I often shop at this location for the convenience.I recently have found the store to be messy and dirty. I was so surprised when I went in yesterday. The store was clean and organized. Very impressed. So glad to see. Cashier said they were under new management. Called and talked to manager today. Told her the store looked so much better. I hope it stays that way.

I do not recommend this location or any other. Either go to a dollar tree or actual grocery store, you'll get a better experience and usually better deals.As far as dollar stores go, I've never been fond of dollar general. The atmosphere in each one I have visited is uncaring, in shambles, barely organized, and has worse than indifferent staff.I know the quality at a dollar store is questionable by nature but compared to other dollar stores, it looks like they grabbed up whatever they could put on the shelf from other places that they bought for a dollar and put it on their shelves for more.When I was younger, dollar general actually meant that most things were generally a dollar with a few nicer options that were $5 or $10 even. But now? It's just as common to find something there that's a dollar as you would at any grocery store.

Very cool employees despite the fact there's obvious issues with these stores understaffing, which only leads to high attrition, product not being merchandised properly And sold ...ultimately causing poor customer reviews and loyalty. The sad fact is in a lot of places, these stores are often the only store for miles ...with their , sometimes inadequate.

Always a great value! I saw a really cute decorative picture for $8 and didn't buy it. I want to check another store in town to see what they had, boy did I make a mistake! They had the same exact picture and it was $39. I went back to dollar general and saved $31

We love shopping at Dollar General, but this location is by far the messiest store we have visited. Product does not get pulled to the front of the shelves, clothing aisle has items strewn across the floor, empty cardboard displays sit in the way, and helpful polite cashiers are hit or miss. We suggest to shop the other location in town.

I've been to better stores the 2 managers are pretty professional the other girl her boyfriend is always there she is always outside with him pretty sure she is always under the influence of drugs but the store is always clean and everything is always pretty stocked...

Wonderful experience! In and out no waiting. The young lady behind the register was on it. I also want to point out that like myself she’s a veteran, so please thank her for her service to our great nation both during her military service and now serving her community during a pandemic. It's cluttered but inexpensive, I come here all the time and they are always nice. The guy with glasses that is there almost every time, (forgot his name) always goes out of his way to be super nice to each and every customer without being annoying.

It was like a junk store. So much stuff on carts needing to be put on the shelves that you couldn't go down the isle. There was 1 person at checkout & long line. I will not go back to that store.

So messy. Could hardly get through the aisles with my cart. Had to move large stock cart out of the way to look at what I wanted. Nice employees.

This is the only place that you can get groceries in town without going out onto the highways. I love the convenience of it. The customer service is always really good too, I'm thankful they opened up this 2nd location.

I was forced to leave the store by an employee while the tornado sirens and EAS systems were still active and sounding because they wanted to close for the weather.

Dollar General is a great store but it is very small because the building is old. They need to build a bigger one. Washington is a big city with 2 very small old stores. The surrounding towns that are much smaller in size have bigger and better stores. Please build a bigger store. Especially on the west end of Hwy 100. The demand is there. Please!

My items were fast and easy to find and the customer care was excellent everytime I was searching there was an employee always near to help and the checkout was very respectful

I like the store and the employees are usually kind and helpful. This store is so unorganized though. Sometimes it's hard to move around in the store as they store overstock on the floor. It's especially congested around the cleaning supplies area.

Dollar general is a nice little store to shop. Sometimes they have good coupon deals. The staff is usually not in a good mood. Not sure what that is about.

Sketchy cleintel. Lock your doors. Pack a lunch because it takes 20 min to get through the line. Just awful. Store is a disorganized mess to say the least. Slow slow slow slow lines. I sent 2 messages to the regional manager to which I never received a reply. Low class store, guess you get what u pay for,

The people working there have no idea where stuff is, the aisles are a disaster and nothing is in order!!! Crystal needs to be back at the 5th street store, at least she was friensly amd willing to help you find what you need!!!
