I had never been here before. Upon hearing my desperation when I called, they said to bring my baby straight away. They x-rayed his chest and diagnosed him with pneumonia. They gave him a shot of antibiotics and some antibiotic for the coming days and sent us on our way. My baby died 14 hours later. While everyone there was friendly, at no time was I informed that he was in threat of dying. I just thought he'd feel better in a couple of days and life would go on. Not so. I can't help but think that the x-ray showed the serious condition and I should have been advised. I'm devastated. To top it off, no one from the clinic has called to inquire about his condition. I have not been to a vet in the past 25 years that has not called the next day to inquire about the animal they treated. I won't be going back. Rest in peace, Moses. You were one of the best.

Don’t bring your animals here! The workers are always rude when you go in or call them. They make you feel like you’re an inconvenience. I got sent a bill charging me for things they never told me about. They also told me it cost $80 to have my dog neutered but it ended up being $160. The list goes on. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I have been going to this clinic for probably a decade, and the previous vets were quick and efficient, but retired last year. Within that time I had a dog put down, that was not given enough medicine to put him completely out and suffered when given the fatal shot was given, another dog that got in a dog fight and had an abcess on his head/face and they just gave him a shot. They didn't even clean the wounds out. l made an appointment to get rabies vaccines on 2 dogs in a week. When I realized that I needed 2 more dogs vaccinated I called them up, and asked if I could add two more for that day they wanted to schedule another time, for next week.I am changing vets to Alcantara. Just made an appointment with this vet and and it is a few days later than the first set and 5 days before the second appointment.

JULY 2023Alas, a vet to call home!My dog needed routine shots & nails clipped & I'd not had luck finding a new vet back home(3+hrs away), so my mom took him here.I wasn't present, but staff were great with both my dog & assisting my mom.Raved about:* ease, timeliness,& flexibility w/ scheduling* very affordable prices!* staff kindness* efficiency* extensive knowledge of a challenging breed* top flea/tick options, limited food, & other products on hand4/5 stars is only due to small/ congested entrance.It's impossible for animals to avoid each other in passing.With that being said, I'm proud we have them as our new vet family!I took my dog back a 2nd time prior to leaving town & the staff were fabulous!!!***1 team member in particular showed how knowledgeable she is of specific breeds and handling.*I saw first hand how acutely aware she is with our pets individual needs/cues/sensitivities(and she adapts accordingly without a hitch)!!!She was very in tune to my dog's breed/temperment, but moreover his immediate individual needs.She calmed him with out of the box mindset, without restraint tools, & didn't throw in the towel with a strong scared dog.Definitely ascertained safety, maintained professionalism, & bonded positively w/the animal from the moment we entered; all while getting the job done & with all focus on the animal at hand)!Extremely impressed!Thank you ladies for the fantastic care, kindness, knowledge, flexibility, efficiency, organization, and so much more!!

My basset hound Huck became very ill and we couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Doc Hannah researched and researched until she figured it out and got him on the road to recovery. He is not only well now, but thriving. Excellent, excellent service from Doc Hannah! We appreciate her so much!

I had a 1:45 appointment and sat there until 2:05. They were taking others that had appointments after me and I still never got any service. Very poor customer service. I definitely will not be going back.

Our dog died! We had used Warsaw vet for years with no issues until recently. Since the pandemic they have changed a LOT! Must have an appointment now, no more walk ins. Different vet giving care. The office receptionist is very rude. NOT the vet care we were used to getting.Took my boy in for his rabies shot on Friday February 2nd (he yelped when she injected him and then said he was being dramatic) Also picked up flea chews and the vet recommended pain meds for a little hip arthritis. Doc gave him a great bill of health and said everything was fine. UNTIL IT WASN'T! Once we got home my dog could hardly walk. I knew it was probably sore from where he got the shot so we waited for him to feel better. He did not! Called back to the vet on Monday and told them the issue. They told me to give him a pain pill. I waited to give him the pain pill as he seemed to get a little better that evening without it. By Wednesday he seemed better and played fetch with me a couple times. This is where everything changed. We came back in the house and within 30 minutes he could hardly walk. I broke down and gave him one of the pain pills they gave me. Within 6 hours my sweet boy died. He collapsed on the floor and was breathing heavily then passed away in my arms. When he first collapsed, I called Warsaw vet and got a recording saying there are no emergency services available. Although their website still says there is . Absolutely devastated and heartbroken. I called the vet to let them know and ask what it could have been. I also asked if I could return all the medication I had bought. The receptionist said yes. Bring it back and speak with the vet. So I drove back to Warsaw the following day and was greeted by the rude receptionist telling me they could give me a credit on my account. I said I don't need a credit. He died! She rudely said "well we will see if we can do anything about it" as she walked off. The vet (if she is actually a vet) came out and was very nice. Brought her laptop and took down all the notes I gave her and told me someone would get a hold of me about an investigation of the medication. A different girl in the office was able to return the medication and give me my money back.It's been a month and I have not heard anything from anyone! I am heartbroken losing my sweet boy with no answers! Very sad that all the changes have caused a lack of caring.

Terrible service. Took my dog in for an emergency visit. Ended up having to take her to Shawnee mission. Ks for an emergency scope Nd surgery to remove an object she swallowed. I as them to send my 165 dollar xray with me to the other clinic . They said no had to e mail so I have them their phone number so they could get their email addresses as they said they only have digital copies. I drive over 2 hours to Shawnee mission . They never even sent them at all so of course had to take more exposing my dog to more xray radiation. And putting her through more unnecessary trauma . I won't be going back there. I miss Don

After hearing that they got a new vet I took my Australian shepherd there checked for a uti and skin issues. The vet sat down with me and explained everything and what to do and I was suprised in the past it’s always been rush rush and wanting to get customers out of there. I was very pleased on how friendly everyone was and patient everyone was. In the future I will take my fur babies there

Took my limping Jack Russel there. No Xrays, no diagnosis. $40. She continued to limping and took her to another vet. She has a knee spyr and arthritis. He prescribed meds and she no longer limps.Today I took 4 dogs for a rabies shot and nothing else. The vet insisted it was LAW to examine them before a rabies shot (LIE),Total= $140. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE!I am a dog breeder 37 years.Breeders and Farmers are in grave trouble with the vets coming out today.

Very kind knowledgeable vets. Staff girls are awesome as well. Walk ins always welcome. Great prices on services and products. I had to bring my shih-tzu boy here for cherry eye, TWICE! Both times I was in and out in less than 20 minutes or so (after my 2 hour drive, 1 way) I will continue to make the drive for all my veterinary needs for my fur babies.

One thing you will notice when you come into warsaw is that this vet clinic is always busy. I just had my cat there last wk and I wondered if the staff just goes home and falls down from non stop running. They are great!!Affordable. Let you know prices up front and you can tell EVERY customer feels same way. Great job guys!

The vet assistants that came out to start the process were very friendly and showed sympathy when we brought our beloved great Dane Booger in to be put to down. The vet that came out to put the medication in to put him down was very rude and acted like she hated her job. We won't be using this vet office again for any of or other animal care needs.

The actual treatment was quick and easy good with animals, receptionists people skills could use some brusing up. Organizational skills lacking definitely room for improvement. Prices are reasonable so it balances out in Pros vs Cons. Will return.

so far we have had excellent experiences with this vet. We have taken our mama goats for care and they have been so helpful. comforting to have a knowledgeable vet close by as we are not very experienced. they are ALWAYS very busy though, so you might have a wait

Receptionist is extremely rude. All we needed was a copy of a vaccine. We adopted our dog that used to be seen at this clinic so we needed a copy of her records so we could kennel her for 2 days. We asked for a copy of her vaccine and after a rude conversation, we were told it would be emailed to us. Well, we never received it so asked our current vet to also call which they did and was also responded to in a rude manner. Why do people have to be so difficult to just get a copy of a vaccine!

The experience was good overall. I think they could have been more attentive to letting you know what they did and why they had to do it. You just drop your pet off and pay when you pick them. No interaction with anyone as to what procedures were performed and why. So overall the lack of personable communication is my biggy complaint.

The people who work there are the best and the sweetest people. We had to put one of our babies down and they offered to do it in the car, with me holding her, music playing as she passed. They made it as painless as possible and for that, my family and I thank you 💜.
