I just purchased a 2024 Colman 30ft BH camper and had the pleasure of having Jason as my salesman. He went above and beyond to get us in the beautiful camper, he even help me to take off all my sway bar attachments from my old camper and also help guide the camper to hook it up to my truck. Also the financing manager was so helpful and informative.It was a very enjoyable experience all around and will definitely recommend camping world and also Jason to friends in the market for a camper. Needed help with a tow vehicle -- I have NSA towbar with surge brake (less than 3 yrs old). A brake and brake-away cable run from front of vehicle to brake pedal. They were not installed correctly causing brakes not to release. First, the good - the service guys were friendly and nice and were able to look at my vehicle and confirm that I needed the cable re-run. The man who did the estimate wanted to first purchase all new parts instead of just the cables. I didn't even think I needed new cables, but they insisted that it would be better if I did. I agreed to buy a new cable. The job will consist of unbolting two bolts, re-running cable, and bolting it back. The estimate they gave me eventually came to around $500. Although I wish I could do it myself, I appreciated how I was treated. It was worth it to have the peace of mind that it will be done correctly. The gentlemen were patient and positive answering my questions. This is the first time I've had a repair done by Camping World, and it was a pretty good experience. This was a specialty item that many do not know how to tackle.

Chris showed us the exact trailer we thought we wanted, sensed our disappointment, and showed us another brand that fit our dream unit. Never pushy, a treasure-trove of knowledge about our trailer and trailering. We bought the unit in MO and Chris brokered very fair deal that included shipping it to PA! Most excellent experience (our 5th) we’ve had purchasing a camper!

Always wanted to have a motorhome to travel. Well, I finally got it. Was thinking of 20 to 21 feet...HA try 29 and a 18 ft trailer behind for the car. All the people at Camping World were wonderful to deal with. Very supportive and encouraged me in my dream. Thank you for the hospitality last night. It is great to be a good Sam member and pull it quick for a charge and sleep.With that, the people before us. Not appreciated. Garbage in the grass and dump station was a disaster. Be respectful people it is not hard.

This was our first camper buying experience, and needless to say we were nervous and very unsure!! Well...those feelings quickly faded when we met Wendy!! She made us feel so welcome and ready to pick the right camper for us!! She was very knowledgeable about the different camper options that fit our needs and helped us every step alomg the way until we settled on our choice!! She even went the extra mile to make our sweet girl feel so special and put her at ease!! I am happy to say we are now proud camper owners and we couldn't be more happy!! In the beginning I thought was cool our salesman drove us around and gave the kids drinks and snacks but not knowledgeable about warranty’s and types of campers need more training before going out to sale… the sales manager criticized our credit score basically saying our score wasn’t good enough to use other banks but what they had to offer and would not tell us interest rate until I was rude to him and then tried to say oh i didn’t try xyz bank well bud your wrong and thats what was very disappointing because yea I did like your camper and I will not choose greed over sloppy city slickers to sale to me a high interest rate loan. Be more transparent with your customers and figure out what Columbia store is doing better. Quality over greed… figure out what’s best for the customer not yourself

I have spend many hours looking at dealership across the state. I went to some camper worlds they were all amazing with great people. I was at the Columbia location and they did not have what I needed. However they found one for me in a different location. It was amazing that even though they were losing a sale they send me where I needed to go.I called the Wentzville store and was able to find the camper that we wanted. The sale person Wendy was amazing she went the extra mile and walked me though all the pictures over the phone and addressed all my concerns with out even having me there. The finance officer was amazing as well. Walked me through all the application work over the phone while I typed it all on my computer from 200 miles away. He spent a total of close to an hour with me on the phone. The. Spend the next day looking for a bank that would take me on. This was a challenging task for him due to my lack of money down and not amazing credit score. But he was able to find a local bank that was willing to work with me the next day I drove up with my wife once we got to the store the sales person Wendy was more than helpful. She was in our camper upon our arrival cleaning it out personally. She walked us through all the parts, and we all found little things that were wrong. She made sure that all of our concerns was taken care of by the amazing tech team in the back. She did well more than she had to with a walk-through and explained every little part with firsthand knowledge on how to do it tech team, then show us how to do the new hitch. And very in detail about all the parks with knowledge of little things to know from experience.However, all of this is in no way compared to the amazingness that happened the next day. I have never had an experience quite like this with any car, auto or boat dealer I’ve ever dealt with. We called Wendy the next day and said that we found a water spot in a corner and a little cabinet. as you know when you leave a dealer, a lot of times, they sort of forget about you. But Wendy did not due to it being Sunday she could not get a hold of the technicians. But she said she would do it first thing on Monday this is better than any other thing I’ve ever experienced because our camper is off the lot in our driveway. The dealership honestly probably doesn’t have any responsibility for fixing it . But they are going to do it. I can’t express enough the feeling I have for the Wentzville camper world they go beyond what everybody else does in our amazing people please if you ever need a camper, please go see our friend, Wendy, and the guy behind the numbers, Jason Before you go anywhere else because I guarantee you once you go there, you will not need to go anywhere else. My greatest thanks to the camping world in Columbia for showing us this camper and providing us the possibility of getting the camper of our dreams at a different store And amazing staff all around at Wentzville camper world

Just had a great experience! If you ever need a sales guy that actually knows what he is doing, ask for Terry Fishbeck. He was able to narrow down and help me find exactly what I was looking for. Very knowledgeable! Outside of what he did for me, the all around experience with the rest of the store was amazing. 10/10 recommend!

Bought a camper at camping world and Jose was my salesman. He was great and very friendly and not pushy like most salesman. And Nick in retail was very helpful as well. I highly recommend camping world and make sure you ask for Jose.

We bought a camper from Josh at camping world. Josh specifically told us that everything worked and had a washer and dryer hook up and no leaks. We told him we were buying this to travel with our disabled daughter and that these were a must.He told us it has washer and dryer hook ups and pulled up a picture and said they’re right here and everything works there’s no Leaks .Once we got it home there was water in the front window and we couldn’t find the washer and dryer hookups.we called and they said bring it in and would fix the window and show us the washer hook ups. Then they called us back and said oh there are no washer and dryer hook ups and it would cost too much to put them in . I asked to talk to the manager. He could not be bothered to call me back . the service team tried to seal the window. It did not fix it. It still leaks. The salesperson Josh lied to service and said he didn’t tell us that. We would not have bought this camper if it did not have washer and dryer hook ups because that was a main need for our disabled daughter. It is fraudulent and unacceptable to lie to people to just get them to buy something if it. Is not true.. A month later we had to live in it he RV while we finished remodeling our house. When we hooked up to water the hot water heater didn’t work and water went everywhere because it was not properly stored. When I called they did not care about any of these issues and is not willing to do anything. I do not recommend Camping World for anything. They are fraudulent and lie and do not have any quality customer service to follow up with what they tell you. We have had to put a lot of extra money into a two-year-old RV paying to have these issues fixed. Go anywhere else. They do not care about thier customers.
