I ordered some vitamins and had them delivered, it was buy one get one free. I received my order didn't get the free vitamins with my order. So I called waited forever to get some one to answer. Finally I had my boyfriend go up there after I was on the phone with the manager. They only refunded me still pretty salty about it they could have just gave me the vitamins. Because it was there employees fault or the door dasher. Very disappointed in Walgreens. This is why Carthage is a better store specially with the hrs and customer service.

My husband gets testosterone injections. I always have to remind them to give me syringes to give it to him and the only size needle they have is 25 gauge. It is almost impossible to give a thick medication through that small of a gauge needle. Their suggestion was I check at another Walgreens for a larger needle. NO!!! Get the correct size!!!!! Plus I had 2 prescriptions and got home and I only had 1. Now I have to make a second trip. Not happy!!!

They are only open when they feel like it. And there's no hours posted so you can arrange to be there IF and WHEN they decide to open. It is unacceptable to run a pharmacy this way because people NEED their RX's. If I could give them less than one star, I would!

Very Dissatisfied 45 minute wait I have two prescriptions totaling 17 pills 45 minutes is plum ridiculous. Seriously one prescription is just two pills and it’s gonna take them 45 minutes if it takes that long how about getting new people

Webb City Walgreens has recently changed their hours, due to staff shortages recently. They also are now closed for lunch 1:30p-2:00pm. For those patients and customers who think that a pharmacist shouldn't get a lunch, good luck finding a pharmacy that doesn't close for lunch. Walmart closes if they only have one pharmacist now. Independents get lunch breaks. The MO Board of Pharmacy regulates how pharmacists get lunches/breaks etc. It's a state requirement now for one pharmacist on duty to close in order to take a much deserved break.The staff at this locations does the best job possible during this pandemic. Having realistic expectations and respect for other human beings goes along way to deserve their level of customer service. This applies to all pharmacies. They are not a fast food restaurant. I would challenge any individual to learn how to be a pharmacy technician or pharmacist and then you can judge whether or not they get a lunch break.Hopefully you get a lunch break at your job sir.

2 1/2 hour wait an hour after appointment at dr visit only to arrive, the computer system is early 2000 at best so very slow (15 cars in line, and about 6-12 people inside waiting), over 8 people behind the counter. It took about an hour to process insurance cards due to the outdated system. Meanwhile, instead of telling us to come back in a couple hours, they tell us its “getting worked on”. Leaving hope that any minute, my mom can get her medicine and not be in pain. But instead, she is struggling to breath, in constant pain “we are working on it” is consistently told to us. Awful experience, and whomever is the manager, I suggest you talk to the people above yourself about a new computer system, and maybe less “chatter box’s talking about nails” while there are 20 people in line between drive through and inside. Thanks but never again. ✌️

The whole team have great customer service skills. Prices are high but if you look for sales its worth it. Photo department is great and pharmacy is really busy like all the time but they do there best.Pharmacy is currently down to one pharmacist. So the pharmacy is only open between 9 am. and 7 pm. Being really busy they don't often have much time to answer the phones. Be patient.

When you have a line of customers in your drive thru and you just shut your window and don’t let anyone know you’ve closed is absolute garbage customer service. You also now close at 6pm right when everyone is trying to pick up their prescriptions after work which makes zero sense. There are plenty of pharmacy’s that care about customer service around here, please do yourself a favor and spend your money with them.

I am so angry I can't see straight and yes I will be changing my prescriptions to a different Pharmacy. I understand Webb City Walgreens has been shorthanded. I also understand that only a licensed pharmacist can go back there to get prescriptions. I have been receiving several notices this week that my scripts were ready oh, I was told just to wait until the end of the week when all of them came do and I could pick up all at once. So I go by there Saturday to pick up my scripts and there's a big sign in the window saying because we are shorthanded we are no longer open on the weekends. Yes that is inconvenient for me oh, but what made me so angry was when I got a message on a Sunday afternoon saying that my failure to pick up my prescriptions has resulted in them cancelling my order. That's fine I'll find another Pharmacy that puts their customers first.

The pharmaceutical staff is rude. They have been rude to me and my elderly Grandmother. The pharmacist treated us terribly. They more or less told my Grandmother they couldn't fill her prescription because they needed it for others. They did not fill my prescription full. They wrote on the pill bottle that I would need to come back for a refill for my last 6 pills........

The drive through sucks! It needs to be fixed. Your bag FLYS out of the carrier basket. The median it’s too tall to open your car door to be able to reach the basket that’s set to far back making it hard to reach. For years customers have been dealing with it. Get It Fixed!!!

This review was for curbside pickup... was not a great experience considering they advertise 30min when ordered at least an hour before closing. So I guess some time the next day is good (15hrs for my first order.) Won't be making that mistake again.

Had a sick little one who had just fallen asleep and another asleep in their carseat. I called ahead to make sure they had what we needed and asked if I could possibly pick it up in the drive thru. They were so helpful and made it so easy! Thank you!

You’d be better off getting your proscriptions filled at Walmart or elsewhere. They never have their prescriptions filled in a timely manner.

When the doctor sends over a prescription it always takes over an hour to fill. If I go in and tell them I'm waiting and sit there at least 30 minutes. Ridiculous. Use to use Walmart but insurance changed.

Was given the wrong prescription and was blatantly lied to about it. I was told they would bare no responsibility for their mistake by the manager Pam.juat go to pronto pharmacy right down the road.
