This location is very quick with their order fulfillment time. However, you know they make the food fresh every time. I loved the 2 piece fish dinner plate. The fish was hot and freshly fried, and the fries were very good. The Cole slaw is surprisingly good as well. The root beer here is the best and isn't too sweet. Our food was cold and we were missing several items with our order. We had to go back to the counter twice to get our orders corrected. Management is not paying attention here. My sad cold burger was probably made yesterday. Too much competition in the area to make these kinds of mistakes and continue to think you'll be around. They hire young kids that are afraid to come out from behind the counter. Management needs a locker room halftime talk.

Been to at least 10 Culver’s restaurants all over the region and never was I disappointed like I was today. The size of my fries and then my steamed broccoli were half of what they should be! I decided to go and talk to the manager who said her name is Alecia, she said that all of them are halfway full because that is their portion size. I asked for a full cup and was told that since all of their broccoli cups are halfway full, she would only be able to give me another cup and I could then keep the initial one. She said all this in a condescending way as if I was some greedy person who is asking for more than they paid for. I told her that I would like what I paid for, not more not less. She then went to the back and another employee came out with a cup and just gave it to me. Upon checking it, it was also not even halfway full. I then came back and wanted to let Alecia know that I will be reaching out to corporate which I will. Upon leaving the front counter and walking to the door, the person who said is manager and that her name is Alecia could be heard laughing. I never got even “I’m sorry” and I did not get what I paid for. I will never be back to this location and will be calling Culver’s corporate to make sure that this is not something they condone and it is just a restaurant which I hope they will address this issue with, to ensure the Culver’s continues to be best fast food restaurant, where yes you pay more but you get a better product and not paying a lot and getting not even half of what you paid for! I just hope that this will not be starting to be a norm for Culver’s because if so it would be a shame!

Food is good but don’t plan on being acknowledged in a speedy manner if you placed an order online for curbside pickup.The first time I ordered curbside pickup it took them 15 minutes to bring my order out and this most recent time I waited 20 minutes (I was trying to be patient as it was a Saturday afternoon) before calling.The first time they forgot the ice cream from my order of which was like soup by the time I went right back to pick it up. This time the ice cream was decently melted by the time they gave it to me signifying that my order had probably been made ahead of time and was just sitting like I did in the parking lot waiting for it to get to me.My advice, don’t order curbside thinking it will be faster or quality.

Ordered a butter burger with bacon and cheese and chicken strips. Order came out, no bacon on the burger and completely forgot the chicken strips. They even put the dipping sauce in the bag so I know they saw the order. This place was not busy at all either. No reason for them to mess this up. Management did not seem to care. When I went back to have them correct my order a couple of the kids were standing around laughing at the situation. Real professional. The reason I come here is because most of the other fast food chains around here are terrible. I guess this place is following the trend. CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!

This is the worst Culver's ever! Quality of food is terrible! Ordered 3 Piece Cod Dinner with Fries and Coleslaw. Received 1 teaspoon of stale Coleslaw in a medium sized container. Also my 10 Piece Shrimp Dinner was over cooked and too greasy. Food was not properly packaged. Culver's Corporate needs to plan a surprise visit and site this location for: poor quality of food, dirty counters/tables, not getting orders correct and last least of all horrible employees. Wentzville MO has nothing but Hillbilly Ghetto, Marlboro Smoking people who have absolutely NO Class!

I got my granddaughter a kids meal burger and fries, she kept saying the burger was gross so I took a bite, it made me throw up, it tasted and smelled like rotten tuna, idk how they separate their beef and fish, but whatever they’re doing isn’t good enough it was disgusting! We also got concretes vanilla and chocolate which were really good, but I’ll never return because my stomach turns thinking of the smell and my granddaughter is still sick, i hate that I had her eat this! I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone ever!

11/21/2023 4:30pmI was alerted that there will be no more sales at the moment and we had already paid for our order. I’m glad we never received our food as they mentioned no more sales due to a recall on their products. Before I heard about the recall I looked for a clean table to dine at. I was very disappointed to see so many tables that were dirty and obviously not taken well care of.When I first walked in there was one worker on the register without a smile, I can tell the environment of this building is an unhealthy experience. Two other workers were standing behind the counter looking down at their phones? Yet all these tables need attention with no one to have a care! Was it managers? Associates? Who knows. The place is in shambles and needs reform.They were nice enough to give me a refund for the order but I am happy I did not consume any of their products they offer…

My whole crew loves Culver's. From the cheese curds to the frozen custard. I have several w/ lactose intolerance and they can eat the custard w/ much less trouble than ice cream.Dietary restrictions: See above

Not an adult in sight, it seems!! Why is this store being completely run by teenagers?? Quality of food and service have plummeted! And I don't even blame the teens who are probably doing their best with obvious lack of training. Orders are always wrong. Food is cold or stale or something. Ice cream cones are always broken. Come on, Culver's, do better.

Waited 10 minutes in drive-thru to order...ordered and waited 20 minutes and still hadn't moved from the same spot I ordered!!! So I finally just left 😡 I'll never go back. Wasted 30 minutes

I dined in at this location last night and while I was there I was disgusted to see that the employees on their brakes or in the area where they take their breaks we're eating food putting their hands near their face and playing on their phones with their gloves still on their hands. Complete cross contamination and absolutely disgusting. Couldn't call and speak to manager personally about this cuz phone was busy signal all night

I just want to comment on how nice the workers here are. The young man in the drive thru was so upbeat and bubbly, which I respect because Culver’s was busy!! I had to wait for my order (which is totally fine) and the worker who brought my food apologized twice and was just very nice. Give those workers a raise, they’re doing a great job!

Extremely slow service. No one is here and have been waiting 15 minutes for my food to come out. Now there is a huge line of cars waiting.Now they are sending everyone out of the line. No idea whats going on here.
