I used to love shopping here, but honestly it seems they've changed allot of the product they sell. This store is full of furniture now, and honestly the furniture they're selling isn't cheap. I used to shop here often, because they had a large variety of different products. Not so much anymore. Big Lots also used to be a great place to find cheap items because it's a close out store. Which means, they get items from different vendors at bargain prices. But, lately it seems they are switching over to more items that are furniture. I wouldn't recommend shopping here, because there are other places with better prices.

Me and my daughter came in to just look around, and winded up getting a recliner. Two employees were nice enough to take it apart and help us fit it in the back seat of my car. They definitely went over and beyond to make sure we left happy. Definitely will be returning.

The only good thing about our experience here was the Cashier. We had come into the store to buy a recliner that my wife wanted, but none of the ladies working the floor would help us. I actually made eye contact with one of the ladies and motioned that I needed help, she diverted her eyes and ignored me…This location is poorly staffed and I don’t see it staying open for long if it continues.Again, the only redeeming factor was the gentleman who was the cashier. He was awesome!!!

The store is great. They have some unique things and quite a bit of furniture couches loveseats recliners sectionals several beds and good mattresses some modern kitchen tables several I guess you could say pantries or small closets and lots and lots of household items plus unique candy and cookies some I would imagine from the 60s and 70s anyway plan on spending at least an hour or more and that's if you only go there to look at a couch and some furniture and you end up leaving with a couch and a love seat however the couch had just arrived two weeks prior and the love seat will be made and it will be ready for pickup about the 1st of February.

I love shopping here, especially since they reorganized the store, it flows better now & there's more items to choose from than before. I joined their rewards program & I love that too! I get coupons emailed to me all the time, good coupons! I find myself shopping here at least 1x per week lately. Better than Dollar General, way better! I quit shopping at DG because of the way they treat their employees, I will not support them ever again. Big Lots is a great alternative with way better discounts, clean environment & friendly staff.

Lady in front of me made the cashier go back and check everything on her receipt before she would pay to make sure she got all the her sales discounts. The cashier was very nice and patient with her, got the manager for her and they got her all her sales discounts.

This place is pretty OK. We’ve always gotten pretty OK customer service. I mean at times it’s taking a second to get someone’s attention but it’s not really a big deal as long as you’re just looking around at first. They have really good prices for what they sell though. You can always find a really good deal here for furniture anyway. Not a huge selection and decor yet but they’re renovating.

This place became my best friend not even two weeks ago. Recently I've been shopping at five below from my lip balm. But then they just sold out of like a lot of the cool lip balms. And I had remembered that big lots had some random cool lip balms in an aisle. I walked in there about 2 weeks ago. And almost had a heart attack. All of their Christmas selection lip balms had came out. So they had like 3 packs of 3 pack Biggie's. And they had one of the Mason jar lip balms. That was $1. Then there was like gusher lip gloss. And all of their 10 packs were $5. my heart literally fell to my stomach. And I was so upset because I hadn't brought any of my money (to specifically discourage me from going on lip balm sprees). Will probably be spending some time of year for my lip balm Christmas shopping. Hello new best friend!💄💋

The store is hit or miss with inventory and items. You can find some very good deals, and you can get some very poor quality products that are not worth any price. They are usually, but not always, good at opening up new checkout lanes when it gets busy. The staff usually knows where to find certain classes of items, but are not always sure whether they actually have the specific item you are looking for.

One of the better Big Lots in the area. We've found more of a selection when looking at pet products and other sale items. Front door was broken on the last visit. Bathrooms could be repaired a bit more. Clean and quiet store.

I'm a little disappointed in this store. They have a huge selection of food items, but I've found that they don't always have the same items all the time. I don't know if it is an ordering issue, stocking issue, or if they sell special purchase items. Also, I've found they have a lot of damaged goods. You have to really look over the items you want to purchase so you don't buy something that is broken or damaged. Much of the furniture has mars, scratches, or missing pieces.

Went in for a TV table they only had the display model left, it had some minor damage which he deducted 10$ off the already low sale price then had an extra 20 % off entire purchase. Great deal great service!

Crooked!!!!! Ordered a sofa, and they were going to take several weeks to deliver it.. so I cancelled it, and they still charged me $149.00 for delivery. Even though I tried to cancel right away. I had to make three calls to cancel it too. I will never buy another item from Big Lots!!! It's their loss, that $149.00 shipping fee will cost them thousands of dollars of my business!!!

They overcooked the crab legs and understeamed the corn on the cob but the service was fantastic and the chef salad appetizer was spectacular. Our waiter, Josh, was as professional as handsome and gave excellent service throughout the meal. Our drinks never once went empty and he even threw in a Blue Hawaiin Hurricane on the house. 5 star service. Ill be bringing the family back here on the regular as our new go to family restaurant.
