I recently used curbside pickup at Target.Great experience! Ordering on the app is very easy & pickup easier. By telling them via the app that I was on my way sped up the time bringing my order to my vehicle after alerting the store I had arrived, also via the app. The young man who brought the order to my vehicle was courteous & handled his part very efficiently. I was very pleased with the whole experience!

This is a great store on many different levels! I love their clothing, shoes and the healthy grocery options they have. They also tend to have some really obscure grocery items that I haven't seen anywhere else, which is super cool. My favorite part about Target is that the noise level is way down compared to other stores. People aren't rushing around, running into your cart and everyone is fairly calm and collected. I truly appreciate that!

You crooks lost my business!!I went to purchase some socks, total $10.95, I realized my target debit card was expired and used my regular debit card. Cashier told me it only processed for $10.40, and I owed 0.55, (well that’s odd) I handed her some change and she input it in system and said oh now it’s saying you still owe 10.40, so I used my credit card. Logged into my bank as I was leaving and there is a 10.40 debit charge and my credit card shows 10.95. I walked back into store customer service counter and was told sorry can’t do anything that’s your banks problem. I called them and they suggested I wait to see if is refunded. I then call back to store and convenient no store manager in but person I spoke with said she’d look into it. She said no transaction exists sorry call corporate. I did, they say it’s not a double charge, transaction is valid and won’t refund me. I asked to send me documentation proving the 10.40 purchase but haven’t sent me anything. WHERE IS MY $10.40?!? You crooks! There was apparently a glitch in the system but those crooks won’t look into it. Nice customer service.

There is absolutely ZERO reason I should have had to wait 40 minutes after driving 40 minutes for an item that’s “in stock” only to be told after waiting that it’s not actually in stock!!!!!!!!!!!!! Beyond frustrating!!!!!

For some reason I always forget about looking online at targets items. And I rarely shop here. When I have, I've always been satisfied, because they have quality stuff. On this 4th of July weekend I started shopping for a mini fridge. I checked Walmart, Best Buy, Lowe's, and Home Depot. Then I happened on to Targets adds. Target had a 4.3 cubic feet Whirlpool mini fridge on sale for $149.99. By far the best deal hands down. I bought it online and like promised received a email that it was ready for pickup 2 hours later. Two target associates loaded the fridge in the back of my truck and off I went. The fridge is awesome and exceeded my expectations. Now, I just need to make "note to self" to shop at Target more often. If you want better quality items then Walmart, I would highly recommend shopping at Target. You might pay a little more at times, or not, like me today. But I will say with authority that Targets stuff in general is allot better quality that's going to last

Sent my son to pick up some cheese for a recipe I was making. He had my RedCard and the machines were not working. He only had $2 in cash and the purchase was $2.50.The manager came over and told him to just take it for the $2.That is a manager that understands customer service! I love Target 🎯

On January 27, 2023, Jane, in the Electronics department, demonstrated alot of product and purchasing expertise. She also made sure her customers were quickly taken care of, and she made sure they fully understood the product and purchasing options/conditions. [I wish I can say the same for the Target mobile app's Chat representatives and the folks working the store's customer service desk. Indeed, it is getting very difficult to find good help.]

Consumers beware! I was just approved for RedCard (Target's credit card) on the promise of a $40 discount on my first purchase. Yet, I went through all of the hassle of applying for the card, no discount is available!

DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE RACIST!!! they racially profiled my friend twice in one day, me and my friend went to go christmas shopping and we noticed some lady following us around, no big deal she’s probably just doing her job by straightening things up? NO, she continued to follow us throughout the whole entire store up until check out because she thought we were trying to steal when we were literally just looking for some presents, we ended up paying and leaving the store. A few hours later us and another friend decided to go back to target because we wanted some makeup items, we walked in and went to go makeup section and after a few minutes we noticed a security boy following us around, we were looking through the makeup for a solid 30 minutes and he was within 5 feet of us that WHOLE ENTIRE TIME! He even started scanning the sections of things that we were looking at after we had left them, he also followed us up to the registers and we know for sure he was following us because as soon as we left he went right about his day doing his normal job and didn’t follow anyone else around??? tell me how that’s fair, we go into a store looking to get something and end up leaving being racially profiled all because of a skin tone??? ACTUALLY GROW UP TARGET AND STOP JUDGING BASED ON SOMEONES COMPLEXION!!! long story short i personally won’t be supporting this racist store and you shouldn’t either! ( P.S. my friend is actually a regular and goes here all the time so i’m confused on why they would think she would steal when she’s constantly going in there to buy groceries??)

Ethan is a phenomenal Target employee and always has my drive up order out within 2 minutes, even during the busy, Holiday time. Not to mention how friendly and professional he is. He makes Target drive up so much more convenient and deserves a raise!

So fast and easy! I have never waited more than 20 minutes for them to prep the order (and only 2 minutes wait once arriving at Target). Its the fastest and easiest way to grab something you need while in Washington. I often have my small children with me and love being able to get what I need without carrying people in with me and waiting in a check out line

They were very courteous. I left my wallet in the cart and when I went back an hour later, I believe the gentleman that helped me found it in the cart and turned it in! Store was very clean and the person that loaded my TV was very helpful.

huge, great, appealing layout, makes you want to shop. doesn't feel like a discount store. stylish home items and clothes at everyday good prices. grocery section is solid, (not huge) considering it is not known for groceries yet the sales on dry goods like coffee and crackers beat the other local discount superstores
