I am only giving 2 stars because this location is usually good. I walked up to the register and asked for help with the fish. The lady said she would help me as soon as she was done checking 1 person out. I waited 20 min then returned to the register. No one was there. She never even came to help us. Went back to the register and she was on the phone after ignoring us. I then found a very nice young man who came and finally helped me. He was the best thing about the whole experience. We finally got what we needed and left immediately afterwards. I am very disappointed in how we were ignored by the older lady. That was very very poor service. Had I not found the nice young man we would have left and never returned. I am a regular mind you.

We drove to MO from IL and rescued a Toller today and brought her straight here for a groom. The staff could not have been nicer and they did an amazing job with Amara. I apologize for not remembering the specific groomer's name but she cut Amara exactly how I wanted and she took wonderful care of our new girl.Thank you, Everyone for your time and help. If you live near this location, please let them take care of your babies!!

So I hate leaving bad reviews and stuff. Took my baby in to get groomed at Petco. Well, they called and said that he had hurt himself. "A scratch on his nose." Does not sound like a big deal, but we head over to pick him up and check it out. There was a HUGE gash out of his nose and another cut next to it. How did this happen? He apparently rubbed up against the cage. Why does the cage have sharp edges?They did redeem the money for the awful grooming job (his nails still looked awful) and we discussed it and decided to be safe and take him to a vet(which they did pay for.)Vet paperwork: Two lacerations and One Puncture wound. 8 stitches.They had to put him under for all of this. Union animal clinic also cleaned his nails properly and without him actually getting hurt.This is a heads up to not take your animal here. Not only did he get hurt, but they played it down like he just had a small cut. I am wondering if it happened the way they said, since there were three cuts. Once again still not understanding why a cage that handles animals has sharp edges either.They were also unable to get his collar back on him. Ben himself had to put it on.

A very clean and organized store. All the staff were awesome and went above and beyond helping me pick out treats and a collar for my dog. I bought a really decent looking collar for half price. And the treats were buy one get the second at 25% off. I could tell that they where all animal lovers, and that helps working here. This says allot about the store manager, that they also care about animals. I would recommend shopping here for all your pet needs.

Good place to get your animals goodies from unlike PetSmart Petco doesn't just throw away hundreds and I mean hundreds of pounds of dog and cat food away nor leave sick dead fish just floating around in there tanks

I brought four fish yesterday evening.. I came home set up the tanks and later put the fish in. 9 hours later 2 of them died. Then then 2 hours later the other two died. My water was at right temperature ,good size tank,feed them, etc!. This is ridiculous!!! I think they gave me bad fish.

An extremely clean and organized store. Three employees came up to me at one time to ask me if I needed help. And I did need help, they gave me the help, and I was out of there probably in 10 minutes. Highly recommend this store. Any employees are very kind and treat the animals they have in there extremely kind.

Completely terrible service. The general manager is definitely racist. She treated me and my fiance Completely terrible. Me and my fiance wNeeded to soce our dog who is not friendly with other dogs for a harness I got permission by a different manager to be able to take the harness out and size my dog and bring it back. She comes up ND refuses me based on the fact it's an expensive harness then says she's just doing her Jon. Then why point out ots and expensive harness? You said that because you thought I would steal it obviously. Then to top it off She tries to give me a metal and rusted tape measure idk if you've ever tired to measure a roudy pit bull to Messer his chest? No it wouldn't workShe then as if everything wasn't enough she let a different customer go out and size ther little pomeranian right in front of me. . Will never go back

Wonderful grooming everyone there is very polite. My dog is very aggressive. Animal aggressive and scared of people cuz she's a rescue dog and she loves it there. The only place I can get her grooms

The workers are friendly and on top of things, the prices could be a little more fair. It was clean inside but the fish in individual containers looked like they needed to be rotated into/out of the tanks a touch more frequently. Love my mollies from here, super healthy. My guppies however didn't do so great. I will be back for sure.

Great selection of animals. I've never seen a pet store with such a selection of reptiles, which definitely has their most unique animals.No dogs for adoption, there are cats every now and then. Very accommodating to most pets you bring with you if they're well behaved.A little understaffed, could use a wider variety of birds, but very friendly employees.

Store is ok. Jeff the trainer is good. Grooming not great. Took my dogs here for grooming for a few months. During that time our male went from being okay with people touching his paws and loving to visit, to hating the place and starting to nip when you touch his paws. We have since switched places and the new groomer says both our dogs are responding like they have had bad nail clipping experiences.

I swear sometimes my dogs eat better than I do. Their dogfood selection is great. Pricey, but if you took your dog on a date, you'd spend $60 on one set of meals. Love your pets.
