I realize this shop is new and it has low inventory but I was very interested in purchasing a firearm the day we came in. with that being said we came in when the shop first opened in the morning. we were not asked one time if we needed help or wanted to see anything or had any questions. we were a problem that the man behind the counter really didn't want to deal with. The customer service was awful. I have worked in a large scale range and gun store before and this was a very bad experience. you watch what customers are looking at and you make sure they know about the firearm and hold it to see how it feels in the palm of their hand. Then you work on the sale. Not hard. I had a large amount of funds to work with and was treated as a problem he didn't want to deal with. The building itself was wonderful. It looked to be very fun.

Updating my review. I was not going to say anything but here we are. The workers and owners are rude and act like they know it all. They screwed up a transaction today and now I have missing funds in my account and the bank confirms it was them. It’s a bummer because my fiancé did like this store. I never came because they talked down to me when I showed interest in a 9mm (I’ve been shooting my entire life). It’s so sad they jumped so fast to reply to the review. They didn’t respond to the men who made negative comments. Shows a lot.

Walked in and was completely ignored by the two men behind the counter. When I went up and attempted to talk to the owner, he immediately began to shred papers louder than I could talk and ignored anything I had to say. He then acted as if I was a burden for even being in the store.I’ve spoke to several people about this incident and I have heard similar stories of being belittled and mistreated.Overall, terrible customer service and unprofessional demeanor. I highly recommend that anyone looking for guns and ammo take their business else where and save yourself the trouble and money.

Have gone here a couple times . My cousin found a pistol he liked and bought it. The transaction went smooth. His prices are competitive even with those big on line guys. The place is nice and clean and has a good selection to choose from. I plan on doing a good amount of Christmas shopping here.Well i ended up buying a couple guns from here as presents you just can not beat the prices and selection.

Two Liberals walk into a gun store.....No punch line, just kindness and courtesy. After being insulted by another firearms store for wearing a mask (we have a child with one lung) I decided to give Bakers armory a shot. The owner of the store was incredibly helpful and even stayed a few minutes late to complete out sale. This gun was for my wife and the owner was very knowledgeable he even reversed the magazine release for a left handed shooter. I will be buying all of my firearms here from now on!

What an amazing experience to purchase a handgun online. Starting, I simply ask for a product on their Facebook page, they replied in less than 5 minutes. To be honest I was not expecting them to reply( it was Saturday 10:30 pm), but they did and fast. To get things better, they helped me that same day and we kept messaging, they guided me through my first purchase with them. Product purchased on Sunday 12:01 AM, later that day it already had tracking label created. It was expected by Thursday, today Wednesday I already got my handgun. What a service, Bakers Armory LLC have some teaching to do to other online gun stores, not just in service, but their price is great and competitive.This people rock and have earned a customer. 200% satisfied with them, God bless these people for their amazing work. I go in for guns , ammo and cool looking t-shirts. This is a home grown store worked by a local. Brad works hard, Brad knows what he's selling and does his best to stay competitive with his prices. Ammo, in stock, many different guns, in stock, looking for something special for that special person? Brad will find it. Keep shopping local and ditch the big box stores. Brad has green tips, Brad also has Hornaday Game Ammo that turns corn fields into crime scenes, thanks for selling those bad dudes to me. My family eats well this winter.

Another Perfect TransactionI highly recommend Baker’s Armory.For the third or fourth time, I saw that Baker’s Armory had a particular ammo I wanted.. Once again I called and asked Brad if he had it on the shelf and he assured he had it on the shelf plus a few more boxes.. With his help I adjusted my order and once again the ammo arrived three days later.Hard to see how these transactions could have gone any better.

Baker’s Armory isn’t my local gun shop, I don’t live in the same state even. However, I do own 2 - AR15’s & a 12Gauge Shotgun from their shop. Great customer service, prices, 🔥 DEALS & all around good people. So, yea, I’ll be getting more from Baker’s.

Brad has gone above and beyond in every way. The first time we met him at the shop, he helped my husband and I pick out our first handguns. Since then we have been back several times. We ended up moving almost 3 hours away and I had to be back in town for an appointment. So I figured while in town I would pick up some ammo since we are having a hard time getting ammo where we are now. So I messaged him on facebook while I was on my way to my appoinment and found out they were actually closed that weekend. I told Brad the situation and he gave me his cell number and told me to text him when I got to town and he would head up to the shop and get me squared away! Talk about great customer service! Anytime we are thinking about getting a new gun or purchasing ammo, Baker's Armory is the first place we go!

Most definitely wouldn't shy away from the store most definitely A decent gun store I'm sure they know what they are doing but not the friendliest of people. Had some pretty cool stuff. But again was looking for a specialty item and got pushed off like I shouldn't be there trying to give a local gun store my business and should just have ordered my item online. I Didn't care if it was double the price just trying to bring them my business, im positive 200 dollars would not make or break the business but business is business. Maybe caught them on a busy day just didn't feel so invited to the store.

I heard about Baker’s a couple months ago. I try to pick up some .22 shells from Baker’s every weekend. I pay about twice what I paid before the shortage, which is about half price or less than anybody else who keeps .22 in stock unless you get lucky and catch wal-mart while they are stocking.Plus they stock good stuff. Three weeks in a row I have come in there and found CCI Quiet, mini mag Hollowpoints, and mini mag round tips and I buy them by the thousand.Long story short the ammo is a little high but I think it is priced to keep it in stock. By today’s standards it is pretty fair, less than half the price of a pawn shop or even a third compared to gun show prices. I feel like they strike a pretty fair balance to keep it in stock without putting a limit on what you can get.Also the dude is friendly and a bit sarcastic but entertaining to say the least. Baker’s is a good place to stop in and b.s. for a little bit, it is kind of like going to the barber shop back in the day. But there is a lot of cool stuff and he’s got ammo in stock. You are going to buy something in there one way or the other.

I have been to this shop 5 times in the last 12 months. I found 6 rifles and a bunch of reloading supplies I wanted to buy. Everytime I ask a question about ammo or the rifles I am treated like I am not part of their "club". The owner of this business has to be very rich because they are never willing to take my money. I am done trying to give them my business.

I must say, the first time going into this business I was unimpressed due to that lack of my own knowledge. Went back again later and talked with the owner and realized I was mistaken and he was a very personable gentleman with a lot of knowledge. And I would recommend them and have to a lot of my friends. Pretty great selection on just about anything I'd ever need, as far as customer service goes, I've never had a bad encounter and have yet to leave disappointed.
