Super nice staff , I’ve had no problems with my medication refills or pick- up . I just wish they would hire more staff so these super friendly pharmacy workers wouldn’t have to be so overwhelmed by answering calls & helping customers & giving flu &covid vaccines

Twice was told that "there wasn't any medication" for my wife when we literally just left urgent care. Called urgent care, Dr confirmed it had been sent, but was nice and resent it. Waited for Walgreens lunch break to come and go, and they claimed that they still haven't received anything. Back at urgent care for the 3rd time now, getting a different pharmacy on the prescription. What a joke!

1/24/24: If you need a Covid test go to HyVee or Walmart. They sell the same test Walgreens sells for $23 for only $8 at either of those locations.

So when I transferred out from the pharmacy last time it was due to staffing issues I can back so I can get issued 3mo supply’s of my prescriptions. Leaving again… when you wait in line for 10 mins and then you get up to the window and they decided to go on lunch to the min they are scheduled w/o clearing the line that formed this is VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. As a person who works retail just because the store closes at “8pm” doesn’t mean you turn people away that are in line to check out this is why this Walgreens has a 2.1 rating thanks to the pharmacy. By far the worst Walgreens I have EVER been too. Once this script is filled I’m DONE… I will be calling corporate about this location. Thanks for making me put my “keren” hat on ughhhh….

Absolutely PATHETIC! You have a pharmacy that is SUPPOSED to be staffed by "professionals" ... but at least three times per month they can't get a pharmacist to show up for work.Sure, they'll take your money and OVERCHARGE you for your medications ... they'll make you wait OUTRAGEOUS amounts of time ... and whenever the pharmacists they have on staff don't want to show up for work ... patients WHO NEED their medications are SCREWED!!!Thankfully, I don't need my medication today. But what about the geriatric patients and those suffering from chronic, catastrophic illness?Walgreens should be ASHAMED of themselves ... but they're not. It's ALL ABOUT THE MONEY for these Jokers... period.

Several mistakes over a period of years by pharmacy staff involving contacting insurance and providers in a timely manner. The pharmacy seems always understaffed. Last straw was a 45 minute wait at drive thru only one car ahead of mine, 9:30 on a Saturday morning.

I always come to Walgreens to get my beauty makeup, and the new beauty consultant is beyond awesome! Every time I come in she always has a beautiful smile that automatically makes me want to smile. She is courteous and very helpful. She deserves a special award! Haven’t felt good customer service in a very long time. Will be coming back soon!

I spent 15 minutes waiting in the pharmacy lane, only to be told they were too busy to grab me some dayquil from the shelf. I had my toddler with me, who also had a cold, and I didn't want to drag him into the store for one thing. After talking to multiple people, I finally got someone to help me. So, 1 star for the pharmacy and 5 stars for the mobile ordering guy.

The last time I came here they wouldn’t refill my prescription until my doctor yelled at them. This time I went in after refilling my prescription the day before and they still didn’t have it refilled. The lady didn’t tell me that she didn’t refill it making me wait for a long period of time until I just had to leave. After waiting A long period to be helped had to call the pharmacy to get someone to the window.

Made an appointment for a COVID test online, showed up, and found out that the pharmacy is closed due to being short staffed! I understand being short staffed, but I recommend that you update your schedules online so one isn’t wasting their time driving there for no reason.

This is the slowest pharmacy. My wife was in ER yesterday. Was told to take her meds first thing in morning that sent over to them at 4pm. Here it is after 10am next day and still not filled. I wish CVS in town was open on Sundays. Never have issues with them.

They refused to fill in a script that my Dr had out! This was for anti depressants. I suffered a great deal all because they couldn't fill the scripts that were ordered! Going to see if I can switch pharmacies asap.

Good luck if you plan on calling this place because the wait time is ridiculous. When someone finally answers, they are very rude and not helpful at all. Almost every time I need a prescription refilled it seems as if there is a problem and they always say “call your doctor.” This location makes picking up and refilling prescriptions a hassle.

Went there to get my Husbands pain killer medicine filled we just got done with the hospital and went straight there they only had one pharmacist and no techs instead they had assistant manager helping but had no idea what he was doing. They told me it would be at least 1 hour and couldn't be certain they would get to it by end of close since they were 50 descriptions behind. And the guy didn't even know how to read the insurance cards. I had a grown man in pain and a baby in the car that was gettin fussy i didn't have to time to wait and he needed his medicine. Walgreens use to be fast but the last few times they have been backed up. They need to get their stuff together.

Experience was terrible to say the least! I would highly encourage everyone to go somewhere else. The assistance if that is what you call it was dismissive and careless! We came to get a flu shot for our daughter and it was a complete headache with the company policies and with the attitude of the employees just added to the negative experience. Look else where for you items

Amazing Custer service at the pharmacy! The pharmacist understood my moms pain and necessity for her medication. The worked really fast to make sure she was taken care of. And they were the only ones who had her medication in stock, in the entire county! Thank you guys so much! My mom really appreciated it!

Was the worst experience ever. Just moved back to the burg and my fiance had to transfer a prescription from her old pharmacy, thought we'd give Walgreens a try. Don't. Just don't. We spent nearly 4 hours there trying to get the prescription right, and they ended up overcharging us and would not give us the correct script. Ended up going over their head and calling Express Scripts, and after talking to their representative, we got it mostly figured out, but Walgreens STILL denied us the correct script, said that we were wrong, and we couldn't get our money back. To boot, she has State insurance, and there shouldn't have been a co-pay, but Walgreens insisted that we had to pay one. Worst. Place. Ever.

Staff is friendly when you go in, but the pharmacy is YIKES! I should’ve asked for this particular lady’s name, but the way she handled our conversation has never made me more frustrated in my life. I get called and left a voicemail to call back by a nice lady. I call in, ask a few questions, and the lady talks to me as if I have a disability. There is absolutely no reason to be rude about questions SHE ACTUALLY KNEW THE ANSWRS TO. I was in pure disgust with this phone conversation. One time I even went through their drive thru and the lady asked me if I was “sure I wanted to pay the amount” without even giving me the price. Your job is to get my security info, give me the price, swipe my card, and say “have a nice day.” Don’t treat me like scum. Clearly I need my meds!!! I have a huge homework assignment due tonight and I’d rather sit here and vent because of my utter frustration that I constantly receive from the pharmacy. Be emotionally prepared when you have to deal with the pharmacy part of the lovely Walgreens in Warrensburg!

Literally waited for an hour and a half for my prescriptions after being told it would be 5-10 minutes!!!! Unless you want to die from the illness while waiting for your meds, it would be faster to drive the 40 minutes into Lee's Summit and get 'em there.

Place is staffed by friendly people, but they often seem annoyed due to lack of staffing. There's a wait for everything, and prices are quite a bit higher than comparable places.

I have had issues with there app, they have handed my prescriptions out to the wrong person, and today who even answered the phone bit my head off for asking where my meds are since they say they were shipped but I haven't received them yet. I think I will be changing pharmacies for my family.

Dropped off my prescription at 9 this morning it's now 3 and still not ready... they told me an hour when I dropped it off this morning.. I hate this pharmacy, lazy, slow, and customer service is rude.

It took forever to get to the drive through window and i also scheduled a covid test two days prior just to see a note on the window saying they were out of supplies. So i waited 20 minutes for nothing. I was not given any notification or anything about this.

I would highly suggest to find a different pharmacy than Walgreens in Warrensburg very very slow. Unless you have plenty of time to kill and your in no rush. Take a lunch with you.

Great friendly store. Lanea at the cosmetics counter is friendly and very helpful. She is very knowledgeable about the products and eager to answer any question that you might have.

Biggest joke of a pharmacy. Told me my medication was ready for pick up but are now telling me it's in Springfield. Might as well drive 3 hours to Springfield to pick it up you'll have to wait just as long anyways for these jokes to get anything done.
