Excellent place for a quick stop. We felt bad for the staff, as it was close to closing and they were cleaning up for the night. We grabbed a few ice cream items and, on our way, passing thru! The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the ice cream was outstanding! We're always impressed as we pass thru and grab a quick bite on the way! Impressive time and time again!

It's a hot one today!! So we stopped through the drive through for some tasty treats. This is the only place I know of in town that makes banana splits so I happily ordered one for myself. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We were out of the line in less than 5 min on a hot day!!

I have been to the Warrensburg dairy Queen on many occasions over the years. This location has a drive-thru, a generally clean dining room and a nice patio seating area. The employees are friendly. Service is usually relatively quick. They're often is a line in the drive-thru if you go at peak times.I typically find the ice cream and desserts to be a little higher quality than the food.Here's my request for you to please bring back the tiramisu cake shake because that's the best thing I've ever had there!!On my most recent visit I had a cotton candy blizzard. It was very good.

Service was a little crazy, but then again it was packed. Both the inside and drive through. Overall, I think they managed it pretty well considering only 1 person was up front taking orders and delivering the food to the tables.Staffing always seems low, but they seem to manage pretty well overall.

Raised on DQ, sorry to say won’t be going there anymore. Their prices are stupid crazy!The mini blizzard for $5.09 was smaller than my Mentos gum container. The cone for $3.79 was two swirls of ice cream. Extremely disappointed! Who can afford to take their family out for ice cream with prices like that.

I had completely forgotten that Dairy Queen does pup cups.Ordered 2 small vanilla ice cream cups, got up to the window and the amazing cashier asked if I wanted pup cups for my 2 girls.I informed her of the vanilla ice cream cups and she was like "Oh we don't charge for pup cups! Here I'll fix that." And updated my bill. ❤️AMAZING customer service. Very sweet.My girls just finished their pup cups and oh are they happy!(Lol I haven't even eaten my meal yet. 😆 Main reason for the DQ trip was for them to have a nice cold treat on a 80 degree day. Highly appreciate everyone in the drive-thru of DQ! Thanks for a great experience.)Parking: This business is within a plaza (its own building, right there on the corner), so there's parking right outside DQ, and there's more close by in the plaza itself.Kid-friendliness: I remember being a kid and loving it. DQ was one of my favorites, but that could have been because I KNEW we'd be getting ice cream. That kind of atmosphere and joy still seems relevant. And there's an outside dining area for the family.

Really good food and ice cream. The staff is mainly good but the environment kind of wigs me out. You’ll see the weirdest people who go and eat in there. All the way from disabled people to obnoxious crowds. Definitely recommend you do drive through to avoid such annoyances.

Normally I have an ok experience at this dairy queen, other than them forgetting my toast often, that's why this review isn't a 1 star, but how do you serve this dried up mess to customers and call it gravy??? I got TWO gravies that looked like this, they were yellowish and super chunky, and looked like they just scraped the bottom of the pan, ate it and then threw it up into the cup.

Ordered a chicken strip dinner that was supposed to come w/4 pcs of chicken. Mine came w/3 & a qtr of a piece. They wanted over $10 for that?!? OH heck no! I went & got my $ back & told them they b could keep their overpriced chicken 4 someone else.

I come to you guys every year for my children's birthday cake (pre-made ice cream cake) my husband went to go get a cake and he was told the writing could NOT be out on the cake like "happy birthday (child's name) " because it is customer appreciation day and they are to busy because everything is half off. Am I the only one that thinks we are too still a customer? I'm sorry that yall are busy but the point in getting cakes is for usually partys and now I've got to figure out how I'm going to put the writing on top without screwing it up...please do better!! Definitely disappointed!!! The staff that was putting cakes in the frozen section was fast, snoody, and didn't seem to want to help. I was on video the whole time. Maybe some more education to your staff on customer service and preparation for "customer appreciation day"?

Used to think really highly of this DQ, but tonight's experience has me rethinking my previous review. Ordered a small blizzard, got a half full small cup of mostly melted soft serve. I could literally drink it as soon as they handed it to me. If I wanted a shake, I would have ordered a shake.

Very nice staff! Great shakes! Ordered 2 large shakes and when I questioned the total, they told me it was "happy hour", half price! BONUS! Shakes were great, my wife had caramel and I had peanut butter, and they were ready quick! Our DQ in Clinton takes forever! Even now when they only have the drive-thru open and they aren't much for hospitality. The one in Warrensburg seems to have it together, at least yesterday! Great food, great service, and no wait!

We got an order to go and I unfortunately didn't end up with my fries and was too tired to walk back and ask for them. The burger was descent I got the bacon cheeseburger. I kicked myself for not checking my order before I walked home. will likely give them another try. they were nice and the store was clean,

Very good place to eat. Very nice staff.Update: 3/22/22We went there when they opened. Interviews were inside the front door in the main dining area.No privacy for potential employees.The floors were dirty with food. The tables had food dried on then as well.I sent an email to corporate but apparently no one read it as the place was still a mess yesterday.

This would not be my normal rating for this location, but the food was subpar this time. I arrived at opening and thought I may have to wait, which I was willing to do. No out of li e wait time, but my burger seemed like it could have been left over from the prior day...very dry and I feel like it may have just put it in the MIicrowave. I also ordered a mint order blizzard which barely had and mint flavor. The reason to order it is to get the flavoring. Just not a good day. My very first problem at this location.

We just went through the drive in for an ice cream cone. The salt content of fast food keeps me from trying anything else. I see a filled parking lot frequently and can conclude a favorable menu.Dietary restrictions: Too much salt. Levels are not healthy for anyone. But that's my opinion. Parking: Always parking at the outer parking lot when DQ is full.
