Cashiers never talk, and Ophelia is beyond rude. Talks to black clients but not white.The manager gave me a dirty look because I fell over boxes and they had to pay me for a chiropractor. Boxes still on floors. Horrible store. Warrenton gals are the best

Really nice and clean store very well organized and friendly staff. Most dollar trees are the exact opposite of this one so it was refreshing to be able to come in shop and not have to dig through merchandise to find what you’re looking for everything was in place and organized pretty impressive for a dollar tree

Management is truly horrible, they don't pay one bit of attention to customer service, it's absolutely pathetic, I used to manage a dollar tree ,oh that one actually!! I know myself 3 deep and you call for back up, 2 managers in office laughing, it's just rude how some people do value their jobs!!!! Very unprofessional Management!!!

This Dollar Tree is currently (08/28/2022) resetting its layout therefore its a bit messy. It appears they will soon carry 5$ items. Thats something to look forward to.

This is a cool little store with lots of inexpensive stuff. We always go here to buy greeting cards of all types. It's nice to spend $1.00 instead of $5.00-$10.00 on a card. They have a good variety.

This is the most unfriendly group of employees. Never greet you or say thank you. The one young girl is very friendly. I believe the manager has set the tone.

I will never go back to the Dollar Tree in wentzville! There are a few cashier's that are rude, not friendly. No thank you, Nothing!!!! I will drive out of my way to the Dollar tree in Troy where they greet you when you walk in the door. Always friendly. They make you feel welcome. They will get my money! Not Dollar tree wentzvile.They don't want you there!!!!

The selection of readers at this location is substantial. The store stays clean, and I've never not found what I needed. I can always find what I need and too many things that just make it home wether it was needed or not?!!!!

I was in this dollar tree Friday with my 2 little nieces paying for many of my items, when Gloria the manager flew over there just to HARASS and humiliate me in front of Everyone in the store when I'm constantly telling her I have MY situation handled so please leave. She refused and said I'm staying here make sure you pay...I couldn't believe she said that...she harassed me in front of my nieces and customer until I left the store. What a HORRIBLE experience. I've been going there for So many years and now I will never go back. I always spend over 100 dollars not anymore. Thanks to Gloria the harassing manager at wentzville.

If I’m not mistaken the cashier an older lady by the name of Ophelia was very rude. I handed her my money and she threw my change on the counter to the point it shocked me and I said out loud “THAT’S EXTREMELY RUDE”. With it being a family friendly place I didn’t cause a scene or use profanity because it would be pointless but I did let her know that usually when you are handed money you hand the change back and even if a guest/ customer slams money on the counter sometimes it’s best to turn the other cheek and be the bigger person. As an older lady I expected her to be wiser but unfortunately not. I would never go back there although the store is in a great location and it was clean for the most part I just rather go where I receive better service.

Very disappointed 😞I shop Dollar tree all the time, rarely ever take anything back of course in December i had a return that's when i found out you can only exchange your things know big deal you can find things at the dollar store. Today I had to make an exchange, I think its the manager there she is very rude!! She has me so upset 😡I will never shop at this one again! There are to many great Dollar Trees to shop at!Very Disappointed!

I put in a balloon order a month ahead of time and they still screwed it up. Luckily I came by the day before to check it, they had switched my balloons out with totally different balloons! Then when I asked the manager for help she basically ignored me and then went to the back on break.Don’t waste your time’s folks. They don’t care who’s party they ruin!

Great store! It was very clean and the staff was kind. I was short some change and the gentleman at the cash register helped me out using his own change! Also, there is a large selection of goods here that you cannot find at other Dollar Trees!

Went there for household items. Everything was ok except there was only one register open on tax free weekend. The clerk was having a hard time counting the change back but all in all I like Dollar Tree for the prices especially for Holiday decorations and party decor.

There is a very rude lady that works there, I believe she may be a manager. She ignored a cashier when he continued to ask for help when his line had more than 10 people in it. A customer went up to her and told her he needed help. After about five minutes she yelled across the store "I can help the next person on line". Everyone has a bad day now and then, but you dont have to take it out on the people around you. If your not happy with your job find another.

My best friend worked here for at least 3 weeks it was his first job he has high functioning autism and the manager up there she is very mean and she judged him and yelled at him in front of a customer and told him hurry up count your money your to slow and then yelled maybe this isn't the job for you and on top of that said omg why do you have blue hair? Your making a fool out of yourself your not professional all in front of customers looking at her weirdly, and this is the store manager? Omg this is disgusting so is she, she needs to be fired corporate needs to do something with her this is bullying an autistic person and it makes me upset that people are this rude and mean he's a hard worker so it doesn't matter how you are, how you look just to do a job it matters if your a hard worker and this lady is so rude I dislike her she needs to be fired this is not right 😡😡

This is the cleanest and most organized Dollar Tree that I have ever been in. Most are tore up from the floor up at a constant and they look like that no one ever straightens the store. This location was so shockingly organized.

I certainly love the store, but every single cashier that works here is rude and very disrespectful. There is only one that I have had a positive experience with. It's aggravating to the point that I want to discontinue shopping at this location.

It deserves about a three and a half. it is a clean store and stocked reasonably well. The worst part about it is they are always understaffed at the registers. They don't do is get him a job keeping me register staffed properly.

I guess it depends on what you're looking for but Dollar Tree pretty much has everything. Also select food items including rib eye steak. Small but for a buck. Nice clean store.
