I’ve never been to the MO store as I’m from the UK but I will say you treat your staff like dirt. My friend was recently fired. Dale and Christy have had an x on her back since day one. I personally have witnessed the way that they have treated my friend. It’s disgusting. You fired her because she called in sick even when given a doctors note by a doctor. She is a mother of 3. all of which have ADHD which is a handful and also has known health issues which I know she told her higher ups because I heard it personally. Telling someone they are “just a cashier” when she was told by someone else she could join paint. When she was sick she came into work and you sent her home. You have not attempted to support her while working for you and since she worked for you she took extra shifts so you weren’t short on staff. YOU ARE HORRIBLE DISGRACEFUL PEOPLE !!!P.S I have advised my friend to take very public legal action against you.

Just went to Lowe’s in Washington Mo. my husband was wanting Addis with the pole saws. He rang the buzzer no reply. He went to the service desk and the girl said she would page someone. I went in like 20 minutes later and he told me that he couldn’t get anyone to assist him. I rang the buzzer no reply. I went to the service desk and the girl told me he was assisting someone. I said well my husband has been waiting for over 20 minutes. She said she would get someone. We waited a few more minutes and decided to leave. As we were leaving i told her to cancel it cause we were going to Ace where we can get assistance. She said ok. Any other time we’ve been in there for other stuff there would be 2 or 3 guys standing around in that department. Makes me want to quit going in there cause we either can’t get assistance or we get someone that really doesn’t know what they are talking about.

Every one before you buy another appliance from lowe’s at this location think twice we have purchased a stove last Saturday,they delivered twice, both time was damaged call the store, talk to the manager John he say all he can do is make notes to the delivery person, we ask him to make a call to make sure they check the Stove before they left for delivery, but he say he can’t not do anything , what kind of customer service is this, I will say it’s a very lousy one ! They lie to the customer!Update on thisThis morning we got the 3 rd delivery, and again the stove was Damaged again for the 3rd time, this is getting to be ridiculous, Lowe’s is a jokeAbsolutely no customer service to top of they don’t care about there customer at all! Will never ever buy anything at Lowe’s again! Lowe’s you are sucks👎👎👎👎👎

Went to return a small kitchen faucet that was still in a Lowes bag but no recipt . Was advised unless I knew what Credit Card it was on I would not only get a refund and or store credit!I ADVISED MY BROKER TO DUMP ALL MY LOWES STOCK INVESTMENTS BUT ADVISE ALL WELLS FARGO REPRESENTATIVES TO NOT ADVISE THEIR CUSTOMERS TO BUY LOWES STOCK BUT DUMP!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THERE EXTENTED WARRENTY!! ITS A SCAM FOR EXTRA MONEY AND THEY DO NOT BACK THERE PRODUCTS THEY SELL. I bought a freezer back in July and it broke. Took weeks to talk with someone. Tech spent not even 5min and brought no tools inside. Told me it was a lock ring! Guess what they don't cover lock rings! Imagine that. Not I have a brand new freezer sitting!!a

Worst Lowe's I have ever been to. No one was “able” to come help me load shower surround on cart. Could only get this old man to help me and then when they seen me and old man struggling to get. Someone ran over to help finally. Then couldn’t get help loading surround into back of my truck. Absolutely unbelievable.

Everything was good except for their Exchange policy if you send your help there to pick up stuff for return stuff make sure they have a receipt because if they give you a gift card it's attached to your ID so of course

Went to lows today and ask two different employees to get me a electric cart as I have issues walking, was told two employees called in sick so they didn’t have the manpower to help me. If it only take two employees to make the place fall apart it’s a sad day for Lowe’s!!! Thankfully after asking a service pro to help he did!!! Lowes should strive to do better for their customers!!!

They sent us a defective stove and their delivery guys did not even want to hook it up because it began sparking. We hooked it up and it caught the kitchen on fire. This was due to the men hooking the wires up incorrectly. My neighbor also saw the delivery drivers drop the stove when they unloaded it. They were supposed to deliver on a Saturday and did not deliver until a Tuesday. So I also had to miss work to fit their ridiculous four hour delivery window. No one from Lowe’s is helping us try to fix the issue. Now we are without an oven and a stove while we wait for their incredibly slow service and now due to their neglectful service and defective product we also have damage to our kitchen floor and wall that they need to fix. Oh and every time I call the store their associate hangs up on me and my husband. And we haven’t even had a loud tone or anything rude to say. They just hang up!

I am still giving this review three stars because my previous visits have been decent. But today was the worst! I had to pick up some 2 x 4's and I couldn't find any of the lumber carts. They were doing inventory in the lumber section and five carts were loaded by employees using them. I went to three isles around lumber to see if I could find a cart...no luck. I went outside to the entrance in the Pro Section to see if someone left a cart. No luck. So I asked the guy at the Pro Desk if there were more carts. He told me to look in the isles again. I did....nothing. I asked a gentleman working in lumber and he sent me back to the Pro Desk to ask again....which I did. The guy at the Pro Desk told me if there were none outside and none in the isle then they were all being used for inventory by employees. I asked him what I should do or could he help me find a cart and he told me he could not...I was just out of luck. I was shocked! I said "So if I can't find a cart I should just go home?" He replied "I guess so". I asked two different people to help me and they did not. The customer service on this visit was HORRIFIC. I asked for help and received none so I went elsewhere. Such bad customer service when it was obvious I needed help.

It's nice to have a Lowes in Washington, but this one seems to struggle badly with keeping stuff in stock and having an accurate inventory count. And lots of the time something is in stock, but it's not stocked on the shelves. I'll go back day after day and see that the same items that I can find the stock for up above the shelves still aren't restocked down low. It can be very frustrating when I need something for a job and it's no where to be found, especially when the app says it's there. There's been numerous times when I end up having to drive all the way out to Ellisville home depot just to get basic materials.

Lowe’s at Washington has everything one might need for projects around the house. I went in to look at plants, and ended up buying a chainsaw, and pressure washer. Their friendly, and helpful staff answered all of my questions, and made my experience a breeze.

The store does not commit to the delivery date and will change it with you in the form of email communication.The store changed delivery date on me four time and in the end never delivered.Calling them about your order you will end up talking with about 10 different people every single time you without providing any type of support.Will not recommend anyone to ever use this Lowe’s for any form of purchase.

TLDR: employees at the store are very solid but the delivery system is extremely broken.The workers by and large were extremely helpful, but after I was assured that my delivery would be rescheduled due to me being unavailable for the delivery window, it was instead cancelled and refunded without any kind of contact. I could not reschedule or cancel through the normal means as "the warehouse's system was down", and was given no other options for rescheduling aside from the rep I spoke to telling me that he would email on my behalf. Following this I again contacted the number provided for delivery before the initial arrival time and was again assured that if I was unavailable during the expected delivery time that I could simply reschedule and that he would get it rescheduled on my behalf for the following day. I received no messages at all for the following 2 days, and, when I did call Lowes Washington, the automated message indicated that my order was out for delivery even after it had been cancelled and refunded without my knowledge. I would most certainly not recommend ordering products for delivery from Lowes to anyone. In fact I would highly advise choosing anyone else for delivery of appliances. The associate that informed me that my delivery was cancelled was very polite, helpful and professional, but this is completely unacceptable service from Lowes delivery system as a whole.

All I have to say is the store won't get no more of my money , had an expensive job needed some ply wood took the advice of a worker and I definitely should not have, board's warp that he said wouldn't, now I'm out a bunch of money in a project cause he recommended the wrong material... You should not recommend things unless you know what you're talking about..very aggravated!

We have recently purchased a product for it to be delivered. This is the second time that they have promised it will be here but once again they didn't deliver or this time EVEN CALL. Instead waited a hour on hold before they hung up on us. When talking to Lowes manager this evening it was a joke. Nothing they can do because they don't have it in there "backroom". You would think that Lowes would try and get to the bottom of this or change companies that deliver. Instead of losing customers. We have waited missed time off of work and everything for them not to come. So if you are looking for it to be delivered when promised DO NOT COME HERE! This isn't the first time this has happened. Gave them the benefit of the doubt this time was different, fooled me. Next delivery date is for next week on Thursday from 8am to 8pm so another day of no work. Will keep posted if they actually do keep this date.

I order a fridge, pay for delivery and haul away. I'm given a time of noon to 4. I make arrangements to make sure my old fridge is ready to go and unplugged and someone is home. It doesn't show. I have to call and I'm told it will be delivered by 5. It doesn't show. I have to call just to find out It will be delivered later that night. It doesn't show. I then have to call the next day and I'm told it will be delivered 2 days later but they won't know the time yet until later that evening.I guess I just have to make sure that I'm home for the next couple of days straight and be without a fridge until you guys can figure out how to effectively deliver an item or somehow figure out how to keep customers updated and reschedule so I don't have to scramble to make sure someone is home. A simple phone call would have sufficed. Not me calling and having to talk to numerous people who cant narrow down a time frame to show up when I know I'll be home.

We bought a Whirlpool gas range and we were told it would be delivered and installed the next day. That evening we got a call saying it would be delivered between 1:30 and 5:30. The next afternoon we were called and asked if we still want it. Told it was on back order!! The following day the sales representative said they would upgrade us because of the issue. He stated it would be delivered and installed the following Thursday. The stove showed up but the delivery guys said they couldn’t install it because they weren’t plumbers. I went to Lowe’s and they said you didn’t pay for installation and it’s $199. That was all they cared about. Never in any conversation with them were we told about that!! It was Thursday before Easter and we had no way to cook dinner!! The install coordinator was excellent and said the earliest they could be there was the 17th. She informed me that they didn’t know anything about it until I paid the $199. Asked if they were going to haul away the old one (which we paid for) and she said it was nowhere on the paperwork that she got! Lowe’s stated that they would refund $140.00 and the cost of the installation. As of this time they have not. So we have not had a stove since the end of March and won’t have one until the 17th!! Great customer service, NOT!!! This has been a nightmare!! Lowe’s need to train their staff and management needs to go!! This is 2nd time this has happened at two separate stores and I will NEVER step foot in that store again. My construction crews have all turned in their cards and have been issued Home Depot cards!! This store is a joke!!!

garden center was loaded with plants that weren't being watered, literally tables full. Very disappointed as I come here often. I understand that it is very hot right now but mark things down if you can't maintain them. The waste was appalling.

We have been remodeling and redecorating since our youngest graduated from college and our home is just ours again. Lowes has had everything we needed and were very helpful. Their prices were better on a lot more items than all the other major competitors. Their paint is both outstanding in quality and also priced reasonably.Update: We have completed all of the indoor redecorating and the house looks beautiful. Now were starting to replace our deck.

When I go to Lowes to work on a project while I am on Vacation, everyone is noce and they ask if you need help if you are obviously unsure where to find something. If you don't, they leave you alone. I think every circular saw I checked (maybe 5 or six) was made in China. I understand it is not up to the individual store, on where products originate, but I wish something was made here. Available at a competitive price, hopefully a shift in manufacturing will bring us some safer, less toxic products. (There was a p95 warning on saws) Maybe steer customers toward an American brand even if it's double the price.The prices are fair on lumber, and it was less warped than some other places I have been. Made a 4'x8' chicken coop. Thanks. Oh! It's super cool to see people with dogs here shopping, 👌 awesome.

I've needed a tool bench for my work and I wanted it today. They only had one left of the kind I wanted. The others weren't appropriate or too expensive. They only had one left in stock and it was the floor model. It had quite a few dings on it, which is fine. I'll make it worse at my job. I asked the employee (I wish I got his name) if I could have it for $100 cheaper due to the dings. He was polite, friendly, and helpful. He contacted his manager and got it ok'd. Very happy with my experience. Will be back. 😊

In person shopping at Lowe's has been a good experience with staff that are helpful and they usually have what we are looking for. I regret placing an order online for fence panels. They arrived damaged and Lowe's only offered 10% discount, very disappointing. The limited options for resolving this problem were all inconvenient and not a viable solution for completing this project.
