Margie is a very nice person and did a excellent job at getting our cats fur knots off her. Our Fluffy girl smelled good and looked better.

They did a great job grooming our cat and they were very accommodating with the scheduling. My only issue was that they didn't accept card so we had to go to the ATM to get cash. Very few places accept only cash as a payment and I'm not usually prepared for that.

We were fortunate enough to have our two puppies fitted in at short notice.A very nice grooming salon.All I can say is WOW!!! Our puppies look and smell fantastic. They came home happy 😃I can understand how this business has had such a long and successful history.Another very satisfied customer 👍😎

She said she knew how to trim rabits' nails, but she didn't. She manhandled my rabbit and had him freaked out. She may be good with dogs and other animals, but not rabbits.

In response to Maria Tobben’s Comment~I Margie, groomed and treated Jackson’s SEVERLY EARMITE & YEAST INFECTED EARS...I flushed them with a Peroxide Flush and put EARMITE Treatment in both ears trying to bring relief to a precious dog who was brought in with severly swollen ears & in pain at time of grooming. I didn’t charge xtra $ for the xtra time and Products that I used to help bring some relief...I explained in detail what I was doing to Jackson and never did Ms Tobben object, I Evan brought her back to show her and explain she needed to follow up with a Vet or continue treating these ears herself...I’m sorry, Ms Tobben was so dissatisfied with my Concerned Services in trying to bring Comfort & Relief to her dog besides trying to Save her a Vet Call...I only wish Customers would please talk to me first if you are dissatisfied with Services and allow me to work it out with You or explain my techniques with understanding!
