I unfortunately can not recommend this store for install. Attached is a photo of 1 (of 9 windows) they "fully installed for me." Two windows were installed and look great (photo two) rest are incomplete. I paid for new exterior trim and sills and received an incomplete job after paying $7k for 9 windows. The contractor walked off the job incomplete after finishing the windows and came back a week later to get this far. Whole install, purchase to install was 17 weeks. Called the store three times to speak with manager and was told they would not take my call. Forwarded me to install support line where they were highly unprofessional and offered me $25 Giftcard for my inconvenience.

To all the employees that helped me in Lowes today despite not having exactly what I was looking for (a chair saver kit for a computer chair that kept sinking so low to the floor that I was practically sitting beneath my desk.): Our workaround was a huge success. My chair is staying in place and I can finally sit at my desk properly. Thanks a bunch.

As a subcontractor it's an easy stop to save a trip to my supplier but their prices are the same as my installed price so I lose profit when I go there.

Different layout vs the store I usually go to. However they had what we needed. People were helpful. So yea it was a Lowe's it won't be my main store due to the drive but I would not be mad if I had to make a run

Everything I went looking for was in stock. I had no less than 3 associates ask me if I needed help and I had a quick unreasonable with customer service. I found everything quickly and went home with everything I needed. Staff was friendly and available.

We are doing a full kitchen remodel. Jeff Erdman is the associate that has helped us for many HOURS. He was given a promotion and slipped into a different location in the store since our 1st visit. He came back to help us out for several more hours today doing adjustments to our plan. He worked well after his shift ended and was so helpful and courteous the entire time. I would recommend him as employee of the month or year!!

Asked one of the gentlemen where the fire extinguishers were, and they were very helpful, gave me a row number so I didn’t have to wander around to find it (I was in a rush so didn’t have a lot of time to waste). The self checkout cashier was very friendly too!

We go all the time. Everyone is always so helpful.So easy to run in and grab what I need.Update: they are so helpful here. I was asked in almost every dept if I needed help. Great customer service.Found an undermount maytag microwave on clearance for $200. Great deal. They had clearance items all over the store.

Update: Dave the store manager took ownership even tho the problem wasn't exactly his. The situation has been resolved and Lowe's gets 5 stars. I still STRONGLY suggests avoiding Frigidaire.My rating of 1 is not about Lowe's or their service but about the product. Do not buy ANYTHING Frigidaire. Their service is worse than the IRS for warranty work. Its going to take 2 weeks or longer to maybe fix a fridge that was bought in August. Ruining someones food and the expenses after the fact are of zero concern to Frigidaire. ABSOLUTELY AVOID FRIGIDAIRE.

Prices on some items seem higher than other stores in the area, but they do have an expanded selection. This includes GPI transfer tank parts, which are nice to see at a Lowe's. Just pricey.

I'm all about good customer service. However, if I need assistance , I'll come find you and ask you. I don't need every Lowe's employee on duty to approach me and ask, "are you finding everything alright?" Maybe I'm not looking for anything specific. Staff here are pretty helpful and friendly. I buy a lot of products here (building materials) and you really need to go through quite a bit to find good wood, but it usual serves the purpose.
