I love this store! Sure it has a variety of wonderful products, but what really makes it amazing are the folks working there. Jordan, Erin, and Maggie are always friendly, smiling, helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient! They take their time answering my many questions without rushing, and they are very passionate about the products they recommend. Because of them, I keep on coming back!

Terrible vendor! I’ve tried about 12 times to get lab results from current batches of products and I can never get them. I got one lab once after an hour and it only showed potency. I was looking for heavy metal testing and contaminates but the people I talk to don’t even know who to contact. For the price they charge, the labs should be front and center. Go somewhere else if you don’t want potentially dangerous products that break your wallet.

I absolutely love this place. Every time I call up Jordan answers the phone and gives the ultimate of customer service. He's just as nice as could be always answers my questions and is so informative. And you can tell he genuinely cares. He has helped so many times because it seems every time I call he always answers the phone and always cheerful. In fact the last time I called he recognized my voice and it meant the world to me. I love the deals that they have and I've gotten quite a few items on sale.

This is one of the rare occasions where I actually leave a review for a business. I've seen quite a few different faces around the store, but after my most recent experience with Kenzi, Bennie, Lindsey, and Alek, I just had to finally say something.Ever since my first day shopping here the staff have always been incredible for informing me ahead of my purchases as well as having awesome conversations. The QA and customer service from these people is always top notch and transparent, which is great in a world where it feels like every other business is trying to deceive you into buying their products. I can tell these employees (as well as the managers!) are dedicated to the store, their customers, and their field.Honestly I'll probably never stop shopping here just because every experience has been a treat.

Just found out that my favorite people to help me have left. These people were people of integrity, kind and understanding of my concerns. The old manager is back and the trust is absolutely broken. I was paying more for the product because I trusted the team. Went into the store looking for lotion to help with my horrible dry skin. Lindsay introduced me several body butter & hand lotions. Each smelled better than the one before. I recommend anybody that needs help with pain anxiety or even sleep to check this place out. The store it's extremely clean and the employees were some of the nicest people you could meet. It was my first time there and Erin and Jordan not only took the time to listen but gave me exactly what I needed. And this was after seeing a psychiatrist who did absolutely nothing. I definitely recommend you go there. I just want to add again that the female Erin that works here is always so nice and polite and always helps me out with everything I need. Offers suggestions but never tries to push anything on you definitely give CBD Kratom a try I promise you will not be disappointed. Again thanks Erin great job!
