Woof. Waited outside for pickup (first time ever) and twenty minutes later (virtually no traffic at 630 on Friday..) to hear the cashiers complaining that they have pickups after 6 pm! I work all day! So sorry I pick up during pickup times! Then I said I wanted to pick up my pickup inside and I was blamed for not parking where I am supposed to? I was in my parking spot for 20 minutes until I pulled forward to see the entrance and walked in. I do not expect to get blamed the employees did not see my car parked where I was supposed to (walk out and look???) and walk in to employees mad people have pickups DURING ALDIS pickup times. I will not be returning. I will go out of my way to avoid this one.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I had the extreme displeasure of meeting MARISSA at the Wentzville location today. Not only did she not ID me for my alcohol, she had the worst attitude and even tried to call me “honey”. She was rushing me to get my stuff out the box which I was about to do but I let that slide too. I let the deep breaths and eye rolling and nasty comments slide too. Bc I’ll never stoop to such a trashy level. so I collect the big Aldi bags and had some bulky things, she already had an attitude when she came to the counter but I ignored it. Then when I told her I wanted to just move the cart for a quick second to put all the bulky stuff in a big bag (7 things and no one in line the store was dead) I didn’t think it would be a big deal. She yanked the cart and told me “no that’s my cart. You could have just did it right here why would I let you take my cart” and she continued on and made such an huge fuss and was so mad that I was about to move the cart. It would not have been a big deal if she didn’t have an attitude and made a scene about it. and told me “I hope you have a better day.” I told her I already was having a good day until you were so rude. You could have handled that so differently. I wasnt gonna steal it it was just uncomfortable packing the glass and bulky items in the cart. She also continued to talk smack as I walked out the store, like how ghetto girls do on the street when they are trying to fight. She laughed in my face, didn’t want to tell me her name, was clearly irritated to be there doing what they pay her to do, and was a complete embarrassment. She even told me after I asked for her name..” they will just look at the cameras, nothings gonna happen” and laughed. Well smart one, you didn’t ID me for alcohol, talked smack, was rude as ever, called me honey and talked condescendingly to me, and continued to talk smack as I walked out the store. If I heard you at the door talking trash as I was leaving, so did the ppl that were bagging their things. That’s why they looked at you like you were crazy bc that is not how professionals act. She even put her head closer to me like she was ready to fight over this cart when I said she didn’t have to be rude and she said “IM SORRY WHAT WAS THAT?!” Like really ? She is so lucky I am a changed woman. I was so uncomfortable and embarrassed to be interacting with someone like her. So yes MARISSA…I hope they do look at the cameras bc you showed your you know what today and broke the law. Laugh at that. I already called corporate as well. I hope that they use that video in training to show people how not to act towards repeat paying customers. And also how to ID people. I wonder how many of her friends she doesn’t ID or other complete strangers. That’s definitely unsafe and illegal. I am in that store almost every day and even Instacart there. This was the first time I ever encountered such a nasty, vile, foul mouth person there. And this may be the last time I ever come there. Her entire attitude was disgusting. I am so upset by this and I am going to ensure she gets checked because that was completely out of line! I want to shop where I feel safe and people are friendly. I felt like I was about to walk into a bar fight with a biker chick who was trying to prove how hard she was to the gang. Definitely gave, East Saint Louis meets Lemay ferry thug vibes. I am so upset about this. I’ve never felt so disrespected. This sucks bc ALDI used to be my fave store. Now I have to worry about running into another MARISSA.

Great place to pick up the goods needed for dinner. 9 times out of 10, I end up buying more non food items than food.On the plus side they finally added self check out so I was able to check and go quickly instead of standing in line embarrassed at all the extras I picked up.

Love aldi. Hands down usually the cheapest groceries you're going to find.The quality is pretty decent.Wish they'd have a bigger store for a little more variety. And more checkouts. I can never get in and out quickly due to only having one cashier.

The store is always neat and clean. Shelves are always stocked with the freshest produce and other items. Staff is helpful and even though there is a line, the cashiers are quick and efficient. I've not been overcharged or had mistakes found on my receipts.

This Aldi's used to be a good store until they got self checkout and their one cashier on the floor was refusing customers unless they were getting cash back. My wife went up here today, who is pregnant and wanted to get checked out by an in person cashier because she was exhausted from walking through the store. The cashier was telling people if they weren't getting cashback to use the self checkout. She only had one person in line. Now mind you these cashier's more than likely make 20 dollars an hour to do their job but are complaining about having to do a job. Next time I'm going to come up there myself and I'm going to fill my cart to the brim and leave it up front for the workers to put away. This is terrible customer service and a poor excuse for an employee. If you're complaining about working at your job you should probably get a new job. As a consumer I should have the right to choose full service or self service.

Hey you guys l had an awesome experience as Aldi's like most establishments was understaffed as 2 lanes open for holiday crowd. People spanned down the shopping aisles and l mean people carts were full. I had 5 items, counting 3 spices, & l asked a lady if l might go b4 her...she said yes So l helped her unload her cart as l waited for 2 customers in front of me.Team work united❣️

Disappointed. Thought this would be a better store Too much going on right at the door with little room to move past, produce which everyone needs to stop and peruse so lots of people, stuff to be stocked. Had to weave in and out of people and come back to that section later Very little bread selection, shelves seemed fairly empty. I've been to other stores that are laid out better. Someone was cleaning up a spill quickly so that was a plus. Lines were long and no one seems to know where to stand and not be in the way of people still shopping. That's at all Aldi's though.

90% stocked. Prices up. The store was clean and well organized. Annoying is a creepy old white guy 60+ who circles the store on foot or stands near the entrance to take quarters(the refund)from the shopping cart lock. No Pay It Forward to other Shoppers (free cart). He was there Sat and today. I guess he needs the quarters or is frugal. Maybe he's a billionaire or raising money for charity🙄PS he doesn't look creepy just staking unlocked carts. Last seen wearing Bermuda shorts & Kango style cap... both days. He has white hair and a trimmed beard.

I just went to Aldi's the first time in Pittsburgh. At home in Missouri I went in my local store. I'm absolutely impressed.Aldi's has come so far. Great organic stuff everywhere you look. The check outs are only rivaled by QT clerks simply amazing!!The conscientious effort to reduce the amount of plastic bags when checking out is fantastic. More companies need to pay attention.

This is my favorite aldi in terms of layout. Much better than the recently remodeled lake saint louis location. My only complaint is the cashiers here often rush and ring up items twice. Then you have to wait 5+ minutes to get the mistake corrected. Make sure you check your receipt!

I love Aldi and I'm am AOS junkie. I didn't get the hanging chair I was looking for and I was disappointed that they had a bird feeder stand this week but their assortment of bird feeders don't get released till next week. They're clean, friendly and fast!

Very clean NEWER Aldi. There are a lot of options of fresh food and as well as dry foods. I have found better deals here than other Aldi stores in the area. They always have had great quality food here. No problems. The employees are quick to help and bust out lines when times are busy without hesitation. Store is always clean and well maintained as well us the parking lot. Lots of space in parking lot. Located in nice area.

This was my first experience with an Aldi store. The organization of products is mind boggling to say the least. Chips over here, over there, & over there. Salad dressings in 4 different areas of the store. Ketchups over here, but mustard is on the other side of the store. Prices are good, but the organization skills need improvement.

I love this place! Great prices, but you do have to be careful because some items aren't any cheaper or they are slightly more expensive than other stores. For the most part you can save a ton of money without sacrificing much quality. Staff is always friendly and very fast.

I love Aldi's. However with everyone panicking, the shelves were getting bare like every other store. However, the cashier was super friendly and taking all the chaos in stride. She did mention that they get a truckload every morning so if we wanted to come back in the morning for items that they were out of tonight, we should.

I like Aldi in general. That said, the Wentzville location goes weeks with some refrigerated/frozen cases being out of service. Since there isn't spare fridge space that the affected food could be transferred to, you either have to make another stop and pay more to buy it elsewhere or just do without. The store is only five years old and this seems to happen annually. Annoying!
