I've been using this pharmacy for years and it's always a disappointment! The lengthy wait times and poor excuses are why I use express scripts for my insulins but when I get a new one it gets sent there until I get it changed over.

I have worked at Walgreens for over 18 years worked in Floridsant,Wentzville Troy and Warrenton and I will say Warrenton ,was the absolute worst place I have ever worked in my life I had to leave the company because it was ran so poorly that being said Amanda the pharmacy manager is the only one I will deal with personally for any medication issues she goes beyond helping if she can..

Check your receipt! I have had several occasions where an item has a sale price on the shelf and it rings up as full price. Many times when they have the buy one get one 50% off, they will only have one stocked on the shelf, if any.They do not honor the prices on their website. I was told if I order it online for pickup I could get the advertised price.,but not in the store. How ridiculous is that.

I walked into grab my son some popsicles and a 7 up since he don't feel good. As I was standing there trying to decide what popsicles I hear the young man tell the young girl that is relieving him that this is the second time a customer has come in and interrupted whilehe was tryng to go on break.

Horrible, horrible horrible. If you have any sort of branded product this place is not very useful. Their "secondary processing team" likes to hold scripts and make women suffer. The reality is they likely didn't want to order the branded product and lie to the patient because they just don't know how to process insurance.

This store is completely unprofessional and unorganized. The employees are rude. I tried for over 6 days to get an insulin refill that was not a new prescription. I had to end up changing pharmacies.

This Walgreens pharmacy kinda sucks. They regularly forget to actually give the correct medication upon pickup, they regularly close down for issues with their computer system, and they aren’t even friendly on the phone anymore. Always left feeling frustrated. Going somewhere else.

I previously posted a bad rating due to a rude pharmacy tech making insulting remarks about my medical condition. She now works at Genoa Pharmacy at Compass Health. She's tall and blonde with a big nose. She's not the sweet blonde older woman that came from Walgreens too. I got my prescription moved over to Walgreens because that lady is so snide and rude that I can't be around her without ending up in jail. My new Pharmacy Tech Brittney at Walgreens was so kind and understanding. She even gave me a discount on my medication. I highly recommend her. Now that that awful woman is at Genoa, the new staff they have at Walgreens is awesome 👌. They care about their customers and I now highly recommend them.

I have been to a lot of Walgreens Pharmacies and this one was less than helpful. I had to go to Warrenton because my usual Walgreens did not have the medication I needed. When I received a notice they were out of my medicine and called to find out when would be back in stock the lady was less than helpful. Telling me yes it isn't in stock, but could not tell me when may be back in stock. Also could not call other stores for me to see if they had it, which is what my usual Walgreens pharmacy does. I was relieved that the pharmacy I usually goes to got the new system and now has the medicine I need! Not great customer service here.

Just left the store and will NEVER BE BACK!! We were planning to shop but, TWO very RUDE employees were making fun of my mom right in front of me and my sister when I was walking back from the bathroom. Two young girls, one with brown hair in a pony tail with and headset on and the other was blonde. When brought to 2 different cashiers attention at the front, both of them were silent and didn’t say a word. Not even a simple sorry. They didn’t even care to check into it or make it right. My sister called the the store and tried to talk to someone about the situation since the employees we tried to tell didn’t say a word to us, and the young girl on the phone we got could seem to care less as well and refused to give us names to report them to corporate. We got the assumption that it was one of the young ladies that was making fun of her. If you make fun of a perfectly normal person, then I can only imagine what they would say about someone with special needs. I will be getting in contact higher level because this is not ok at all and we are all VERY upset about this. My mom has been in tears ever since. I would not recommend this location to anyone and will NEVER be back. I’ll spend extra time going elsewhere.

Young employees completely disregarding customers and laughing at people/on their phones. Was entirely rude to me regarding a pickup order that only got filled because I called (during which she hung up on me). She wasn't event looking at me when handing me my order, too busy looking at her friend coming behind the counter and laughing about a personal story, and dropped in on the counter without handing it off at all. Won't be back if I can help it.

Absolutely the worst. Trying to check on price of drug before getting released from SSM hospital. Nurse was hung up on twice, & after over 4 hrs. Finally got an answer. Delaying release from hospital. Poor service 😢

The absolute worst Walgreens. All the staff members in the pharmacy area are very rude. My child’s doctor sent a script over for my 4 month old daughter last Thursday. I called them when I was heading home from work if it was done. They told me they won’t be filling it till Tuesday . Because they were going to be closed from Friday till Monday. I’ve never heard of that before. Would never go back.

I’d rate this store 0 if that option was available. I’ve come in and/or called in numerous times for my elderly friend who just had her knee replaced. Today’s example of the lousy customer service: I called this morning to see if her pain meds script was ready, it was not and they didn’t know when “because they can’t see what’s in the Que”. They thought it would be ready sometime this afternoon. I called again at 1:14 pm and they said the prescription was ready I told them I was leaving then and on my way to pick it up. I arrived at the pharmacy window at 1:31 PM, The technician finished waiting on the lady in front of me and then told me they were leaving for lunch. I advised I just needed to pick up a script and she said you’ll have to come back at 2 o’clock. The lady in front of me turned to me and said they are ridiculous! My first question would be when I told him I was on my way why didn’t they let me know they were leaving for lunch at two, I would’ve waited to make the trip here. They are continually rude and I’ve been to a lot of Walmart pharmacies but never have I experienced the continual rude behavior as they display at this location. If my friend could switch to a different pharmacy company she would but her plan this year forced her to use Walgreens, end of year she is definitely changing to Walmart

Why isn't this pharmacist fired and get someone competent in? Dr calls in prescription before 11am day before Thanksgiving so I'll be able to walk and go to Thanksgiving. They say 12:30 be ready? Later get email they're out of stock period. Now they're closed till fri?.

Pharmacy never has prescription in stock. Wait days for them to get it and they never do. Try to call pharmacy to see when it will be available but they never answer. Always have to call around to other locations to see who has the prescription in stock.Today had an appointment for a COVID test for my son to arrive and find the driveway blocked and a sign that says no COVID testing. An email, a text, a phone call to say testing is cancelled? No, nothing.Never again Walgreens.

The Walgreens Pharmacy - Warrenton, MO is WORSE THAN HORRIBLE!!! This Pharmacy often does not have prescriptions in stock. There's supposed to be automated VM and SMS systems to inform you of what's going on - only they don't. Also, a number of times I was informed that my prescription was ready and when I got there it wasn't or only part of the prescription was ready. Try to call this pharmacy to see what the hell is going on and fuggedaboutit. For days they don't answer your calls and then if your call finally gets in the queue to talk to the Pharmacy, they hang up on you or you're still in the queue until after they've closed and let's face it - no one is going to answer your call (although that's the same outcome as you would experience during the business day). The total lack of anything that resembles customer service caused me to change my Medicare Prescription Drug Program (PDP) provider and plan so that I don't have to use Walgreens. FOR THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY - NEVER USE THE WALGREENS PHARMACY - WARRENTON, MO!

I have shopped here randomly over the years since it opened, and never really had an issue until tonight 2/2/2019.Called to see if they had a certain med on the shelf and spoke to 2 different girls that both need to be schooled in customer service. If this is the way that Walgreens, and the store manager would like their customers to be handled over the phone then something is seriously wrong.

Just another reason that walgreens is awful. I stopped using their pharmacy but I had a friend that sent me money through western union. I had everything and they couldnt find my phone number. They refused to talk to a western union rep to help me out. I had my license and the transaction number the western union person on the phone said that the phone number was not necessary if I had all the other information. She was really rude and refused to talk to the western union person so that she could help me. Had to drive 20 miles out of the way to get my money. I hope walgreens goes out of business soon. Totally rude customer service. Take all your business elsewhere.

I was at Walgreens early last week and the cashier had her mask pulled down below her nose. I called & talked to the manager, who promised to deal with the situation. Yesterday -- same cashier, same problem. The "floor lead" blew me off. We're talking about a PHARMACY in the middle of a pandemic!!!! If you can't get your staff to use common sense and respect their customers, you shouldn't be open. Immunocompromised and vulnerable people come there to get their medication. What message are you giving them??

Pharmacy personnel could care less about the people standing to be waited on! Twice I was there waiting and waiting for someone to come to the counter and say something, anything to me why they are taking so long! People walking back and forth behind the counter looks you straight in the face and not say a word!! I'm visiting from out of state and thought it would be a good idea to get a flu shot while I was here! AVOID this Pharmacy at all cost!!

The Pharmacy staff SUCKS!!! They have 3 people working and I’m standing there waiting for 20 minutes while car after car pulls up and gets service before I do and I was there FIRST! While the other 2 stand there and ignore me until the drive up girls tells them to help me... Everytime I’m there they have bare shelves!!!! ORDER YOUR INVENTORY!!!! Every other Walgreens can do it... my favorite is employee is JT he is very attentive and is very nice and helpful so is the lady in cosmetics! They are incredible and should be teaching the rest of the staff customer service! I honestly do not know either one personally! The girl with blonde hair that is long has resting b$&tch face can be nice if YOU make an effort. Mary is alright. No frills but okay. The manager is ummm well... lol has ZERO communication skills. But nice enough compared to the pharmacy staff.... so yeah.... there you have it! I wrote the corporate office. Doubt they will do anything, as long as the $$$$ comes in!

I work for a veterinary clinic and we have been trying to call in a prescription since 4pm last night. Last night the phone rang and rang and then I was put on hold without even being spoke to. So I called back and the same thing happened again. It was also repeated multiple times this morning. Our mutual client decided to take their business elsewhere. The customer service here is non existent.

The Warrenton Mo Walgreens pharmacy is Horrible! I tried to call the 4 different times and 2 of them picked the phone up and just hung up. Who every works in the pharmacy now needs to be fired and get some real workers in there.

Horrible service in pharmacy. Waited Monday for 20 minutes in drive they and line never moved so left. Today waited 50 minutes and when finally got medicine said well we are training asked for manager and at 530 pm they had already left. I started off in drive thru at 440 so they had to know how busy they were and they left. Pulling my prescriptions.

Don't even want to give it ONE star!!!! This pharmacy is a joke!!! Have repeatedly dropped off prescriptions and told they'd be done in around 45 minutes. Only to come back a few hours later or more and say it's still in paper form and they haven't gotten to it yet!!! YOUVE GOTTA BE KIDDING ME!!!!! My husband was battling stage 3 cancer all of 2016 and I was battling WALGREENS!!! Very unprofessional and not excusable! Now I've been trying for 5 minutes just to check and see if they got my prescription from my dr for and earache and all I keep getting is a busy signal!! New management is needed!! Starting in pharmacy dept!!! Rest of the store seems great!

This is the third time this has happened. I call the Warrenton Walgreens and I talked to the pharmacist and told what I need. I have M.S. I could get here on Thursday. I cam to pickup on Sunday and told I took to long to pick them up and they put them back on the shelf. I have to wait for 15 min to pick them up. I am looking for a new place to get my medicine.

I'd give 0 stars if I could, I'm tired of sitting in line at the drive through or inside to get my prescription filled, THEY NEED MORE PEOPLE WORKING IN THE PHARMACY, maybe it's just time to change places.
