It seems like they barely touched my schnauzers face and didn’t trim a few of the areas I had specifically asked for. But she was super soft and smelled great. But for the price I paid, I wish she looked better.

Christine works well with my terriers. She also made a decision concerning the usual cut that my Westie usually gets, due to matting issues. I really like it a lot and will have her do this every time now.

I was shocked to discover that the price for having toenails clipped and buffed had gone up 33% from $15 to $20 plus a materials fee (What materials are consumed doing toenails?). Christine was wonderful, did her usual outstanding job, clipped the fur on his paws and gave him a bandana because she felt very bad about the outrageous price increase. I understand that we have inflation, but 33% is ridiculous!

I can't say enough about the lady that was in the fish department. I went there to buy some fish and as she was getting my choices out of the tanks she noticed that there was an issue and instead of trying to make a dollar and selling the fish to me she refused to sell until their problem was cleared up. That's what I call integrity and by doing that they will always have my business.

I have had a few groomers in the past who did not do a very thorough job, but this one was excellent! Nails were buffed nicely, hair brushed out and he smelled and looked amazing!

Groomer was extremely friendly and answered my questions as well as a friend's questions on a future grooming. She is very knowledgeable about dog breeds and their hair types and gave good advice.
