This Walmart does not care for it's employees. AT ALL. They treat them like garbage. They punish their workers for not wanting to change shifts instead of hiring people to fill the gaps in the other shifts. They ignore U.S. labor laws daily. Don't spend your money here, it only encourages them to keep doing this.

I am totally surprised this store's rating is 3.9. I am a delivery driver and am in this store every day. This store is stupendous. I've gone to the other 6 store's in the Joplin district I serve as a driver. The other store's are unorganized, people are rude, and I avoid the other store's at all cost. Management in Webb City is above and beyond along with EVERY associate.

I was informed I couldn't buy alcohol because my daughter was with me for my wife's birthday. They ended up discussing it with other managers while carrying my valid driver's license about. They asked whether this is your daughter and how old she was. They made my daughter feel quite uneasy. After about 10 minutes, they insisted it was fine, and I said no and went.

My wife and I are in our seventies. We have no problems with the self checkout. We are not so lazy that we can not do it ourselves. We do not mind being watched or asked to show our receipt. We understand that the only reason for these things are that thieves steel so many things. That is part of the reason of prices being so high. I am glad that Walmart is doing everything they can to curtail the theft. Any inconvenience to us is caused by the thieves, not Walmart. They could order on line and fight the thieves that steel off their porch.

It has the basics in a big box store setting. I'm not real fond of Walmart. I used to like it, but now it feels like a conveyor line of what people need but not friendly. Also, their merchandise is so cheaply made that I just don't care for Walmart anymore. If I want quality, I don't shop at Walmart. Try finding someone to help you if you need it, good luck. They just want your money, not your satisfaction.

I have been in this store multiple times and have found that I am being watched very closely while I'm checking out so much so that I don't even like using the self check out I brought it to the attention of the manager and not 5 minutes later my children walked up nearly in tears saying someone was following them the manager knew who I was speaking about immediately after giving a desciption because he was their mistery shopper they are racially profiling new to this area apparently from some residents I have spoken to this is not new of Webb City not cool

Really cool place, My grandma said that there was a subway at the entrance area a while back but they removed it for storage I guess? I'm not to sure. But I was happy to find 3 plushies I didn't have on my radar to buy but I still got them anyway, a Saint Patrick's day Feddy (yes I know Saint Patricts day was a while ago.), another Freddy whom I can remember the name of, and a Caption Foxy Plushie. The thing I was looking for was some more Five nights at Freddy's books, however, they only had the 3 Original books aka the Charlie trilogy a 3 book series which is really good and which I recommend to any horror fans whom like books. But they didn't have any of the others from what I can remember and other then that they didn't really have much regarding what I was looking for.But it was a really clean looking place, and the one employee I did enter act with was super nice so I do think it is a good place to go but just not supplied with some of the more prominent thing you may want or need.

They did have everything that I was shopping for. What truly bothered me though, was while choosing which aspirin I wanted, I noticed the medicine used for saving people's lives from an opioid overdose. I think $45 is too much. There are just some things you shouldn't make a killing on. I say shame, shame, shame.

I'm from Midlothian Texas and all the employees at that Walmart are so rude to customers. When I ask an employee for help they say they off the clock and walk away or they say they will go find a manager but no one ever helps you. So we started going to Walmart in Waxahachie Texas Walmart it's worth the trip because everybody there is so nice and treat us good like customers. The Walmarts in Webb City and Joplin Missouri have the best employees I've ever seen. Two thumbs up!! I just want to say thank you to all them employees there.

Best Walmart around. They aren't treating you like a theif, reading receipts, etc... it makes it a comfortable shopping expirence without the anxiety of doing absolutely nothing but shopping and paying for my items.

It's the holidays and the cashiers and workers are really busy. No matter what day it is or the time it is they are never to busy to help me if I need it. They are friendly and always make me feel I'm in the right Walmart store. A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE WORKERS AND CASHIERS IN CARTHAGE MO. WALMART.THANK YOU SUE McDOWELL.

Zaaschila is BACK.,. I could not find it for about 6 months at Walmart... Maybe something going on with the manufacture, but now it's back... This is a fantastic hot sauce... I love about 2 table spoons in a bowl of soup, or over a burrito... If you want a Creamy Sauce, then try the Siete in the other photo, it's also very good. Myself I enjoy the Habanero Zaaschila just a little bit more, that's why I buy both... 😆... Siete is about $4.00 and Zaaschila about $2.00...Of the 4 local Walmarts in my area only 2 carry the Zaaschila... But it's carried again now.,.Thank You Walmart...Gregory.

The return/price match is so horrible they would rather lose $600 than pay the price difference with the store down the street. Best Buy ended up with a happy customer with a new PS5 while Walmart only ended up with a PS5 to return to corporate for credit. How Embarrassing of them to not honor what they used to even a year ago. I guess that is what happens when you are no longer afraid of competition.

I placed my grocery order on the app and picked it up that evening. Everything went well. Easy to use app and received everything I ordered. They brought everything to my vehicle and the guy that loaded my car was super friendly too.

Clean. Getting used to new changes of products in different ailses. We are Senior Citizens. Service normally excellent. I had over $30 worth of coupons. Cashier seemed annoyed. I have been told to put coupons last-not on product. All were good, but some were not accepted at first. She has worked there a long time. She called for assistance for very first one.I had them all together, so all in same sack. She took sack out of cart & one by one checked the items. Wouldn't it be easier if coupon was with item so this wasn't necessary? This took her time, our time, & the customers waiting behind us.

They no longer carry aquafina after carrying it for forever. They also carry no other cases of RO water. They replaced it with a great value water with around 10 added chemical compounds. Sorry Walmart I choose not to poison my body I will never go to your stores again unless you change this.

Honestly, it's really clean, and I have no complaints other than the fact that it's a giant corporation, and I despise the idea of hoarding wealth. BUT that has nothing to do with the staff and their friendliness and the way they keep their building and product! (GOOD JOB EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS!)

Depending on who you are or more correctly, how you look may entice loss prevention to follow you around the store. In addition, I found SOME of the employees to be quite rude or, at the very least, off‐putting. Quality Customer Service seems to be on a general decline everywhere, in my personal opinion.
