I just visited this store and the staff was super rude. The store not only is pretty dirty but the cashier did not say one word to me. She got annoyed when the register froze and the next cashier did not help me. I waited for 10 min until so asked if I could go to the next register while the computer rebooted. The gentlemen scanned an item 2 items and when I told him he was super annoyed and didn’t believe me. He started to take everything out of the bag.

Im so disappointed in people. I visited the store on 11/3/23 at 230 in the afternoon. there was a young gentleman working the register. The line was ridiculously long but he was polite and moving fast. it was absolutely disgusting to watch how the female manager interacted with both the kid at the register and the customer. all 3 people in front of me complimented the kid and everyone of us commented on the managers behavior. im suprised he didnt walk out. Dollar tree you let me down with this one.

This is the nastiest, dirtiest store I have been to. The floors were filthy, the product on the shelves were all in disarray. Stuff on the floors.Also the manager I'm guessing didn't look clean and looked like he hadn't bathed or combed his hair in a week.Never returning there again combed his hair

Great in and out. Good selection and quick check out.Always have what I need. On the flip side, they always have what I don't need but I buy it anyhow.Consistently great selection.

This store is so poorly managed. Just left there. I saw one person working as cashier. 16 people in line not 1 less. Counted 16 people. One elderly lady stood so lone she fell over backwards and cracked her head on floor so we had to call 911.There should NEVER be a line of 16 people in your store of your size EVER. GONNA TRY TO CONTACT A DISTRICT MANAGER.Also after lady fell over you lost all that business because you could not get people out in timely manger.

I was shopping at Dollar Tree to buy stuffing stockers for my family of 7 - I had a total of 67 items. It's Christmas time & they should expect lots of people to be buying stocking stuffers there since it's much more affordable than everywhere else. Instead the cashier was verbally rude at the fact that there was multiple items to be rang up, & the 2 ladies behind me were also very rude because they didn't want to wait, all together it still took him less than 7 minutes to ring everything up & bag it all up. I realize they only make minimum wage, I worked for a long time only making minimum wage BUT I still wasn't rude to my customers because of that. People need to learn to be grateful for business because that is what pays their paycheck. Other shoppers need to be MINDFUL.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this store.I get all my basics here because they are way too expensive anywhere else. The employees have always been very nice and helpful.If you want to save money, shop Dollar Tree.

They're always adding new items for crafting, and utensils for the kitchen. The only issues I've had at this store is there's always items waiting to be stocked stacked in their boxes out on the floor blocking several items on shelves. They need a bigger store it's too cramped for all the items they have so nothing's ever organized, and nearly placed on the shelves where the items go. They're on the floor or mixed in a huge mess on the shelves and no customer service representative is ever available to help find things. The lines are always so long as they will only have one cashier working the register, when you'll see other employees just standing around or in the office just talking. If they could get all that under control the store would be so much better especially appearance wise.

The employees are great, but they need more employees to help keep the place more organized. Is always seems disorganized. When putting items out, they block the isles. I love shopping for great items at lower prices. I was Joy craft room site. She does great advertising for your stores, in general.

The store is in real bad shape. It's not a clean store at all. Warrensburg, Mo. I have lived in Missouri for almost 2 years. I have went to alot of these stores and this one is so bad. Some GM needs to go and look at it. I will not shop at that location cause of the stuff all over and the floors don't even look good either. So so bad.

This Dollar Tree needs some work. There are torn down boxes sitting all over the store, blocking products. There was a bell to ring to have someone check you out. I did not see the bell because it was up near the cash register. I had some rude woman jump in front of me because she saw the bell and rang it first. Her excuse for jumping in front of me was because she had a child waiting in the car in a wheelchair.

Staffing is courteous & mostly helpful.Overall appearance of this store is dirty, merchandise slow to get on shelves, aisles crowded, making it a challenge to move a cart or even the small baskets without bumping into "something". This appears to be a management issue. Hopefully, in time the atmosphere of store can & will improve. Thank you!

Store is filthy and merchandise is all over the floor. I honestly don't understand how this store can look the way it does when the main warehouse is right there in Warrensburg. It's a shame because this store is more convenient for me but I will drive further away to shop at a Dollar Tree that is cleaner and more organized. It is by far the worst Dollar Tree I have been to.

Love the Dollar Tree...It sure beats the one in the city...Kansas City, Mo., Westport area. It's much larger and has more to to offer. Always clean and accommodating. Staff is always very nice. I go there at least two to four times a week.

This store is now a Dollar Tree Plus. It has had its ups & downs as far as cleanliness of the store, but things have improved & the store looks much better. The plus section has lots of cute items.

I keep buying crazy glue from this store and 5+today I've gotten nothing but a tube with no glue I really needed this glue today.... I was just like not make a deal about it they owe me about 10 tubes of glue

Ever since shy became the store manager this door has went down shelves are not stocked only halfway trash out on the floor no forks they have not had them for 2 weeks now also other items missing in the store that should be there one cash register person no other person out on the floor I don't know where they're at you can't get help if you need it the store is filthy it is not clean at all it looks like it hasn't been swept in over a month nothing's been sanitized everything's all fill me looking the store is not very good shy is not a good manager for that store she does not take care of the store and if I got to get a hold of corporate I will to get something done about it the store is really really nasty in the ones that do work there the ones that I've met are not nice not customer friendly and shy is not nice or customer friendly you can't tell her anything or she just goes off on you rudely in her own way and think she's acting professional that's not cool it's a dirty store and no matter what you tell the woman she's not taking care of the store like she should.

Since it's the day before Valentine's Day, the store was crowded. They still had a nice selection of Valentine's Day cards. The staff was friendly and worked toward getting people out of the store as quickly as possible.

Love shopping here for odds and ends, always great stock, store is always easy to navigate. Love the wide variety of items available as well, got my gardening supplies here and a meal for less than $20. Love it, love it, love it.

I got everything I wanted at a really reasonable price. I went with a few kids and they totally loved the fact that they could shop for their baby dolls with their savings. Interestingly we got to pick somewash cloths, diapers for their baby dolls.I would totally visit again..

Went to pick up a large order I had delivered, absolutely ridiculous. “In the middle of a shift change”. There was one cash register open and the line was backed up to two aisles. Apparently there were people in the little room just sitting in there. “Go I’m back (Employee Name) they’re waiting on you. Get your people here on time and have people actually working in the store until your other shift shows up. Also, there’s trash and debris all over the floor. But I unfortunately have to keep coming here or drive 30+ minutes to another location.

Disappointed in the lack of trees/tree products. As a nature enthusiast I was very saddened to realized this was not a store for fellow tree lovers, but just a general dollar store (but not the Dollar General) Great staff, cold drinks, cheap cleaning products. 3/5 Stars.

Filthy!! Manager is rude, messy and nothing is stocked!!!...and while employees should be stocking all of the boxes laying around-instead they’re sitting outside of the entrance smoking and socializing with non-Dollar Tree employees. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
