This is the best Dollar General in the Waynesville and St. Robert area. The employees always greet everyone entering, items are ALWAYS in stock, and the store is definitely larger than the average DG. There's clearances held at this location with actual good items. The $1 dollar aisle also features a lot of important necessities of good quality.

Store is clean and workers are nice. Its very hard to navigate the aisles due to stocking c@rts always left out on floor. This is definitely a fire hazard sue to the inability to move quickly with a clear path. I love the savings but the stress of all the stuff is too much for a casual shopping trip.

Good customer service, but the manager is always rude with comments, need to be a little more organized and cleaned. Great prices though. Needs more checkers always have 3 or more people in the front and, only have one line open at the busiest times of the day and the longest lines always. But, overall its a great place to shop for groceries, frozen items, household items, etc.

The employees are very friendly and I love to shop here but the shelves are never really stocked as items are always stacked in their freight packaging and blocking the aisles; they seem understaffed. I will happily upgrade my rating to five stars once they get this mess of a store in order.

This is a nice big store with lots of stock. Great selection of seasonal materials for crafting. Loads of glass wear for your dinner table. Food items available breads buns pizza pot pies. All at the $1 price... if you're on a budget this place will meet your needs & your budget.

You literally get the customer service & quality you pay for in the items as you do for the stores cleanliness. All though they have moved things around since the last time I visited I still noticed the store doesn’t have any aisles labeled so you literally are going aisle to aisle looking for things. So I’m still giving this store a bad review because I like to see labels on the aisles so it makes it easier to find things. & the quality of almost everything in the store is so cheap & horrible it’s a waist even trying to buy cheap stuff. Guess spending more money is needed else were.

Friendly staff and decent sales. My only beef with this locale is the aisles are always blocked with freight. You have to move the freight to get to the merchandise. It's this way every time I visit. Other than that it's a nice place to pick up every day items.

At this Dollar General it's always a challenge to get into the parking lot but once there they have crackers that no other store has. The lines are small and I always buy something else. They had two registers working, everyone was in masks and it was quick and easy.

Okay. It still seems strange that this company locks it customers out of its bathrooms. Also, some totes for sale were cracked and broken while others were missing lids.

This particular Dollar Store location usually has a great selection of items. I particularly like their $5 off of $25 promotions that they run almost every Saturday. I also love the digital coupons that I can use at this location.The workers have always been friendly and it's always very clean. I shop here about once every two weeks and I have never had an issue.

This is a great Dollar Store with friendly staff, clean and nice selection. Fun place for the kids to spend their allowance and nice place for mama to get a quick must have(forgotten) item for baking and /or crafts. We appreciate the location as well since it's on the way home from school and work!

Nice workers. Helpful. A ginger dude followed me around the store. There is a very very cute young man of mixed ethnicity who checks me out occasionally that makes it all better. The tall blonde gentleman is easy on the eyes as well.

I love shopping at DG Waynesville, I just wish the store was a bit more organized. It is my shopping choice stop before I go further up the road. This morning I was told that a new store manager took over..., I think the old manager lacked management skills since store most of the time is a train wreck. Hope to see some improvements with new management.

It's very convenient and decently priced on most things, sometimes you can get certain things cheaper at smitty's. Also, for the most part I'm in and out but there are times when I have to wait in line for a good while because they usually only have one cashier working. All in all I'm still going to shop there.

Usually out of stock on sale items 1st thing in morning. Was told by employee they have more in back but were told not to put out on floor. Check out lane is very cluttered with displays making it hard to get past to the next available register. Most cashiers are very friendly but managment is definitely not coupon friendly. Even just using DG digital coupons still get attitudes. Maybe I'll find a different store location.

Staff is polite, Bathroom cleaning needs a schedule. This is a small warehouse.I get overwhelmed. Needs Major over- haul in organization. Food/ Clothing never in the same space twice. I spend too much time here, trying to find what I need. Asking for help is always given / I can tell the managers are overwhelmed.:(

If you don't want to head to the supermarket's you can get eggs and milk here. It is very convenient to get the essentials that you may need but do not expect fruit and vegetables here. Just grab the quick stuff you need.

If the Dixon, mo had a minus star,you would get 5.. That store has been a mess since it opened. I drive to another town when I need to go dollar store. But was in hurry do went to Dixon store..was not disappointed. It was as big a mess as usual..you need to hire more help, or start over..The very worse store in the chain..

Thank you for all of the staff at the Store today. I locked my keys in the trunk and everyone was concerned and helpful. These people went above and beyond to make sure I was helped. Rocky is an excellent manager!!

My family and I have been coming to this store for over 3 years now nearly everyday.... and although the staff is always nice , the store is always a disaster area! The pet isle is always bare when it comes to pet supplies, which I have 3 dogs, 3 birds and 4 iguanas that I buy food for and can’t always find what I need for my dogs or birds, I always end up having to drive to Walmart to get supplies I can’t get at this dollar general . Some items like soda is hard to get to because they always have uboats directly in front of the shelves, same as other isles through out the store,and if that’s not bad enough, the wait in line takes so long I don’t even buy ice cream there because I know it would melt before I even got out of the store... 3-5 staff members at a time, 3 registers available, but only 1 cashier at most on a busy day!! Today I was there and stood in line for 11 min before another cashier ( the store manager) opened another register. They should follow what other dollar general stores do, when 2 or more customers in a line, open another register. Obviously they don’t know about this or if they do I don’t think they really care.

I like going here because they pretty always have what I need and it's better than going all the way to walmart and dealing with all the people. The workers are always friendly and helpful if I need help with anything.

Don't let the name fool you, this is not a dollar store. Some of their prices are good some if them are high, it really depends on what your looking for. If you're looking to make a quick stop and don't want to pay convience store prices this is definitely the place to go.

I literally hate going to this store, it is very unorganized and what I hate most is I'll wait in line for a long time and then they will finally decide to open another register, but instead of helping the next person who was in line they end of helping the people who just got in line at the end. No consideration very unprofessional!

Much better than fighting the crowd at Walmart. Lots of good deals. Grab a container of ice cream and bread on your way home and don't forget the cigarette's

I am not a fan of Dollar General stores, because they are always a hot mess. This store doesn't disappoint in those regards, but the staff is very friendly and helpful.

It would be nice if they allowed staff time to stock the shelves. There is usually more merchandise on stocking carts than on the actual shelves.
