Huge clean store. Really impressed with the chicken, duck, and turkey selection; all bins were labeled as to which birds were there along with some information about the birds. Not all Rural Kings do this.

Updated from 1 to 3 stars. I still had to make a special trip to get the jeans replaced within 30 days of purchase. I still dont know what they would have done if the jeans were more than 30 days old. The jeans are poorly made.Initial review:Bought some work jeans. The zipper broke withing 2 weeks. Called to see if i can replace them. Was told i had 30 days from purchase. I told them I live 25 miles away and don't get there often. They were unsympathetic to my situation. The jeans are new and I just want an exchange. They broke in 2 weeks and now i have to make a special trip to replace them within the next couple weeks. Poor customer service. Give me a couple months or at least until they are broken in. They were washed once. One star justified.

The staff at this store are NOT friendly in any way. I go in there often and have never had a friendly welcoming encounter with a staff member. ALSO huge problem with the fact that they can't assign someone to do rounds on the chicks every 15 minutes to make sure the dead ones are removed. Who wants to see dead baby ducks and chicks. Love what they sell though.

My husband loves to munch on the free popcorn while walking this amazing store, treats for doggies and incredible selection of boots, clothes, tools, animal feed and snacks. We make a special trip to this store since it's about an hour away. But totally worth it!!!

Great place to shop, one stop shop for outdoor supplies for home or camping. Variety of gear from clothes, fishing, to chicks and rabbits. All around a one-stop shop if you need some supplies.

This is the place to go to for chickens and friendly folks. The people that work here are genuine, good folks, and they'll bend over backwards to help you with whatever you're there for. We live in Jefferson City, but we drive here occasionally to get chickens and supplies.

I needed a part for my Briggs and Stratton engine. The first employee I spoke with took my info, the subject matter expert called me back and found an alternative solenoid that would work with my engine. Kudos to Robert for his excellent effort and service.

We enjoyed this store so much that we ended up spending 3 hours in here. The free popcorn and coffee were a nice touch. There are just so many great things to look at and shop for. There were all sorts of things on really great clearance prices. The employees we interacted with were all very friendly. I am sure that my guy will be bringing us back again in the near future.

I generally like Rural King but they are constantly out of the things I need. I don't even know how many times I've gone to Rural King to get something and had to leave empty-handed just to go down the street to one of their competitors and get what I need. Every time I do this I kick myself for not just going somewhere else first.

I just just purchased an RK 25 compact tractor and will say that the customer service provided by the Equipment manager Corey and his assistant Brad was top notch.They educated me and took as much time as I wanted besides being knowledgeable about all the facets involved. I highly recommend.

I was a little surprised that a company that prides itself in USA quality and local community values wood source their honey from India. I've seen repeatedly where local merchants want the surrounding communities to source locally even if it's more costly but may not be consistent on this principle themselves.

I love rural king for sure but you have to watch what products you buy. My last trip was getting bags of top soil that has hardly any soil in it. I'd say its at least 50% mulch. Waste of money AND just as important time!
