I’m giving 2 stars bc usually the 2 ladies I always see are very nice.I came to pick up prescriptions and I kept asking in drive thru to take my GoodRX info. No one was responding I finally said I will just send my phone with the info on it. I sent it through the girl started putting in the information after I gave her the code to get into the phone because it locked then she comes back and says she can’t do it through the drive-through. She can’t use GoodRx. She can’t send my phone back through the thing no big deal you can’t send the phone back Through the drive-through, but there was no reason why you couldn’t have taken the GoodRx information from me through the drive-through so they had me come inside. I go inside and I’m asking because I want to what the policy is just like any other normal person we just want to understand so the blonde who’s probably about 58 blonde hair, brown, low lights and glasses , making dirty faces like a 12 year-old little girl with her nose curled up her head trying to tell me that I wasn’t told I couldn’t give the information because she didn’t wanna listen. I already had my phone back and asked if I could give the information she tried telling me I didn’t , you weren’t part of the conversation you weren’t even trying to help me. You should’ve just kept to yourself in the manager and the girl that helped could’ve continued the conversation when we’re in customer Service no matter what your opinion of your customers are no matter how wrong or dumb or stupid you even think they are it still your job to provide customer service if you are not somebody who can provide customer service because you just don’t like people which is OK just pick a proper job. You’re a pharmacist most people are coming to you when they’re sick. Tired, not feeling good. Have something going on in their life so you have to be in the mindset and your customer Service position of what type of people you are dealing with I hope you take this. You reflect on it and you do better next time.

I love the service at the CVS in Target in Wentzville, MO, and they are very efficient and friendly. My one chief complaint is corporate CVS no longer has a discount for my Cetirizine-pseudoephedrine by SingleCare and GoodRx. I paid over $60 at CVS when I was previously paying approximately $24 at Walgreens using SingleCare. I switched to CVS because Walgreens was consistently out of stock. Now, I'm going to move this prescription to Walmart as a result because they do offer a discount. This definitely NOT the fault of the CVS in Target as they have been wonderful. Corporate CVS needs to get this resolved so customers can continue to get the discounts offered through SingleCare and GoodRx.

The pharmacists, Steve and Meghan, are just simply the best! And the staff is top notch as well.. everyone goes out of the way to make sure you're taken care of. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I love the CVS located inside the Wentzville Target. Every time I am there the pharmacists and pharmacy staff are always welcoming and take the time to say hello. The staff has always gone out of their way to help me navigate any issues I have had with a prescription or insurance issue and made sure to help me through the process so that I was able to get the medications I need. They have always been kind and helpful and that means a lot to me. I have used other pharmacies and have not had very good experiences so I drive 20 min out of my way to use this pharmacy whenever I can:)

Not just being polite, respectful and eager to help the customer. But they bend over backwards to make sure your getting the best deal available thru CVS. Always a smile from the A team, refuse to ever go elsewhere.

For what is worth my advice would be to ONLY use this pharmacy if they are the last option and/or you can’t go anywhere else.The Lead Pharmacist at this location feel that it is appropriate to joke that a Prescription medication may cost you an “arm and leg” if not now in the future if you need the Brand name meds. He will then try to BS his way thru an unreasonable explanation of the cost of the medication and the insurance’s coverage.It comes down to 1 simple fact… this Pharmacy does not apply the insurance benefits and discount codes correctly, because they know most people in these situations NEED their prescriptions and feel they have no other option besides getting Gouged by a corporate entity and it’s Minions!!To this Pharmacist I say… Karma’s a B, and I hope you get yours!

I have been going to Target Pharmacy before it was CVS pharmacy, the staff has always been wonderful and going the extra mile. Always being professional and pleasant to go to! I have been to other pharmacies and they treat you like you don’t matter.. Not the staff here they are wonderful! Thank you !!

They are very prompt in telling you your script is ready to the point of being annoying, but when they tell you over the phone, by the feat they called me, and tell you it’s time for your vaccine and you don’t need an appointment, but when you get there they say appointment only, that’s bad customer service.😡
