Went in to get hair color and self tanner this one clerk told me about the lash sale so I grabbed a pair to try then this lady showed up again acting super strange about stuff on sale then in the hair department she shows up with a small basket to grab all the stuff in my cart to put in a small basket so it don't fall out and disappear. Wouldn't stop when I asked her to. Very uncalled for and unprofessional. I just left the cart and everything walked out. I will not be back. Like.i look suspicious bc I'm in a messing bun and brigjt clothes. This was the weirdest situation I've ever been in.

The ATM is down. They said it has been down for months. They should order a service call to get it fixed. I drove here specifically to use the ATM, because it was listed on my card website as a fee-free ATM. Waste of time and gas. Hopefully they fix it or remove it soon.

Why in gods name it takes hours to put pills in a bottle I'll never know. Two prescriptions,left berger to pick up my mother in law from mercy hospital off ballas . Called walgreens to see if they were ready at 1:30 . Only one was filled they had one ready. Mind you we're bringing my mother in law all the way back from the hospital after back surgery,was the other one filled? Its now 4:10? Hell no it wasn't filled! Ridiculouos!!!! I know they're closing a lot of their locations,its no wonder!! I hope washington is one of them!!!! Oh heres the kicker after we drive all the way home around 6:30 we get a message it's filled! Could they possibly be anymore inconsiderate? What people like them don't comprehend is you screw that many people over you create negative energy that will come back on you. I hope it was worth it to them. I truly hope their employees are treated the same by another company!

This pharmacy just seems to be getting worse and worse. These are my issues:1. I sign up for email alerts and they call me instead. Every dam time.2. Every fricken month there is some issue with some medication. Lately it’s been requesting a refill, being told it will be ready on xyz date and time, then going to pick it up and voila! No refill! No alert, no email and not even an unsolicited call like they do with every other thing. Just zero communication3. Walgreen has been having issues with informing the physicians when needing prior authorization it seems and not communicating with patients to let them know the status4. God forbid you have an issue and want to speak to a pharmacist or ask where the prescription is that magically just fell off the queue. It’s 8:25 pm and I’ve been on hold for an hour. For an hour there has been “one caller ahead of you”. And this isn’t even unusual for themI have stayed with this pharmacy due to the drive-thru, one pharmacist and one tech but I think it’s about to change. This is NOT the employees fault. Most are really great and they work with what they have: I’m pretty sure it’s the company as a whole.

I went to pick up my prescription, and the pharmacist was extremely kind. I have out of state insurance, but am very sick and needed medication, and she added a discount to offset the price of paying without insurance. I forgot her name, but she was so kind and made my day a little brighter!

Very rude, disrespectful guy works there. Called to have my script changed to walmart since it's an hour away, the walmart has record of calling at 2:26pm and the pharmacist was very rude when I told him this and offered no help. My script was sent here by accident but this walgreens has always had terrible problems with staff.

Something must have changed recently with the pharmacy staff at this location. The service had been great and now it's awful. Last week I asked the pharmacist for a generic recommendation for a medication and was told it was my responsibility to know my insurance, which wasn't what I was asking. Then a week later I called because another RX was listed as out of stock and I wanted to see if it was available at another location, the girl said it's a manufacturer issue it's not available anywhere and wouldn't check. I called a location in Wentzville and they have it and will have it ready for me in the a.m.

Was stuck in line for over 40 minutes in the middle of the afternoon. Learn to schedule your employees breaks around each other, this is basic retail management and isn't rocket science.

On Tuesday August 30, saw nothing but courteous employees in the pharmacy. Considering what they were going through, phones had been down since Monday morning, I had been there 3 different times on Tuesday, which I fully understood the delay, and each time they were friendly, courteous and even smiling. My daughter and I stopped at Walgreens in Washington Missouri to look for some hair color. I have bought hair color countless times at Walgreens along with many other items. We had not been in the front of the hair color section more then 10 seconds, wich we approached on entering the store as we knew where it was, before we were pounced on by an employee who wanted to know what we were looking for. We told the clerk, Sheri that we were just looking for hair color. She said, "Oh? What color? I said we were just looking, thanks. She kind of just stood there and wouldn't leave so I asked her if there was a problem and she stormed away grumbling. So, I ask the person reading this if they have EVER been approached by a clerk at Walgreens asking to help you. Yah, good luck on that one. We decided not to be a patron of Walgreens today and went to Target to purchase our hair color, of which had a much better selection.I did go back into the store and approach the clerk after I had gone outside and thought about it for a moment, and asked her why she was being so overly helpful. I asked if she was perhaps profiling my daughter because she didn't fit her "norm". My daughter, 21 was wearing a baggy sweatshirt. This is surly what it felt like. Her answer to me was to flail her hands around and continually say, "Excuse me?" No other answer then that. It feels as if we were immediately targeted as thieves. This is extremely offensive. I do hope Sheri, the clerk stops and thinks the next time she "thinks" someone looks suspicious. Use your brain and stop and think.

I know they are understaffed and we are in a pandemic but not getting a prescription that if you don’t take can literally kill you is not ok either. I never had a problem till the last couple months it takes at least 2 to 3 hrs wait in line outside and inside is closed for pharmacy in the evenings. Something has to change here I went in and there and they had workers but only 3 behind pharmacy counter and couldn’t pick up at counter with 1 lane in drive thru open. This has happened every time. I am going to have to switch pharmacies I feel for everyone but I know Schroeders pharmacy is not like this because I have talked to people that have switched because of this so I guess I will be doing the same. I used Walgreens because everything was on file and it was easy but now you can’t even get your prescriptions and if you call good luck it took me hours and I had to call dr and they couldn’t even get thru..

Worst pharmacy ever! Wish Washington would get a 24 hour CVS and give Walgreen's some competition! Last 4 times I've gone there, the medicine I was prescribed, Walgreen's was out of and I had to wait for it to be ordered! Stock your shelves Walgreens!!!! You have one job to do and cant manage to do that!!The saving grace for that store is an employee named Danika. She is very sweet, nice and professional. She is the reason I use this horrible store!

Went in there to pick up some photos. The lady at the counter had cashed somebody out before me, and then asked me to wait a minute. Needless to say I waited for 10 minutes for a transaction that would have taken less than 2 minutes. There was no one else in line. Ended up walking away without my photos. I'll take my business to somewhere that won't complete a computer order when there's only one customer in line.

The guy pharmacist that was working the night I picked up my meds was rude and noncaring. Watched him act like that to more then one person before me in the 45 min line. Even snapped at the last ringing me up because " yeah she can pick them all up whatever, just fix it ." Soo miss the female pharmacist..I think her name was lisa

My grandson got the flu we had to fill his prescription at 3am. Our pharmacist was helping 2 customers on the phone and he made time to help us and didn't ignore us. I have had other pharmacist in, other brand name, stores act like your invisible. But he was able to get us on our way within 20 min. Thank You

Place is ridiculous. Only place in town claiming there's a "change shortage ".. tried adding money on a prepaid card ,having exact change and get told no but the person in front of me can buy stuff with cash? I won't spend another dime there.

I didn’t have any issues during my visit. However, as I was standing in line to pick up a prescription, the woman in front of me was having some difficulties since her prescription had been put in back order. The pharmacy technician who was originally helping her was friendly and tried to take care of the the situation. She asked a woman named Susan for help clearing up the issue. Susan was rude and disrespectful to the customer in line in front of me and to the original technician who was helping her. Susan was very short with her and offered little help to take care of the issue. I couldn’t believe she was treating a customer like that. I will not be returning to this store. This type of behavior by an employee should not be tolerated.
