It was nice. Store had tons of diverse things. Like a Wal*Mart Home & Garden, Sporting Goods on Steroids. Some things were pricey, other things had good value. We got these two high quality 5 gal. gas cans for $14.99 per.

We had a terrible day that day and had to go to Bomgaars to get some things to fix a problem we were dealing with...2 young men were More then helpful... did everything they could to help me and even helped fix my problem out in the parking lot... in 106 degree day!!!!What a bunch of great people working there!!

Gentleman had 2 simple questions about a $450.00 piece of equipment he purchased...is there a warranty and if it does not work how long do I have to return it. Clerk Josslyn said 'I don't know' twice very rudely. When asked if she could find out she said she would try but they are busy. I told her the questions were simple and she could have found out for him and she said she was too busy. We were the only ones in line behind this person. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!

Stopped in for first time since bomgaars bought4 employees we all just chatting. Walked up and only one would acknowledge meAsk him if they have farm truck mirrors. He said I don’t know then asked again what I wanted. Kept playing with his radio but never called to ask. Then just told me to go look in farm area. Didn’t help look. Other 3 were to busy talking to each other to even try to help. Sad use to be a great store. Now I can get more help at Walmart

An extremely nice staff at this store. They are patient and friendly, even willing to meet my dad in the parking lot when he calls from the car to help him into the store getting him the handicap cart so the walking is minimal for him. Store is stocked well and the selection is ample. Great quality too.

We loved this store, everything about it except their customer service. We will no longer shop here due to having to wait for 32 minutes to check out. (only one person in front of us, and or was like this every time we ever went...we finally had enough) Horrible customer service, horrible management, so sad because it such a wonderful hometown feeling place, and then you get to the checkout line... ruins it all! While we were waiting for a price check, that took almost 20 minutes, the manager comes up and starts checking other customers out. Instead of taking care of us, (which we had been there for much too long) instead of figuring out where this young kid that was supposed to look this price check up, that was literally two aisles from the checkout, she looks at us and asks, “what do you want me to do?” Well we would like for you to take care of your customers in the order that they came. We would like for you to hire people that’s going to actually go check a price and relayed information as quickly as possible. We would like for you to do your job, ensuring that as orders are received items are scanned the way they’re supposed to be so every person that’s in line does not have a price check. We would like for you to apologize for this teenage kid, that you manage,out jacking around, instead of getting a price check for us. We would like for you to take your managerial duties seriously. We call corporate to tell them about this, we asked to speak with the district manager. The district manager calls the assistant manager for the store and has the assistant manager contact us. What is the assistant manager going to do when it is his boss that wasn’t doing their job? This place has horrible customer service from the ground up.

We visited their website that said they had 2 of the item we were looking for. Drove all the way to the store and the lady working said "nah, don't ever trust those websites, we ain't got none" 😔
