Lady was extremely hateful, said they do not take cats and to take them to Troy, or I could euthanize them myself because they are like roaches, I asked for her name so I could report her for that and she told me she was a police sergeant and even told me a badge number said that if I tried to report her she would hold me in contempt of court, like what?! This lady is obviously disturbed and should not be working in an animal shelter that helps animals if I could give zero star I would

WOMAN THERE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME YESTERDAY WHEN I TRIED TO SADLY REHOME MY 11 YEAR OLD WEENIE DOG. When reaching out for help..she told me. "NOBODY FORCED YOU TO TAKE IN A PET & YOU NEED TO DO WHATS RIGHT BY TAKING CARE OF HIM!" I hung up on the woman. Im on disability WITH depression on a set income & raising a family. Im DEVOTED to my pets & take on full responsibility but my weenie dog recently hurt his back/leg area and i cant afford to get it fixed.

I unfortunately live by some neighbors that leave their dogs outside for hours barking. Animal control has been very professional in dealing with them.
