Great first experience for some embroidered scarves like our kids bought for their dogs. Turned out great and can't wait to post up their photos. Treats and and a couple toys later, we'll see how they like them. Love the service and selection. Buy local even if it's 60 miles from our home in St. James!

I was a big fan of coming here, but I came in today to get some allergy relief shampoo for my dog and while talking with an employee about the shampoo and how my pup has allergies and is allergic to chicken, she fed her a chicken flavored treat. I don’t mean to bash on this place by no means, and I did receive an apology, but I am very upset about this experience. I did in fact still check out with the items in my hand and she only had given me one of the $1 treat bags for free, I did not intend for any handouts, but being that I was there specifically for something for her allergies and while in the process her allergies were made 10x worse, you’d think I would have gotten the allergy shampoo for discount or something. This is still a great store for you and your pet, but I don’t think i will be a customer there anymore, just really disappointed.

Most definitely the best pup (and cat ofc) shop ever! My pup loves everything from here! TONS of treat options! Cute decor and so much more. Literally the cutest place I’ve been to! I don’t go anywhere else to get my pup anything. And the owner genuinely cares about her customers, wether they have feet or paws n claws!

This spot was recommended to us by a local and they were spot on about how great it was for our pup. So many fun things for our four legged buddy. The service was great and she took care of us as if we were long time regulars. This is a must if you are in town with your pup!

I cannot say enough about this store. Today is our first fur baby's "gotcha" day. I wanted to get him some special treats. I called to make sure they were open due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the owner answered and said they switched their hours due to the virus and are slowly reopening. They were closed today.....she said she didn't live far and would be happy to go in and let us get the special treats for our dog bc this was his day. Sure enough, we pulled up, she was in there waiting for us and told us to not rush and to take our time. Not many people will do that anymore and I was amazed at her kindness. I've been to this store before and love it, but this just made it 100 times more worth shopping at. If I could give a million stars, I would. Love the store, love everything in it and I love the customer service! 💓💓

This place has the best treats for your dogs in the state she also has the best foods and all kinds of other things they are super friendly bring your dog in my dog loves picking her own treats they bake all of them in house in the back of store

I love this place! It has things for dogs, cats, people, and homes. It can get a bit expsive, but everything is worth it. The owner makes homemade treats too! You will find that everything is worth it!
