Visited this store within the last 2 weeks and there were dead fish and algae in a majority of the tanks. They should be embarrassed. DO BETTER PETSMART!!! Those are living animals you are killing.

I use Petsmart for their grooming services. I've been very happy with the outcome of my pup. However, I suggest that you never bring your cat. I did, and it was horrible. My kitty was so chopped up, and I asked for a lion cut, which did not happen. I can't believe that I paid $90 with tip for such a horrible experience.

Staff was helpful and friendly ....front of the house looks like they are abiding to health code by wearing masks and social distancing. Until I asked to use restroom... FILTHY! COBWEBS! REALLY???!WHEN was the last time it was cleaned and mopped???!

This is NOT a place for dumb animals. They will not make them smarter for you!! Trust. Save yourself the embarrassment.However, if you have an animal that you wanna take care of properly, then you should check these guys out.

We had a 55gal. Aquarium that sprung a leak. Found one in stock at the Arnold store. Bought it and we are happy with it. Seems to be good quality. Went to the Washington store later because they are closer. Picked out some fish then was rudely informed they were closing in 29 minutes so they could not sell any fish. We left disappointed, went to the Washington Petco store and picked out and purchased 6 fish at 10 minutes before closing. Their staff was very friendly. I am a happy Petco customer now!!! Wish I would have purchased the aquarium there as well.

Lauren is such a great Customer service person She took us to the back in private to look at this Parrot that hasn't been put out in the store front yet to decide on such a huge purchase 350.00 for this Bird which is hard to see in my picture but The colors on this Parrots feathers is so vivid and Beautiful my photos cannot catch the details of such color contrasting. This store is nice. Very full of great Varities of products. Snakes birds hamsters fish turtles cats fogs and Parakeets lizards and so much more.

Paid $65 for a "discounted trim" that left my dog bald everywhere but the head and feet which they didn't even try to cut. Waste of time and money, don't even bother.

We're greeted by a friendly cashier named Sarah. The whole store was stock, organized, and extremely clean. I was able to find everything I needed. The cashier Sarah checked us out and was so nicely to us. She bagged our items neatly and asked us how our day was. I'm glad you have such kind and hard worker as Sarah working for you guys! Will definitely come shop there again and recommend it!

I took my long haired puppy there for her first grooming today. Staff did less than half of the job and then declared that they couldn't do anymore for her. They sent her out in an embarrassing condition. I was still charged for the service. My puppy is half long hair and half shaved now and looks horrible. I am VERY dissatisfied. I won't be back for grooming services.

I only take my dog there to get groomed. That's it and when I took her she they cleaned her and got done what she needed to get done but she seems doesn't seem to really like going there so I haven't took taking her back there. It seems like it more younger, younger people and not really. I don't know. My dog is really temperamental and they didn't seem really seem. I had to tell the one girl my dog doesn't like you. You can't do it. I don't want to freak her out cuz she has issues. My dog that is

When I go in the store I see LG PQ on there's with little insignias I'm not saying I'm against that but I am what I'm saying though the few that are don't need to be in the stores advertising that because most of us 80% of this country are not and we are against it so I think the stores should worry about the 80% and not worry about the 5% And my religion keeps me from holding things against them and I do not but it is wrong to do but that is up to them they have to answer far later thank you

Already spent hundreds of dollars at PetSmart in the lady refused to sell me fish because of the size tank I have which is big enough. Have had fish all my life and it would not been so bad if she was not rude about it

The manager was really rude when I went to check out. I was searching for a tag on a bed I was buying & she's yelling at me "I need the tag!!" This manager needs to re-evaluate her customer service skills. First time here & I won't be returning to this location...

Very good selection of cat food, treats and toys. We went when they were doing an adoption day. Very busy! Awesome that people go to adopt from the Humane Society and other rescue groups! Only 1 register open so a bit of a wait to check out but as always the employees are friendly and efficient.

The so-called manager who someone claimed her name was Caitlin with no name tags on anyone was extremely rude threatening to kick me out of the store because I said I didn't want the skinny fish when I said it may not be their fault efficient skinny I just don't want it she got very defensive telling me they feed and take care of their fish daily as I look around to the six or seven tanks you could not even see in I asked to deal with someone else she said she was the manager. So I said can I deal with someone else that is not the manager or smart alec she said she was the only person there as there were two other people working that I seen.

This was the biggest disappointment for me of this store. I had my puppy groomed over a month ago and he did fine. He didn't like his face being cut, but outside of that, not an issue. Took him for a follow up 4 weeks later and a different woman was in there. She called 15 minutes after we left to say she couldn't groom him because he was baring teeth and growling and bit her twice. He is a 9lb, 4 month old puppy who has never done anything like that. We took him to a groomer recommended by our vet and they had no issues at all. What a let down. It was convenient to get him in. But a total waste of time. This woman clearly didn't have the proper personality to deal with him. Not saying she isn't for other dogs. But for mine...no way. I won't be going back. I spent a lot of money on their website. I won't be doing that again.

I called ahead to check stock on dog food that I needed. The worker that answered (I think she was the manager) graciously went and checked the stock for me before I made the 35 minute drive. I understand they can't do that for everyone, but I have had a rough time getting the product from Chewy, and all the other PetSmart locations near me were out, so I was extra wary of a long trip in vain. Thanks for making the trip worthwhile!

From what I can tell, they don't overbook for grooming services, which is nice. I brought in my dog for a "bath and brush" at the appointed time. The groomer gave me an estimate of how long it would take. The time estimate was pretty accurate and my dog looked great. That's not the experience that I've had with some other local providers.
