Bought a kennel for my pup and then went to a competitor’s store about 1 mile away. The competitor had the same kennel for $15 LESS. I’m very disappointed for not waiting until I went to the other store for my purchase. Otherwise, the employees were friendly and I liked the layout of the store.

This Store is one of the cleanest and most well maintained around but the customer service is ungodly bad. I would advise everyone to shop elsewhere. Not worth the hassel of dealing with condescending/ authoritative employees. Plenty of other places that will appreciate your business.

We like that this store seems to have everything we need. Prices are mixed as other stores of this type. They have some good deals to be had though.

Prices are high but thanks to good customer service and price match we made a purchase and Brian was excellent knowledgeable and courteous and efficient
