It was fine. Definitely less crowded in the morning. However, I did not like how the self check out person just loomed over me when I used Walmart pay. They could see it on their scanner without needing to look over my shoulder.

Remember, no matter how much money you may have spent in all your lifetime at Wal-Mart in 63090, everybody knows when they say "one of our friendly and knowledgeable associates will be happy to help you out", it's total B.S., its gaslighting. We all know C.M in Customer Service is going to give us a hard time and try to turn us away. First she'll ask you a bunch of questions of course. I've watched her do it, one-by-one give person after person one reason or another why she can't help them. don't get me started on the way she treats people trying to cash a paycheck or trying to send money. that customer service department on A. Roy Drive should be called "customer non-service" or "customer disservice". Especially C.M., she will do everything she can to turn you away and avoid helping you. It's really frustrating when other associates are visibly nicer, friendlier and more helpful... then she's the one who can "help" whoever is next

I bought a 65" Vizio and it didn't come with a power cord. I asked to exchange it 4 hours after buying it and they refused even though I had the receipt and box. I asked if they could just give me a power cord and they said no. Guess I'm out $548 .... cool...

Couldn't find anything. It wasn't like the super center walmarts I'm use to. Though staff was very nice. Meat was crazy expensive. But that's everywhere I'm afraid.

For a Wal-mart, it's extremely clean, decent customer service. The ladies in customer service are very pleasant and informed.

This review goes out to Beverly! Make this kind woman employee of the month. I went to walmart just the other day to get lunch on my break and my card wouldn’t go through. i spoke to customer service to see if i could manually enter my card number and i couldn’t. Beverly did the sweetest thing. She paid for my lunch! With her own money. Just stepped up and put her card in the terminal and bought my lunch for me. Such an angel. Please recognize her for this! Thank you!

Not a collector friendly location, employees will intentionally hide things from paying customers just trying to find the newest hot item to add to their shelf. One employee even shot me an evil look as I happily found what I was looking for which he hid from me one time but quickly switched up when he saw me looking at him lol. I’ve found figures desecrated and demolished, vandalized, packaging, and everything in between. Also the stock is horrible and never kept up to date, the only time it is is to keep up with direct orders from managers. What made me finally write this review was today when I went in and was literally being blocked by another employee from viewing or picking up the new product on the shelf and made to feel unwelcome at a location I’ve been going to for 7 years now! I am not a scalper or someone who resells action figures at an inflated price, they have absolutely no reason to block my path other than bias and hatred against me. I will NOT EVER be going back to this Walmart ever again (SO GOOD LUCK SELLING ANYMORE TRANSFORMERS BECAUSE NOBODY BUYS THEM AROUND HERE BESIDES ME THATS FOR SURE) and the employees have made it very clear I’m not welcome nor is any other adult collector. I will do all my shopping at TARGET for now on. As should you.

It's alright the employees are nice sometimes when they're in a good mood. They have a huge selection, they need more handicap carts cause I'm a caregiver I shop with people who needs them, I notice these things.

My insurance company doesn't have a list of flex card covered items I spoke to Coach Kim on the phone and in store and she went above and.beyond. Unfortunately, none of the products we hoped and thought were covered were actually covered so we have to try Walgreens. but, Kim was most helpful, patient, and she spent a ton of time trying to help us find approved items.

Bought a battery for my sons 4-wheeler and it wouldn't work. Took it home followed all the instructions. You have to pour the acid into the battery yourself and the let the battery set 30 minutes. Then you have to charge it for 1-2 hours depending on the battery size. After charging it you have to let it set for an additional 30 minutes. Did all of this installed it and it wouldn't start the 4-wheeler. I took it back with my receipt for a refund or exchange.Guess what ? WALMART WILL NOT EXCHANGE NOR REFUND A BATTERY whether it works or not. The lady at the service desk called the Manager in Automotive he said no we will not exchange nor refund. I told him that's ridiculous. WALMART DOES NOT MAKE THIS KNOWN !!! I told him that is ridiculous and customers should be aware or made aware. He said I'll let them know. Lol. I talked with a few other customers and they had no idea about this either. I will NEVER BUY A BATTERY FROM WALMART AGAIN !!! GUARANTEE.

This Walmart is ok. However, at times I find some the of the patrons odd. For instance, tonight my daughters and I walked outside to the parking lot after shopping to find some woman in a car sitting behind our car, idling in her car. I couldn't tell what she was doing, but It appeared peculiar. It made my family and I uncomfortable. So I remotely pressed my car lock and the horn beeped, that's when she moved as we approached the car. I didn't know if someone besides herself was attempting to do something to my car and she was using her car to obscure the view. God only knows. It was just strange.The parking lot was not full, it was late at night, there were plenty of parking spaces, so I don't imagine that she was waiting on a parking space. When she drove off she went and parked at a distance from the store with her car lights on.

I couldn't find what I needed. I ask an employee if he could help me. He said he didn't know where it was. I ask the girl next to him she replied ."don't ask me, I'm on break" I've ask for help before, and the employee looked it up and took me to the item. Not all employees seem to care about helping you. 😕

Ordered a online order because the item I was purchasing was $25 cheaper to do it online. The order was filled an hour early, which I was very pleased since it was a holiday weekend and I had allot to do. I bought a memory foam mattress for $100, which can't be beat anywhere. I would highly recommend using not only their online delivery, but also their online pick up.

The self-checkout girl approached me and said she didn't see me ring up my 2 soda six packs of bottles. I quickly snapped my receipt from my purse and showed her the first two items were, in fact, the two 6 packs.So I said to her,....."IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE WAY I DO YOUR JOB, THEN YOU CAN COME SO IT YOURSELF!"She had nothing to say then??
