They have a nice selection here for not being a very big store but the customer service lacks a lot. When three people are standing around talking and you ask for an item and they point you down an aisle but none of them abandon their conversation to make sure you found what you're looking for. That to me is poor customer service. And I do believe one of them was a manager

This is one of my to "go places" when I cannot find a one of a kind product or nut or light bulb or something I need for plumbing. They are always there to help you. By the way , best place to get glass cut. I do art and crafts and found a certain size nail and they had it. No other place in Warrensburg had it. Good job ACE!!

Refused to copy a automobile key because the key with same part number wasn't purchased from the location. The service cost 300$ otherwise. Unbelievably anti-consumer.

The clerk at the register is always smiling and greets us as we come into the store and is very pleasant in answering all our questions. She made us feel like we're worth a million dollars.

They always have someone waiting just inside the store to help with anything you need. Never had a bad experience here. Today an employee offered to disassemble a wheelbarrow so it would fit in my trunk and then offered to help load it.

I was disappointed in the repair job done on my storm window. 30 dollars for a piece of glass that was too small for the frame. I expected the rubber strips that hold the glass in frame to be replaced but the man behind the counter said that they were out of that material. The top rubber strips is only holding on about 20 percent of the glass. Very poor job done for price. I'm done I will NEVER be back. I cut my finger on the exposed edge of the glass while trying to clean it.

I'm from out of town and was missing some important things for my camping trip. One of the employees, I think his name was Paul, was so kind and helped me get everything I needed. The other employees were very nice as well. Everyone had a smile on their face.

I wish they had a lot better pricing on some of their items. They're not really a small business these days and I wish their pricing reflected that. Other than pricing nice store. Overly helpful staff, but I appreciate their attention to the customers.

Often when I am looking for that one small piece of hardware to resolve my project,I find my self at a giant warehouse store being frustrated not being able to find anything , including a store associate to help then I remember what I did the last time I was in this situation,and west lake was the answer then, and it was once again, thank you west lake

I went in early this morning to have my car key duplicated and programmed. Fred Rich and Jack B were willing and happy to help! Jack was eager to learn the process, and asked Fred if he was okay to watch and learn for future reference. Fred walked him through the process and still got the job done in about only 20 minutes! The two were awesome, held conversation and acted just as excited as I was for me to be able to lock and unlock my car again. The two had a sweet vibe and definitely seemed happy to help and Jack, also to learn!

Awesome store with a large selection of quality products. The employees are always very welcoming and helpful. The store is organized and clean, they also have great sales. The new pet department has been a great addition to their store, with a lot of nice quality pet products. They carry some of the best brands of pet food and treats. Great place to shop.

The staff greet you upon entering the store with a "welcome." The store didn't have the item we heard about in our search but the young man name Joe helped us by locating and recommending an alternative product that addressed our need sufficiently. The second time we arrived to acquire a unique bolt, it was the same young man who took time to help us locate the item. The cashier registered us out with the manner that made us feel like we were people, not just a dollar bill. Thank you.

Disappointed. Went to Ace because they are known for being knowledgeable and helpful. Asked for help with a plumbing part and was pointed toward an aisle. The 2 employees continued gossiping in the corner of the store while I searched for 15 mins. Went to Lowe’s and someone found what I needed the moment I walked into the store. Not the Ace I grew up with.

I love this store!!!! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable!! If they dont know an answer, they will call another employee who does. They won't just pretend to know!! They also have a very good selection of products. Good prices. For any outdoor project i would highly recommend this store

I LOVE this store! It's not as big as Lowe's or Walmart but their selection is well curated. Also, they have the coolest canning equipment and the best plants in town.

Find things that you can't find elsewhere. New dog toys for large dogs and a lot of product you normally would have to go to Petco found here.plus pool supplies in summer.

my wife bought a bag of dog food and 2 bales of Straw ,she put the straw in the garage and about a week later i had found out that ( they had been left out in the Rain and being a woman she didnt realize that the bales were Molded and No good when they sold them to her and loaded them ) so i took them back and the Manager told the cashier to refund my money and disappeard to the rear of the store , the cashier contacted the manager a couple of time for advice and finally she the(Cashier ) to tell me if i wanted my money back i had to take a gift card and i refused because i didnt want a gift card ,i wanted my Money back for a item that was NO Good , so long story short ,i didnt get my money back and i left the MOLDED straw lying in the parking lot , i wasnt trying to Rip anyone off ,all i wanted was Good Product , or MY $12.00 back , maybe thats why small stores are going out of business because they cannot keep up with the times With Good Products
