality service.

Fritz's is definitely my go-to ice cream - custard place. They have a great selection of topping choices. Service is almost always a five-star but every once in awhile the toppings in the concretes are a little skimpy. And tonight the toppings were so cold they were partially frozen.

Went to Fritz's for the first time tonight expecting frozen custard like they have at Culver's or Ted Drew's. I got 4 toppings and got a large so it was close to $10... but I hardley ever get frozen custard, living so far from Ted Drew's. I wanted a nice treat. The girl handed me the concrete through the drive through window and it was like soup. Straight liquid. My boyfriend got an 80 cent ice cream (NOT FROZEN CUSTARD) from Quick Trip and it held together better than this. I had to tip my cup up and drink my custard as if it were a soda.. It was too liquid to even eat from a spoon. VERY DISAPPOINTED for a first trip here. To spend $10 on melted ice cream Is crazy to me. I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone.

Love this place. The frozen custard is top-notch. Fritz's has a very large section of flavor combinations, and they use real fruit.

Tonight proved this place is hit or miss. Last Saturday afternoon when they weren’t busy- it was the absolute BEST sweet treat I had ever eaten. I loved it so much, I wanted to bring my company from out of town here tonight. IT. WAS. AWFUL. When they get busy, it’s clearly quantity over quality. Hardly any toppings and it was visually melted. I will definitely be cautious from here on out about bringing people here. We ate it, but the disappointment was real.

Frozen custard, what’s not to like? The reason I gave it 4 stars was the wait, such a long line to order and a wait to get your food. Went here twice and both times was like this. The second time, while my kids and I had a kid eating outside waving at us (I didn’t see) and when I drove away from the window was flipped off by the male with the child. Um… good conversation started with my kids on manners, I guess.The staff were friendly and we all enjoyed our desserts.

The custard we had here was really wonderful. They had some fun flavors! The custard had a lovely texture, and it was thick and creamy. I didn't see any indoor eating section, but the seating outside was clean and well maintained. The service was quick and friendly as well. I would definitely recommend!

Went here and the portion was skeeeet. Ordered a turtle subdae with No pecans and this is what I got. Where is the toppings????? Got a teaspoon of flavor syrup and just plain ice cream

My husband and I were so excited to finally have a cold sweet treat and decided to come to Fritz. The concrete were basically runny milk. I don’t know if the machines are overworked because of how crowded it was but it was terrible!!!!

Ask for a strawberry shake the clerk told me we don't have strawberry ice cream. You have strawberries and vanilla custard don't you? Very disappointed.

Ordered 2 turtle large concretes. And 1 puppy cone , only the puppy enjoyed her cone. The concretes were like soup! Waste of money concretes should be thick not like water very disappointed probably should have complained. Went through drive up don’t know if I would go back if there concretes are like this!

One bite of my chocolate custard with Reese's peanut butter cups and I knew that I was in heaven. It was a flavor explosion! I'd imagine it would be most like riding a bike down the Rocky mountains in nothing but my birthday suit. This visit just as many others were nothing short of spectacular. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for eternal peace and a fat belly.

I ordered the "Fritz's Famous Turtle" sunday and now wished I hadn't. It should have been called Infamous instead because I received an almost completely melted sundae. In no way whatsoever are these worth what they charge. I won't be back. Get yourself together Fritz!
