Door greeter is the worst of all time and I let her know that. She hasn't acknowledged me yet and I've been a customer for years. I am also a local store owner. She need to be trained better. When she sees me she looks away. All the other employees are great 👍

We ordered an online order and Walmart is short staffed because they allowed their employees to call off of work without repercussion. The parking lot is empty and we would have cancelled the order and went to Aldi's but Walmart said they can't refund the money for a week. Mind you we ordered for pickup 24 hrs in advance. They aren't offering a discount or immediate release of funds. Sounds like management needs to get off their butts and get in the front lines but they won't because their lazy. I don't understand how you can have a pickup order 24 hrs in advance and allow your employees just to take off work without repercussion. Walmart is a cesspool of lazy employees who don't work for their 15 dollars an hour which I pay for in an upcharge of their prices. I'd suggest you hire better employees and more reliable workers who actually earn their wages.

Came in January 9th at 11:30 am to get 4 tires changed, they had exactly what I needed and got me right in, didn’t even take an hour for whole process! young lady at the counter was very sweet and good at her job, I recommend coming here

The fat black girl that works in customer service can’t read and sent money to my family through money gram and I asked her to send western union 350$. She needs to stand in the front of the store and check receipts or go stock selves or clean the bathrooms because reading is to difficult for her. - Theo

My son got his fingers stuck in a cart today. I appreciate all the employees, store manager, team leads doing their part in taking action quickly to help my son and I and for keeping my anxiety calm! He got a hat from the fire department for being such a good boy after getting his fingers released. Thank yall for caring for little kids to adults customers safety.

I have every intention of getting ahold of Walmart Corporate via email etc... regarding the experience that I had on my visit to the Walmart in Warrenton Missouri. It was the worst possible experience that I have ever been exposed to by employees and I was unfortunately going through some sad and devastating circumstances at the time . I will undoubtedly not be feeling as bitter and negative when I eventually reach out to them , unfortunately again . People are going to have their personal reasons for patronizing the store and I have absolutely no doubt that I was polite and friendly while trying to manuever through an unfamiliar store in an emergency situation. None . I've worked my entire life with the public and I will always treat people the way that I prefer to be treated and in working with the public you ensure that they have a pleasant experience that will convince them to come back . Not to be surveyed and spoken to with hostility and for some reason , made to feel as if their a thief . One employee stood smugly behind me AFTER I requested help while at the self service check out and obviously didn't think that I was deserving of a reply to my questions much less any type of pleasant conversation with an uncomfortable situation as being inexperienced as a cashier and requesting his help . People are going to make mistakes with self checking . I had no option but to self check . As he was hovering another employee who has obviously allowed her position to give herself a false sense of confidence approached me not in a friendly manner but exactly the opposite to inquire if I had missed a $ 2 .47 bag of onions ! Seriously ? I attempted to disguise my embarrassment jokingly suggesting that she should check as I was at this point very flustered and again , embarrassed . At which point she did a run through of going through the screen and the items that I had not had time to bag to assure that I WAS stealing . I then suggested that she continued and very much welcome with the remainder of the full shopping cart as I was not a fan of to begin with . She then stood at the end of the isle while I proceeded . The other employee was still standing behind me silently . Another employee who I later was informed was "security " joined her as she observed my finishing up to pay . I attempted to pay with my card but after putting in the wrong pin number twice because I was shaking , embarrassed and extremely upset and it's being declined , I paid with cash . Did I mention that I am 64 years old and have no visible distractions that would be unpleasant and suggest a reason for my treatment ? The shopping cart with over $200. in food and a few health necessities and I still cannot understand why I was targeted for being a thief . I'm unfamiliar with all of this . I don't know if thieves approach three of the employees who were stocking throughout the store for assistance in finding the necessary items ? Do thieves have conversations with employees telling them their going to be assisting a family member recently on hospice living in the area and would need to acclimate themselves for future patronizing ? Who and how does this profiling work ? My family member was furious and said that I should have walked away and left it all right there before being subjected to the behavior I experienced . Had I not had an emergency situation I would have done exactly that . I've been to Walmart's across the country recently and years ago and I have never seen a more rude or less of the Walmart exemplary tradition of customer service and friendliness . I assure you that I will go to my O'Fallon Walmart or do without before I ever need something badly enough to go to the Warrenton Mo. in the future

The worst managing team I've ever seen in a walmart. Laziest workers and team leads possible. They will screw you over any chance they get. Would HIGHLY not recommend it as a place to shop, nor a place to work. Worst walmart you could possibly work at.

its a Walmart you get what you need to and you get out. I have not interacted with the staff and have had both good and bad interactions I will say if you interact with the bakery team they are great.

The number of people who bring their pet dogs into this store is just insane. I witnessed a woman admit to an employee her dog is not a service dog and then the dog starts barking at a women on an electric wheelchair, this dog was not a small dog, he was clearly over 70lbs and would be terrifying to someone who doesn’t know this dog and the employees did absolutely nothing. Days before that incident another woman had a puppy off leash she was allowing to walk around the self check area and greet people, again the employee said nothing. Shame on you for not standing up for actual service dogs and asking someone to leave when they can’t follow the law.

It's really just hit and miss depending on times of the day. For customers service and you continously hear customer needs assistance in sporting goods. The automotive shop is getting better but still short staffed most of the time.

Craig from electronics made me wait 20 minutes to open up a case because he was with someone. I don't understand why he couldn't call someone to help me instead of making me wait so long. Had to walk the store to find someone else to help. Very irritating.

They grab things out of your cart and start scanning your items, taking that I already scanned them! If they don't trust the customers, then why? put in self checkout.

Went in around 9 in the morning to do some shopping. Had 30 or 40 items and no cashiers !! Several workers wandering around and offered to help me self check out. They refused to open a check out lane, said they don't open those until 10. For the few pennies I might save at Walmart, I'll shop somewhere else that has customer service. Won't be back.

I dislike Walmart more and more with every visit.........I feel agitated and disappointed when two or three checkers are working and patrons standing in line waiting to be served.If I'm going to check my items myself.....I want a discount and or W2 form so I can claim my temporary employment. Someone please try to change my mind.......

This Walmart is in a good location just off the highway and as you can see it’s truck and RV friendly for parking overnight, staff inside were friendly and helpful.
